Hey guys...just thought you would care to read a letter that those of Iowa, and others across this great nation of ours will be receiving very shortly. This has also been sent for the approval by the criminals involved in EVERY aspect of my case in federal court:
"A letter I plan to send to others, of which you will not know, in my protection:
To all receiving this in the FORMER United States Republic of truly free citizens:
I write this letter to all; not just to the named defendants in my soon to be filed FEDERAL case; but to all of America's citizens everywhere; for the main purpose of stating that this case is not going to be your run-of-the-mill civil action. It is, in fact, going to be; whether those named, those ruling over it judicially, or any others who may have been involved in any case involving me and my family like it or not; a LANDMARK CASE.
The intent of this letter was, originally anyway, to be simply an attempt at settlement between the plaintiff and the named defendants, prior to bringing this matter in a U.S. court; but since the letter I sent to these defendants nearly a month ago garnered nary a peep in response, it would appear that they are confident that, even considering the massive amounts injustice related in my claim, that they will prevail. This could be for numerous and varied reasons. It could be because they believe they know their federal counterparts well enough to know that no harm will come to them in this action; that the plaintiff will not represent the crimes committed well enough, or give their jurisdiction properly, or some other flaw will cause it to be dismissed, as so many are. It could also be that they have faith enough in their own legal knowledge and abilities that they would be able to counter the plaintiff easily, as I represent myself in this cause. This may be so - as a matter of fact, I hardly doubt any of these possible outcomes.
What they are NOT counting on, however, is you. I don't believe I have to relate to you, America, the condition of our law, our lawmakers (who hardly seem representative of us as much anymore, and who seem to care less and less about what is happening to their constituents and more about themselves), our supposed "Protect and Serve" force; our attorneys, our courts, or our outcomes when dealing with the same. Overreach of those in power and of the State, as well as their massive intrusion into just about every facet of our lives is terrifying...to say the least. More so, I'm certain that you are noticing that something is just not quite right in this day and age...that quite possibly, something is viciously and doggedly attacking the sensibilities of your consciousness, telling you that you need to take a closer look at the odd things that are happening, with and in this country.
More importantly, I'm positive, without question, that you don't feel that the America that we have always known and loved is anything like it once was, nor do you feel it is as great as it once was. No longer are we "Number 1." No longer do we feel like the "Land of the free", or citizens gifted with unalienable and Constitutionally guaranteed "Rights", as it was most apparent we once were. I'm afraid, that if you are having these misgivings? That neither are you AT ALL alone, or would you be too far off the beaten track.
My friends, there are things that are SERIOUSLY amiss in and with this country of ours. I've attempted, myself, to put my finger on a great deal of them, and have sadly hit the mark more times than I care to admit. Others, like minded, of which there are no longer a few, but literally THOUSANDS - agree whole-heartedly.
I direct you to pay attention to the action I plan to file in the Southern District Court of Iowa, my fellow Americans....because this case is not just about me or my family. No, THIS case intends to address matters, people and their interests and issues that are beginning to plague us ALL. Whether you are party to a divorce or custody action, are involved in a struggle to keep your own family together, are in danger of your home being taken from you or temporarily or permanently in danger of actual homelessness; whether you don't feel like your job or your future is secure...or any number of things that just "don't feel right", then this case is ALSO...about YOU.
This will, to those named in this action, be my last attempt at settlement. Should you ignore me this time, and bypass negotiations, do not for a moment doubt one iota of my resolve. There will be no more judicial games. There will be no more threats, no more arrests, no more destruction of all I have worked hard for ALL OF MY LIFE, all 56 years of it. No matter how hard you may have worked to shatter any hope of my enjoying my future years as a citizen of this country, it stops NOW. My tolerance of your judicial and legal antics is at its end. And it will not stop there...whether you stop me personally or not, matters not, since I am hardly alone. More and more will come, as crimes against the people increase and persist, it will only get worse for those who perpetrate and perpetuate these actions against them, this i GUARANTEE. It is important that this be defined as no threat, nor do I insinuate one even a little. What I state here is nothing short of truth. What I present here is nothing short of simple relation of fact...and nothing more. Press those whose freedoms are already in danger of loss, and you may not like what you find. in reaction. This action will be my attempt to lead, by example, for others to bring their respective actions in the same manner.
This country is in danger of reaching critical mass. You would do well to take note of it. What you also need to take note of is that the PEOPLE are the TRUE power in this country. The power you hold now is fleeting, as well as false. We provide you with what you have - you have not succeeded in taking it from us, it simply lies in remission.
My fellow Americans, it's time that we refuse to be further bullied by these false agents of "legal" positions. If you are the target of these fictions, please, follow my lead."
