However, keep in mind that this petition may just piss these people off.  But that's OK too, because then you know what's next...FED COURT!!!  There, I shant be quite so kind in my charge bringing, either.

Hey America...remember back....WAAAAAAAAAAY back, when the mother was found guilty of doing Meth, via that reliable and "witnessed", and "untampered with" hair sample that was finally acquired of her, after flubbing the first test because the idiots that ran the place couldn't tell her 99 cent hair weave, blond colored, from her grown in black real hair she had by almost 2 months by that time, then when they finally got the 2nd test right, claimed that she was twice as dirty as I was, and that I had shown a number of 558, just over the dirty line at 500...which is funny too, considering the 2nd test, the urine test that was faked as well, showed me at EXACTLY 500????  Well, we had tried to tell Judge Price (and others, including DHS) that the mother only showed dirty fior this because of her Preventol inhaler, which has Abuterol in it, a drug known to shall false positive for both Meth AND amphetimines; and was issued to her JUST PRIOR to the hair test done on her?   Well, after 2 months of arguements with Primary Health Care (imagine it would be them...), we finally got it.  Know what it says?  I think you know; as do we all.  Matter of face, it was issued to her the day of the removal hearing...just a day before the 2nd test was performed.  Here then, are the results of that little ditty.

NOTE:  It does show the mother to say "Previously" under the caption "Done Drugs Before?"  Remember, this is the most honest person in the world, with absolutely nothing to hide, and nothing to feel guilty for, who had, twice, tried a hit of pot...the last time being 5 years ago.

OOPS!! An Apology to Mr. Pohl

Hello America.  It has come to my attention (and he/she is correct) that Ms. Pohl did NOT make the statement listed in the post that has now come down, as well as in Braving the Banjo II.  This will, of course, be changed immediately...I also offer an apology to Ms. Pohl, and she will NOT be testifying at our hearing.  She will, of course, be replaced with the one of 20 officers that all came to the shelter to "tresspass me", who actually DID make that statement, and who, I'm sure, isn't "familiar with me" starting fights at this shelter, and who knows me no better than any other officer does (with the notable exception of two officers in the whole city, and I have a very good relationship with both; namely officers House and Trimble)....which is, of course, not at all.  I have never been "known" to start fights there, nor had I ever in life been "trespassed" from there for doing so.  Had I been, I wouldn't have been there to be trespassed THAT time either.  You fight, you're out, and there's not much chance you're coming back either.

That being said, I do have a couple of comments for the commenter.  I have NOT lost focus at all.  I do, sometimes, as anyone would, misread, misunderstand, or due to anger, mistake things, but my focus remains the same, and is absolutely no different than it was at this event's inception.  To bring to justice all involved.  Quite the opposite is true, truth be known.  It is because of the intensity with which that focus is, that I might make a mistake or two, large or small, along the way.  I am, I'm afraid....quite human, and mistakes are bound to be made.  I apologize, again, for THIS mistake, but my focus is no different.  Please allow me to be human, at the very least.

As to my being rude when handing out the flyers, that wasn't the case at all.  As a matter of fact, I claimed that they would be sorry they were in my way (meaning they would be sorry they would have to see this), only to prepare them for what they were about to view on it.  As I remember well, I said it with a big insidious grin on my face as well, in order to avoid someone taking that statement the wrong way.  That, of course, doesn't allows work in my favor, and some choose to take it the wrong way regardless.

As to you, my friend, being a follower - that is, and will always be...your choice...as it is to others as well.  Please, accept my apology, and continue to follow; but should you choose to disband, I can only plead the one time; and hope for the best.

SIDENOTE:  I would VERY MUCH like to thank this commenter by the way...for the officer that DID make this statement?  His identity is Officer Carrington.  Why is this important to us you might ask?  Well kids, thanks to the commenter bringing this father's attention to THIS mistake, YET ANOTHER had been found to take it's place.  See, Officer Carrington appears to be a magical being.  Not only was Officer Carrington the one responsible for making initial reports to Ms. Nieman at our hotel, where all of this started; within a couple of days time, he was also the person who had me trespassed PERSONALLY from the shelter...AND TOOK THE REPORT OF SAMANTHA POHL!!. I think we might just have us another conspirator employed by the DMPD, and another flunky of DHS Social workers and their agendas.  That this officer, who obviously can be on every call about me, amidst the hundreds of crimes commited in this city daily, and take all reports concerning me, among the hundreds of officers that the Des Moines Police Department employs, and all within a few days time is not only very unlikely...it's almost impossible!!!  I think I'm going to have fun questioning this officer.  Thank you again, commenter!!

NOTE:  You know, I knew there was an attorney disciplinary board...but did you know there was a Judge disclinary board as well???  I just learned this today.  So, being incorporated here, along with yet ANOTHER petition I'll be putting together to have this judge removed, impeached, or disciplined (if not all three) will be set up to get signed as well.  From what I understand, I am, by far, not the ONLY victim of this judge's fairy tale type rulings.  Remember, way back...around October '14, when I told you I saw the snake walking up 6th street, from the courthouse, looking over his shoulder at least 5 times in the minute I watched?  Sometimes, the bullets come from other directions. my dear friend Judge Price, and are more legal.  I'd say you have more than one shoulder to look over  :D

Well folks, I think it's time we brought this nonsense to a close.  Don't you?  I don't know about you, but I got more important things to be and do, and the mother is getting really tired of missing out on our daughter's un-recapturable youth.  Had you asked us what medical kidnapping was a year ago, I would have gave you a blank stare and shrugged.  Now, I could write a book on it.

I just caught the mother crying herself asleep again the other night, and I don't know about you, but that tends to grate on any husband's nerves.  If it were just that alone, things might be easier, but when you stir in a goodly bunch of false charges and arrest, constant appeals to prove your already apparent innocence, and the appearance, without viable proof, of drug use, drug dealing, harassment (of social workers who remove innocent children from stable loving families) and massive amounts of "long-standing unresolved mental issues"...well, I don't think I need to continue all that, now do I?

Continuing on, we have now posted a petition we would really love for you to sign, hopefully without prejudice, without accusation, and without fear.  This petition, of course, only requires 50 signatures.  Wouldn't it be grand, if it were, instead, more like 500 or 5000....but we'll take what we are given.  Please, if you would, sign this petition, and let President Obama, Joan Ernst and the gang know that we mean business.  Thanks America.

NOTE:  You'll note, later in time, that the harassment charges of 1st degree they tried using in all of this was dismissed...but WITH PREJUDICE.  For those of you who are unaware of the meaning of this little term, it means, essentially, that they can bring these charges again...when they want to...have me arrested AGAIN for it...then can continually drop them just before they have to prove it.  It's OK though, I've done my research, and have found a viable solution to this little trick of theirs, and will implement it...well, TODAY.

America, I see the tables turning...but not in the direction they were meant to turn, and most certainly NOT at the usual slow speed Justice likes to keep its wheels.

I'd like to say, that a major bump in the system's road is about to come across everyone's desk, come Monday morn.

It concerns the Queen Bitch of our little show, Emily Nieman.

To complete the tale and close the book on this has-been social worker, there's just one more little tale that begs to be told.

There has been, as you know, two more cases in which this social worker was its primary instigator.  Both are confidential juvenile cases.  The problem here, is that neither case is "Confidential" any longer; thanks to this father.

Below, you'll be presented with 2 sheets of efiled paper.  One came from our CINA case, the other from the termination case.  This, of course, is nothing you haven't seen before; these were both published at another time.  Now, if you're reading this article to your children, remember, the language used here is coming from the mouth of a VERY upset parent, who just recently found out that the child was placed in the custody of a very recently found fat, drunk and single biological father, who had, recently, just become the poster child of jumping through one or two DHS hoops.  You may wanna cover their little ears again:

Now, upon reading this little ditty, I was thinking "this is perfect to put into my harassment case."  It's just one of 1,000 examples where I state, as usual, that I wouldn't ever threaten anyone of anything but their jobs, even though DHS was CONSTANTLY using the words "borderline threats"...which always pissed me off.  Besides, I wasn't threatening.  I was PROMISING.  There is, most definately, a huge difference.  But this one, folks, was the one that socked me over the head, and brought my anger to its pinnacle.

I was talking to my brother.  I had just called him to tell him the update to my little story of having my face RE-posted on the Metro's most wanted, for the SAME DAMN CHARGE they had already arrested me and bailed me for.  You know how they fixed that issue?  Yeah, they took my face down all right.  Then they REPOSTED IT with ARRESTED tatooed acrossed it.  Oh, MUCH better.  Thank you....a*******s.  We ran over the whole thing again, and talked about what I had said to get 1st degree harassment charges brought against me...and as I was looking for the direct quote out of THESE voicemails (this page is the entire list of the voicemails they had used to bring the harassment charges), I noticed a very significant absence of the very thing they has used.

First Degree Harassment, you remember, is when someone either is convicted, previously, of 2nd degree harassment, then commits it again; or on the flip side, simply threatens the life of another.  SUPPOSEDLY, I had said:  "Enjoy your life now, because it's about over."  Then I distinctly remember running through this set of voice mails to Emily Nieman, and thinking..."Nothing in here even LOOKS like I'm coming after her like that in any way!!!".  I'd gone through it and gone through it.  Sure, the language hadn't been the best, but I remembered not thinking ANY of it came even remotely close to a threat to someone's life.  And when I had heard the phrase that brought the 1st degree harassment to bear against me, I just assumed that I had missed it.  But in this re-read to my brother, it hit me.  There REALLY WASN'T ANYTHING.  NOTHING.  NADA.  Zip, zilch, no way hosee, couldn't possibly be.  Here.  Look it over for yourself.  Let me know if something hits you in the face and rubs it in, willya?  I DAREYA.

Now, please note...on the very bottom recording, there's ONE SENTENCE...sound familiar?  'Cept, it seems there's been a pretty major word replacement here...it says (and I quote) *ahem*..."Your career is over honey, I'm gonna tell ya.  I hope you enjoy what little of your job you have left"

I guffawed, and said "O...mg, Dave?  Gotta run"

Needless to say, I'm just a little miffed.  Because of that statement, in which at least 5 words have been totally replaced, I was harassed by a detective and a few sargeants, my face has been on the Metro's Most Wanted, next to hardened criminal Mr. Trombone, now for nearly a MONTH (for what we NOW know was just a 3rd degree harassment SIMPLE MISDEMEANOR), was shown on the Des Moines Area news for over 3 weeks on WHO TV 13 news, published for all to see in every CityView for the same amount of time; Intelligence came after me over a stupid comment about camping out on Obama's doorstep, I was arrested and placed in a local sheriff's office where my heart fibbed for over an hour, I endured a 2 hour drive to Des Moines in Handcuffs, spent 3 days in PCJ, had to bail out for over $200, was fined $130 in the arraignment, and told to return for the 1st degree harassment, almost lost bond because of the county attorney, and had to call family and friends to help me out; had to hitchike back to where I was living 2 hours away (which, because of the hicks that live out this way, took nearly 12 hours to do, when it shoulda MAYBE taken 3, in a jean jacket in 30 degree weather), got hypothermia, and had to endure hours of motion filing and stress....OVER THIS BULLSHIT!

that this harassment bullhocky is about to come to a very quick end.  What's more, I'm thinkin' I see where ALL OF THIS might just come to a VERY QUICK END.

You guys play chess, perchance?  All I can think of at this point; is the word CHECK.  I'm thinkin' MATE is just around the corner.  :D

one Sargeant Halifax; has been called by this father FOUR TIMES in the last two days.  No charges have been brought against this father, and yet his picture is still EMBLAZENED as being Des Moines MOST WANTED man, utilizing the same 1st Degree Harassment charge I was arrested (and bailed) for just 2 weeks ago...ahead of long-time resident Mr. Trombone, considered a very ruthless criminal.  Dangerous indeed.  I even took the time to remind him where I lived, in case he wanted to gather a posse to come and arrest me for NO CRIME.  Gotta love this s***, huh??

Well kids, the Pre-hearing for the Assessment Appeal was, in this FATHER'S opinion, a success.  Granted, Mr. Grant Dugdale, the assistant Attorney General in charge of railroading these parents in this hearing was a pain in the Kiester, as he Dug into us, over hill and Dale...as was Connie Dickema...I'm sorry, Diekema, the non-party representing the party of Methodist witnesses.  The real winner here though, suprisingly enough, was ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) Margaret LeMarche.  I gotta tellya kids, this woman, to me, was the epitome of everything I ever expected or thought a judge to be.  She was kind, fair and helpful...and by God, I think she might just dispense some real, honest, truthful judgement.

Not that it matters, or so I've been told.  No, from what I understand, if DHS isn't crazy about her ruling, well, they do one of two things.  a.) they bypass the judgement, and keep plugging along, doin' their own thing; and totally blow it off, or  b.)  They appeal the ruling...hoping for a judge that'll be more crooked and on their side.  I can understand this strategy.  When 75 percent of the judges are corrupt in Iowa, appealing just brings it around to someone a bit more on the side of evil, on the average.  Pretty good odds, if you're the spawn of the Deveel, I say.

Anyway, the attorney for those criminal doctors of Methodist brought up a valid point.  The Parent's rights as of this moment anyway, have been officially terminated...by the head crook in our juvenile case, Mr. William Price, the Dishonorable.  Then the idiot woman GAVE ME THE MEANS WITH WHICH I COULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE...Thank you Ms. Dickema...(oh hell with it, I like this spelling better anyway.)

Here, all you need do is peruse the title of the articles on the first page in order to get a feel for what's going on with Child Protective Services/DHS EVERYWHERE IN OUR COUNTRY.  Any of it sound familiar?  It should.  A lot of it looks very similar to what these parents have endured, at the hands of this state and governmental agency, and at the hands of none other than METHODIST/UNITY POINT HOSPITAL.  Get me?  Feel me?  You should.

Unfreakin'believable! Part IV

UPDATE:  I just got an order back from the judge, concerning my little motion.  You ready for this?  There's been a complaint of Harrassment filed.  That's it.  I imagine from the cute li'l law firm of Methodist's.  They don't like hearing that these subpoenaes are going out again, and that I'll have plenty o' time to serve them, and properly this time.  'Magine that.  Their secretary, Ms. Diekema or whatever her name is (see 2 posts down) has been playing tattletale with the Administrative Law Judge, like she's gonna put up with that kinda nonsense....idiots.  She promptly put us both in our places, and said "see ya at the hearing".  Oh, we'll be seeing ya all right.  :D

So, like I said...there's been a complaint.  No formal charges have been filed though, so therefore, no crime.  Now, you wanna 'splain to me how I can be wanted...and there's NO CHARGES FILED???? And no crime committed?  And they know where I am...they were here just two weeks ago!!!  But I'm on the board again, like this is gonna scare me from going through with my hearings.  Go finger.

Unfreakin'believable Part III

Well, we officially filed our appeal again, since the termination came out finally...and what do you know, my face is ONCE AGAIN on the Metro's Most Wanted in Des Moines Iowa...today.  Ironic, isn't it?

These people...the Judge, William A. Price.  The Polk County Attorney.  DHS.  They all know what's coming...and they will make up whatever they have to, in order to put this father away before the s*** hits the fan.  This father then stayed up ALL NIGHT to make sure this was all done before sunrise.  Behold, the Notice of Appeal to the Termination, and the Combined Certificate, complete with warning to the Supreme Court of what these people were going to try and do...AGAIN.

What's happening here, kids, is that these entities, who are about to suffer for their sins against these parents over the LAST 9 MONTHS, are now afraid...afraid of the assessment appeal, afraid of my Termination appeal, and afraid of U.S. Federal court...and they will do whatever it takes, even if it means putting me 6 feet under, to stop me.

YOU MUST HELP!!!!  Iowa, don't you see what's going on?  SPEAK UP, AND SUPPORT THIS FATHER, before it's too late...for me, for Iowa, and for this country.  DHS is losing, EVERYTHING is lost to them, and now, that there's no more choice, this father will be arrested again.

I will be also POSTING, AGAIN, the Affidavit of Truth, so that you can see what the real deal is.  Read it, be aware of it, and if you see nothing from me again, you'll know I'm being falsely imprisoned, in order to DEPRIVE ME OF MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS, and to shut me up...maybe for good, before a lot of jobs go down the tubes.
