How To Spot A Sovereign Citizen ("The Facts, Page 2, Fact #5)

This, my friends, is a very....very important video.

See, we SOVEREIGNS (everyone in the United States that isn't a U.S. Citizen, as defined by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, every indigenous person that has not accepted government benefits, and every person that lived in our country before 1864;) are a serious threat to the current order....

Now, the point of THIS video, is that the police do, in fact, believe themselves to be above the law that they enforce.  What it does NOT say (but what I do), is that, NOT ONLY THE POLICE; but every....single....judge, elected official, Mayor, Senator, Representative...every single elected official on every level of government in alleged "Authority" over us believes THEMSELVES to be sovereign...because every one of them believes they are above the law, and that the law that applies to US does NOT apply to them; which if you look up the definition of sovereign, that's exactly what they are saying.  Judges, for instance, enjoy sovereign immunity; but even though they don't call it that, every OTHER official ALSO enjoys sovereign immunity.  Don't believe me?  Try and sue any one.  You won't believe the immunity ALL of these people enjoy.

What you're also going to see in this video is a cut and continued segment that demonizes any of US that believe that WE are sovereign...which we ALL ARE.  Most of us have had this trained out of us.  We aren't aware of our sovereignty anymore.  That's because Government claimed this sovereignty for itself, and doesn't want us having it.  Believe this folks...and if you still don't believe this, just listen to this guy, the police chief...who I guarantee believes HIMSELF to be part of this sovereignty scam, and has enough immunity to protect him for life.

Sometimes you just have to watch what people say and how they say it to realize the real truth, right?  :D

Whatever it is they're called?  I'm hardly eskeered.  One fact the Foggy-doggy doesn't know is that I strutted right into the FBI Headquarters in D.C. and caused quite a fuss with hardly a single click o' the manacles. Mueller (Mueller?  Mueller?) the criminal head of the FBI and his gang of jack-booted thugaroos put on their pants just like every other human on the planet; and what's more?  Couldn't pin a crime on a ginormous donkey, un-blindfolded.  You know what also occurred to me?  All of those FBI years of going through my computer and my email from 2015 til just a couple months ago (yes Fuggy, they FINALLY STOPPED!  Time to call in sommore favors, eh?), from RI all the way to Hawaii?  Was probably at the behest of this criminal.  Sad to say, however....NARY A SINGLE AGENT HAS EVER....EVER...been to my door.  They KNOW betta.  Poor wittle Fogdog.  Just can't catch a break, canya?

Another thing you'll probably notice is that he has better access to my state and federal court cases than I do.  More so, it's pretty obvious that there is a list duck-taped down right next to his computer with a number of names that he must search for on a daily basis to make sure he doesn't miss a single thing.  For Christ's sake, every day something came up in my life, there was a post on it on snoop Foggy's blog; and 2 days ago was the first notice I took of that.  What a pile of absolute LOSERS.  I'm betting not a single one of these people has a mother, a girlfriend or a wife, because they would be spanking these sad excuses for humans daily to whip them into find something better to do with their days, surely.  64 pages of results.  1585 posts...just about li'l ol' me.  It's really good to know that I actually DO affect people's lives.  I think I should almost THANK the guy for helping me get more views on my blog.  Oh, and remember....every time one of your misfits clicks on one of my stories about you?  It goes up on the Top 10 most read post's list...and the higher it goes on that list, the more it gets read  ;).  Of course, it being the FEATURE article will help keep it there....forever...and ever...and ever.

Now, let's just move on over here for a minute.  I got a couple more real pretty buttons that just popped up, and they are just BEGGING to be pushed, and I don't wanna be sparing of nary a one.

First of all, Foggy is a guy who needs what little of his brain he might have left removed for the safety of all living things, and have the space between his ears filled with scalding hot pudding.  His mother?  Really should have swallowed him instead.

For one, Fog-turd community...there is no way on God's earth that a sensible jury would EVER find me guilty in this case.  I could beat this one, hands tied behind my back, from 100 yards outside the courtroom, with my eyes crossed and a huge band-aid across my lips.  Hate to tell you Foghorn, but I'm going to see you go to prison (or at the end of a hangman's noose) long before you see the end of me.  Get that across your liberal-assed thingy you call a brain, something you wouldn't recognize if it jumped out and said WOBGOF.  See ya asshole....oh, and one more thing:

Considering what I am really attempting to do here folks (Educate - Inform - Expose); I would like to apologize for what you have read, just now.  Allow me to explain.

See, it's not just that this man and his community continue to attack me after YEARS without a word from me, it clearly tells a much bigger tale, and it's THIS tale that paints a much bigger picture that disappoints, saddens and infuriates me....not him.

What we have here, folks, is a decline of the values of good moral people in general, of this country, and of our founding fathers.  It is also an OBVIOUS decline of our morality, our common sensibilities and of our way of thinking.  We are, in general, becoming much less HUMAN....and it shows, like an octopus permanently attached to our faces.  This man and his community are a big....glaring...prime...and ugly example of all of the above.

Even in as little of a time span as just a couple of decades ago, we would have gasped in absolute horror at the idea of anyone setting up a respected war veteran - who dedicated a portion of his life to (allegedly) defend our way of life and our freedoms - on gun charges, using the FBI.

Another more glaring example that I use often to display this decay in our way of thinking is this:  We once threw a Republican President (Nixon) out of office because he spied on his Governmental peers in a hotel room....and a little over a decade ago, a monster who was posing as our caring President authorized the spying on of EVERYONE...and half or better; but really, pretty much ALL of the country; let that go.

Now you know I hate all political persons with an equal hatred....seldom will you EVER find me getting political.  Politicians are, and have almost ALWAYS been POS's.  I hate the Bushes nearly as much as I hate the Obamas, and the Reagans almost as much as the Clintons.  Not because of their affiliations, or their positions on the issues...but because of their inhumanity; because of their callous disregard for the basic foundations and principles of our forefathers and humanity in general.

Another prime example of this degradation of our morality shines through with this guy and his "community" (I think it's pretty safe to call this a CULT) of followers; a group that doesn't fall from the Jim Jones debacle of the 70's; where hundreds of people with insane beliefs and morals killed themselves with a glass of grape kool-aid, simply because some guy that was good with words somehow managed to convince them that it was the right thing to do....except that this guy isn't about hurting his own followers; he's worse yet; he's intent on hurting GOOD HONEST HARD-WORKING AMERICANS who are being victimized by an absolutely insane and unjust judicial system and its Government.  Crazier still, is the fact that, anyone reading just this portion of the article could see that anyone who writes and thinks like I do is obviously not on meth....but then, it's easier to call someone a drug addict than it is for a leopard to change its spots; and call someone stupid rather than admit they're wrong....right?

Let's start with the imagined "movement" that this guy primarily attacks...a little ditty, dreamed up by those of our Government, called "The Sovereign Citizen" movement.  Now, you've heard me talk about this before.  This is a term dreamed up by those of our alleged Government to demonize, not only a fundamental ideal (which, by the way, was part of the principles of those who FOUNDED this country!), but the group of people that have realized that the life and freedoms that we allegedly "ENJOY" today are not what they are supposed to be.

First, there is no such thing as a "Sovereign Citizen."  You can be a sovereign, and you can be a citizen; as the "law" defines such a thing....but you cannot be both, per that very definition.  As a HUMAN....you are A SOVEREIGN.  You have LOST that sovereignty by becoming Government's definition of a U.S. CITIZEN.  If you don't believe me, you need only do three things:

1.  Read the entire 14th Amendment to our "Constitution"
2.  Read the definition of "Sovereignty."
3.  Now compare the two side by side.

Simple, right?  You would think.

Second, what you have to understand is simply this group of words:  You do NOT need a middle-man between you and your freedom.  You do NOT need to be told you are sovereign.  You just ARE.  Most important, though, is this.  You do not need Government to tell you that you have your own power, to shape your own destiny, or control your own lives.  You can do that WITHOUT Government.

What this man, his community, and his Political group of "Liberal Progressives" are trying to convince you of is nothing short of outright communism.  Government is right, Government is good, and Government cares about you so much that it will do anything to protect you from what you should already know.  You have the power to govern your own lives, your own destinies, and your own existence.  All you have to do is use it.  If you don't like what's going on, all you have to do is realize it....find others that agree with you...AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.  Nothing more....nothing less.

This man does what every liberal progressive does, and has even taken it a few insane steps further - and it should not be tolerated under ANY circumstance in this country, no matter WHAT side you're on.  Instead of logic and reason, he resorts to libel and slander.  Instead of intelligent uttering, he resorts instead to name calling and insults.  Instead of listening to or considering another viewpoint on a subject, he resorts to threats and intimidating behavior.  Instead of legal or lawful recourse, he instead uses blackmail, crime, physical violence and his tyrannous government to silence those who disagree with everything he's attempting to shove down your throats.

This man's ideals are criminal at best...and absolutely TREASONOUS at worst.  It's people like this that we should be hanging by their toenails, let's be honest.

What you have to know is that everyone is sovereign, and "the law" is something that policy dictates....not Governmental or the political policy....YOUR policy.  Get that through your skulls now; or Government will do it for you, and control your lives and the way you think...and this man will have you drinking grape kool-aid before you know what hit you.  Thank you for your time.  :D

The difference between a "Domicile" and a "Residence" (Black's Law Dictionary, 4th Ed.)

A "Domicile" is your home, a fixed place of habitation; while a "Residence" is a TRANSIENT PLACE OF DWELLING. (Fisher vs. Jordan, C.C.A.Tex., 116 F. 2d, 183, 186; Hartzler vs. Radeka 265 Michigan 451, 251 N.W. 554; Minick vs.Minick 111 Florida, 469 149 So. 483, 488.)

Why is this important for those who don't know the difference?  How many bank accounts, driver's licenses, hunting licenses, marriage licenses, student loans, car contracts, "vehicle" registrations and titles have you filled out the applications for, claiming that you are a TRANSIENT RESIDENT?  If you're buying your home, allegedly, and claiming to own the land it sits on, are you a TRANSIENT?  Hell no.  You are, by doing all of this, claiming to be a TRANSIENT HOMELESS PERSON.

When you purchase a RESIDENCE, you are, in reality, engaging in the practice of REAL ESTATE....you are not buying a home, you are renting the property from the bank and paying the city you live in to do so.  Why do you think you still pay taxes on your home, even AFTER you've paid off the mortgage?  It sure isn't because the city's sewer lines, the roads that run by your home, the power lines that run to your home, etc.  It's because YOU DO NOT OWN YOUR PROPERTY.

Think about this....it's the city that essentially grabs your property away from you if you don't pay the taxes on your home....then, sells it to someone else JUST FOR THE AMOUNT OF TAXES THAT YOU OWE....what a great scam this is!!!  You pay $200,000 for your home; but if you don't pay your taxes, they can take it away from you and sell it for $2,000???  C'mon people....USE YOUR HEADS.

"Residence" is a COMMERCIAL TERM.  It's a term of real estate.  You don't own a residence; you own a HOME, and it should be yours...as should the land it sits on.  Yet, if you don't have a LAND PATENT, issued by the federal government?  It doesn't belong to you.

Your use of a ZIP CODE means that you are a transient in WASHINGTON D.C.; because the use of a zip code puts you in a FEDERAL zone.  Do you see the deception?

Change your "Resident" status to:

Then send an official letter to your local postmaster to give NOTICE of the changes.
