Murder and Mayhem

http://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/local/des-moines/2014/06/09/des-moines-city-council-wants-better-inspection-hotels/10266837/

Ah...I dunno 'bout y'all, but Murder and Mayhem?  Gotta be two of my favorite subjects.

I won't go into today's findings...I've already had my fill, tankyooberrymutts.  Besides, you of course already saw all you wanted to on the post I posted earlier, entitled "INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE UPDATE!"  Something I didn't say was, that the city council of Des Moines has FINALLY said, "Gee....maybe we oughtta do something about those there hotels."  Here's the thing though, one of the hotels they mention doing something about also houses the mother of the child whose father was murdered...in THIS one (shown above).  I love this town.  If you'd like to hear more about that, plus plus, please, wait a minute...then go and see the other blog I just started:  Iowa & More Importantly, Des Moines Iowa; shown here:

http://desmoinesandiowathevenusflytrap.blogspot.com/

Now, of course, we won't be going into all that here...this is AMERICA'S deadly sins, not Des Moines'...hence the creation of the other one.  So let's get down to the Nitty.  Oh, and the Gritty too, can't do without that one, now can we?

Let's start with murder.  Now, murder, in and of itself, is probably what we Americans do best, right after our skills of "go to war", taxes, follow government blindly, and litigate against others.  How do I know this?  Well, I'd have to say that the numbers speak for themselves.  In order for those numbers to speak for themselves loudly enough, however, we have to have the usual gambit of comparison countries.  And what are the ones we love to pit ourselves against the most?  Well, there's England....though I'm not exactly sure why we compare ourselves to that country, given that they only sport about a 25th of our national size, in square miles.  But I digress.  Now Russia...THERE'S  country more suited to compare to us.  Then China.  Brazil, that's gotta be halfway comparable.  Australia!  That's a biggie.  Canada.  OK, so they don't carry the population we do...but then, you have to remember that some of those itty bitty countries, like Ireland, Isreal, the Korea's and the Viet Nams are FAMOUS for murder, as far as brother against brother, anyway.  Then there are others that are smaller than us, but have a heavy duty populous, like Mongolia, India and Japan.  Then you have those where murder is as bad as shoplifting, like Turkey, Egypt, Iran and Iraq and Afghanistan.  I suppose we should give at least 10, some from each of these, a fair comparison against our great country, in order to be non-conformist and non-judgemental.

Soooo...whaddya say we go with Japan, Russia, China, India, Afghanistan, Brazil, Ireland, Canada, Egypt, and...OH, OK, England...there, ya happy?  Damn Brits anyway...

Let's start with murderers.  Now this is a tricky label to stick onto someone.  First you have to remember that not all people that are accused of murder are murderers.  Especially when you consider our system of justice, which falls directly under the Constitution where it says "Innocent until proven guilty."...a  definitive way of handling the accused that we Americans have neither promoted, exhumed, or practiced.  Nope, 'round these hare pahts, we shoot first, and ask questions LATER.  You're guilty, then you're allowed to (maybe) prove you're innocent.

Then you have to remember that, in all these nations (including ours), that records and statistics can never be 100% accurate, for a number of reasons.  For one, there are forever on-going investigations, cold cases, murderers that are murdering and not ever being caught, as well as murders that are happening that we have zero knowledge of.  Then, if you REALLY want to take it to another level, there are six yr. old murderers that haven't murdered anyone yet.  They're still murderers, they just haven't fully matured as yet.  Isn't it fair to count these kids too?  Then there's the postal worker that hasn't had time to flip out, and the college kid who hasn't been rejected by women enough yet.  With all of this in mind, let's go on.

So, the good ol' U.S.A.'s number of murderers in our 200 yr. history (according to Murdercyclopedia, www.murdercyclopedia.com) is 4,686....men.  That's 92 men per state, on the average.  Oh, and for the record, no one in the world has more documented murders...men or women or BOTH...except for Australia and Great Britain.  They themselves have no more murderers, combined...than just Texas...men.  Texas?  825.  Australia? 118.  Great Britain? 411.  Wowsers.  That we know of, sure.  That have been documented?  OK...but those places have been around FOREVER!!  We've only been here for a little over 200 years!!!!! (Have you noticed that the English speaking countries are the only countries with a high number?  I think I see a pattern here...lol)

On to women murderers.  Australia?  21.  The U.K.?  100.  America?...ooh boy.  650.  Add that to our running total, and you have around 7300 murderers in the history of this country.  I'm sorry kids, but that number is just a little too high for my liking.  So, in the history of the world, that we've kept track of?  The U.S., of course, leads the world...combined almost, at 7300 murderers.  England's next with 511.  That, by the way, in case your math stinks, is 6800 less than us.  Australia, believe or not weighs in at a scant 139.  Ireland, 9, China, 63.  Japan, 67, Brazil 16, Mother Russia, 51, Canada 118, India 39, Afghanistan, 4; Egypt - 3.

Now you know this is gonna be sickening. We're gonna do the ones for only last year.  I only wish I could find the figures since the beginning of our nation...I even tried.  It's pretty much out of the question.

Well, http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/09/16/u-s-murder-rate-higher-than-nearly-all-other-developed-countries-fbi-data/ says it's 14,000+.  24,000 a decade before that.  4.7 per 100,000 people.

So what you're saying, then, is that, in my city, of half a million, that we'll have 23.5 murders in this year alone.  I don't really believe that I like that number a whole lot.  In case you can't really figure the odds on that number, let me help you out.  The chances that you'll be murdered, in my town, before new year's next year is somewhere close to 1 out of 40,000 people.   Maybe 1 out of 45,000.  The last one in my city (that I know of, anyway) was a little too close to home.  Right down the street, literally, and affected the outcome of someone's life who was right next to me.  Screw that!!  Give me Australia, where I probably wouldn't be murdered...well, ever.

OK, what about mayhem?  We haven't talked about that a whole lot.  Well, probably because there isn't a whole lot of that going on...or is there?  Or will there be?  Well, just about every conspiracy-related Yahoo in our country is talking about economic crashes, government cover ups, Benghazi, terrorists, Hilary for President, Hilary for President over my dead body...have you been to Twitter of late?  Read the feed.  Follow it for five friggin' minutes.  Here's the thing....you can't.  I can't keep up with all the bad news that comes over Twitter in a five-minute post session.  Everybody's mad about everything.  This country is going to go belly-up, martial law may be our way of life, and mayhem will rule supreme.  I wouldn't doubt that everyone's first order of business will be to raid the local hardware stores, and pick up as many shovels and screwdrivers and flashlights as they can get their little paws on.  Then, they'll all storm the East coast, and start diggin'...we'll be looking for FETA, and all government and their families, on the off-chance that we might just be able to look 'em in the eye before we ship 'em of to a parallel plane.  It'll be like a treasure hunt...remember when we used to do Easter-Egg hunts or treasure hunts when we were kids?  Oh, we'll have such fun, won't we??  See ya soon!!  :D

JACQUE KARLSON - READER RESPONSE!!

A voice speaks up, in order to be heard!  No, I will not be the first, last, or only victim of our Government's attempts to rule us sheeple!!  Nor will I be the only person to fall victim to Obama's Socialist-style rule either, as is obvious in the following story.

I give you:  Yet another victim in our fight to reclaim our nation!!

*Submitted 6/22/2014"

The first 29 years of my life were hell.

I was born in 1963. The next 29 years would bring abusive parents, child molesters, an ex-husband that encouraged orgies. It was awful. My ex-husband even molested our child. He's in a Pennsylvania prison thanks to me.

It all started when I was six years old.  I had multiple molesters; it was truly an awful time.  In 1990, I went on a mission. I made up my mind that I had suffered enough. I've been to Germany, and twice to Israel. Back then the Internet hardly existed, but I was lucky enough to get a chance to volunteer, at the time, to monitor USASprintNet. Not many people will know what that is.  I ran a Bulletin Board System. I met men there. I was on a mission for a serious life change.

Praise God I met a good man in May in 1992. He came to the U.S. in August of that year from Norway, and we married a month later. I couldn't afford to get him a green card, so I worked three jobs for over a year to get him nationalized. Finally, we came to be able to afford a green card and an immigration lawyer in 1993. We were doing very well now.  My husband was working, and my company sent me to San Jose, CA, where we were both offered full-time jobs. That lasted a year.

My husband became very sick woth diverticulitis, a digestive disorder, that causes severe abdominal cramps. We couldn't afford to stay in California, and moved back to Florida. He got his previous job back.
After renting apartments for several years,  we bought a house in 1998, and a new car in 2000. With both of us working, we had been doing well. At least until October 2001, when I became disabled. I fought with the SSA for years with the help of Congressman Bill Young, God rest his soul, who died in 2013.  He got me to an Administrative Law Judge who found me extremely credible.  The SSA dragged their feet in disbursing my back-pay. Congressman Young demanded they give me an emergency payment until they settled with the attorney. He served in Congress for 43 years. He visited Walter Reed when he was so sick that he couldn't walk. When he announced his retirement I was sickened. I cried all night for this wonderful Congressman who went out of his way for the Military, Veterans, and disabled people. He should have ran for President! He didn't get to enjoy his retirement. He died before he could even retire, and was replaced by David Jolly, a total loser.

Due to the way our mortgage was structured we were forced to refinance in 2002. Our mortgage payment increased, putting additional strain on our finances. In August 2003, we ultimately lost the house and once again became renters. My husband worked hard, and also started college that same month. I needed a full-time caregiver. The insurance alone cost us $800 a month. Florida doesn't pay much, and he only made $10 an hour and worked at least 50 hours a week.  Then his company decided to stop paying for overtime, like a lot of businesses had started doing around that time.  My husband worked hard, but I needed a full-time caregiver so he left his job in December 2003.

I am very sick, I'm disabled, and I have diabetes, high blood pressure, PTSD, anxiety, and numbness in all limbs. My husband has saved my life over and over again when my blood sugar dropped, sometimes all the way down to the 30's. I take insulin. My diabetic cat even saved my life once, God rest his soul too.

Anyway, back in 2008 we paid cash for a mobile home.  We lost it too, because we couldn't afford the energy bills, since I only get a measly $833 a month.  I stayed home in the 80´s with my now three grown children, 25, 28, and 31.

My husband now has an Associate, Bachelor's, and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He finished in 2010. We deferred our loans over and over but the Federal Government stopped it since King Obama took office. Our credit is destroyed and we owe combined over $135,000.

We rented a duplex in 2012, the man knew full well that I only received $821 a month. He charged us $500 a month, and the energy bill was over $250 and it was in his name.  Because of how much we were racking up in electricity, he tried to evict us. I went to legal aid and backed him off as long as I could. He even cut the electricity off on us on December 23rd, so we plugged our extention cords into the empty side of the duplex to at least have the refrigerator and a couple of lights on. My lawyer demanded he turn it on, which he did after leaving us in the dark for four days. Merry Christmas. We finally had to leave in February 2013 with our two precious cats that we had for 10 years since they were kittens. We lived in our car until April 2013.

We had a serious car accident during this time, due to doctors who prescribed me insane amounts of Morphine and Oxycodone. We are lucky to be alive. My two babies, the cats, were not so lucky.  My husband says I sped up to 95 miles an hour, then turned towards him and smiled at him while I did it too.  I then proceeded to drive the vehicle off the road and flipped it at least four times.
My husband had a blood clot on his brain. We don't know if it has gone away as they said it would, because he doesn't have health insurance.  An American citizen without health insurance. He can have Obamacare for $250 a month? Florida stopped my Medicaid and demanded I sign up for Obamacare. No thanks. We will never sign up for Obamacare. I have Medicare. I am drug free today other than Xanax. I will never get away from that because of PTSD and Anxiety due to my extremely abusive parents, child molesters, and my criminal ex-husband.

Our car was totalled in the accident, so when we were discharged from the hospital we had neither home nor car. We opted to rent a U-Haul van in order to have something to sleep in. We of course couldn't afford $300 a week for long, and didn't know what else to do. Upon asking my mother for help, we got nothing. She let us go to jail for failure to re-deliver a hired vehicle...a 3rd degree felony. We spent 58 days in jail for that.  On the final court appearance with the public defender and prosecution, who were useless, wanted us to plead guilty to a felony. I told the Judge no way. I will not be a felon for being disabled and homeless. We called the prosecutors bluff and threatened to hire a private attorney. They gave in immediately. My mother paid $3,000 to get us off with no conviction on our records.  It's all about money these days.

For several months she left us to sleep in the hot streets of Pinellas County Florida, where you aren't allowed by law to sleep at all, or you risk arrest. Needless to say, we didn't have much of a choice.  Finally in October 2013 she bought us a 'car to sleep in!' My witch of a mother, who has this big house with an extra bedroom downstairs in her basement, and has two vehicles for herself, puts us out on the street; forcing us to either camp or sleep out in our car.

We have been either camping or sleeping in the car ever since. We are right now, as we speak. Sitting in a hot car all day with no A/C...Sure, I have it, but we don't have the kind of money to run it all day.  I only wish I could march up the White House stairs to let Obama know what his terms of presidency has done to us, as well as others.  We can only pray that the next President will put things right again.

Political Views & How they just suck. Big Time.

http://blogs.browardpalmbeach.com/pulp/obama-hanging-jones.JPG

Hey kids.  Whatcha say we have some fun today, hmmmmm?????

OK, we're gonna start this out on the lighter side, because some of you might be beginning to wonder what I am.  What view am I?  Where is me?  Well, see, that's what I'm talking about.

I'm sure a lot of you, in referring back to .... sayyyy...the post entitled "Solemn Moment" where I make it very....clear...where I stand.  Where am I?  Outstanding in my field.  That's where I am.  But it's OK, I'll do it again, because it's important that you know what to call me.

I'm not left, I'm not right, I'm not conservative, liberal, democrat, republican, independant, whateverthehellholeyouwannaputmeinitjustaintgonnawork.

One of the biggest things that makes me angry about the issues and political views is:  It doesn't friggin' matter.  If I stand Liberal on abortion, what is that going to matter once I get in?  Do you believe things are going to change?  They're not.  We'll be fighting over this 100 years from now, just like we were fighting about it 100 years ago.  We'll come up with new thoughts on it, sure, and as times change, things might get so different we may just come up with our own solutions.  Until then?  Put it away.  Pack those things in boxes, then label them for opening later.  In case you haven't noticed?  We have real in your face issues that need to be fixed.  Today.  Screw that other stuff.  It doesn't matter.

I refuse to be on a side.  That's what a politician does.  Did you forget?  The UN-Politician.  That's about to be the thing people remember about me the most.  Don't ask me about the issues.  I've already related those...over.  And over.  And over.  That is NO LONGER the problem America.  Now, when the dust finally settles (if it EVER does) and things can be back to normal, not all up in the air like it's been the last two administrations...then you can ask me about that crapola every day of the week.  Right now, the problem is that we're about to lose everything we've fought for the last 235 years or so (give or take a decade) and now it's time to stop worrying about the paltry stupid things we've been arguing about for decades to no avail, and worry about that humongous shadow that's been hanging over our country since the Clinton Days.  It's because of all these shiny objects, that you and I are in this pickle.  We're so damned concerned about the "Issues" and where these people stand on them, that you're missing the BIG. GD. PICTURE.

We're gonna lose our country and all you people can talk about is whether we have a fetus in the womb, if it's human or not?  Really?  What's all that gonna matter when you get shuffled into a Russian concentration camp?  Who's gonna be talking about capital punishment when your family is murdered by the Chinese?  Finally, what amount of national attention will there be on affirmative action, the economy, education, embryonic stem cell research, energy, euthanasia, our role in global warning, gun control, healthcare, homeland security...etc., what's ALL OF THAT GOING TO MATTER WHEN WE NO LONGER EXIST AS A NATION, when the Government calls Martial Law in order to reign us in, when China or Russia takes us over and half of us die defending our country against the world, who in this country is going to care about Immigration?  NOBODY.  Matter of fact, we'll probably be swearing in the lot of Mexico, once we get in that situation.  We'll be scrambling to make them all citizens, with all our blessings, should we ever come up against someone else in war.  Last but not least, who's gonna care about anything...if we're DEAD???  N-O-B-O-D-Y.

So, what am I?  I'm someone who's eyes are on our immediate future, who loves this country and what it USED to stand for, who wants to continue to enjoy the same damn freedoms I've enjoyed since I came out of my so-called mother's womb.  I want to be free, I want to be happy and I want to pursue everything that makes me both of those things.  I am...nothing.  Only a member of the population of these United States.  A member, who, God willing, will still be able to run for President in 2020.  If we don't go belly up by then.

Do you feel me America?  Get where I'm comin' from?  Good.  Now get a clue, and quit worrying about where I stand, where he stands, and where everybody everywhere stands.  We have bigger fish to fry, and I suggest you heat the oil, and quickly, or it won't matter about the minnows you're grasping at.
