Well, after nearly a week on the road, and in preparation for this little ordeal, it's finally time.  By the end of this day, I will be naked, alone, and in communicae with Mr. Tankan, first name Wankan, and Earth Mother, with no real view of the world to speak of, for 96 hours.  Sounds like a real blast.  Gotta do whatcha gotta do though, right?

Before I go, there's a slew of people I need to give credit to.  I may not remember some of your names...but I told you to look, and given your roles in my time on the road, I'm certain that you'll know who you were.

Keep in mind, that at first glance, ND, did nothing for me.  Weather-wise, I'm sure that opinion holds.  Remember also, that it was actually the city of Minot that caused me to hate it here, without giving the rest of the state any credit.  North and South Dakota have both gone up around ten points each in the last week.  Let's hope the final days here continue the rise.

So, the credits promised.  First, I'd like to thank M.D. Grant, Wild Wolf, Ronnie Davis and Eliza "Songbird", for being such awesome Native Americans as to inspire me to finally take this on, as well as offer me the verbal support to do so.

My first real ride in the Dakotas, out of Sioux Falls, was the most unbelievable coincidence, and probably spurred me to go on more than any other event in the trip, as being on the correct path.  This ride was none other than one of the original TRUE Anons.  He has gone by many names, he said, but his most well known name was Goldeneye.  He gave me his blessing, and we had quite the conversation.

After dumping me off in Fargo, I met a cute li'l girl who ran the desk at a Petro station.  We talked about everything from true love to what I was about to do.  After getting back out on the highway, it was well after dark before I would get another ride, to Jamestown.  This would be my home for the next 15 hours.

I went back to the stop I was dropped off at several times in the following twelve hours for various reasons, and after an empathic talk with the night clerk at the truck stop (who fully agreed with my thoughts of the takeover of the U.S.), I passed out in the trucker's lounge for a couple hours.

Around 3 p.m., and after watching several tens of vehicles zoom past me, I laid back on my bag, and cranked up the tunes in my ears.  I awoke to a local police officer attempting to get my attention...we'll call him Corporal S.  He was super nice, around my age, and was, in my opinion, a blueprint for how every law enforcement officer should be.  After assessing that my only remaining immediate intent was to get to Bismarck, he got on the phone to the Salvation Army there, and got me a free ride on the Jefferson lines immediately, with a free bag of snack food to alleviate my hunger.  Many thanks to this sympathetic officer in Jamestown....long may he wave.

As I got to Bismarck, I ran over to a convenience store to grab something to eat and drink.  Michael and A. (damn I'm terrible with names), the two clerks working at..Speed-something...DAMN do I suck with names, were extremely helpful.  They gave me a small portable pizza, and listened to everything I had to say like sponges.

I'd like to thank the overly helpful blond gal at the CAT bus station...you deserve a big raise/promotion, kiddo.  I'd also like to thank the disbelieving and skeptical girls of the local pawn shop, who, even though they didn't believe I would come back to get my laptop, will be pleasantly surprised when I do, a week from today.

As I made my way over to Hwy. 1806, I chatted with a hell of a bus driver who listened with honest interest.  Nice guy.  3 bad girls, who I smoked with, were pleasant conversation along the rest of my way.

Five miles down from Bismarck, I was picked up by a gorgeous 31 year old, who took me all the way into Indian territory, and drove me around like a lost sheep for nearly an hour.  I left my flip phone and my headphones in your Chevy Trailblazer, btw.  I want those back!!  You can friend me on

The Vision Quest. Part II

Well, this is it folks.

I am going to the Standing Rock reservation, just south of Bismark, North Dakota.  I am now gone.  There is no computer, there is no Facebook.  Only me, Native America, nature, and my guiding spirit.  Let's hope the creators watch over me.  I'll be seeing all of you very soon...I hope.  One love, my brothers and sisters.

The Vision Quest - Part I

Well...America, I was all fired up about going to fight Jade Helm...when I realized, I was going into the lions mouth without a single arrow, nor brandishing a single knife or sword...and without my wits about me.  Suicide, in other words...NOT something I'm particularly fond of...in myself, of course, as well as when it's done by others.

What's more, it occured to me...what's the biggest threat to humanity right now?  Because it's not Jade Helm.  It's not ISIS.  It's not domestic terrorism.  And, in my opine, it's not dum dum Obama the Puppet either.

It's the f***ing planet  Nibiru.  Due to soon be the end of ALL of our issues, bad OR good, as well as the end of humanity...also bad or good.  So it's not any of the above, nor is it any of the 2,140,435 other false flag rabbit trails we chase down daily.  It's not abortion, it's not CPS, it's not the NWO, it's not any of it...at least, it's not...until the Earth makes it though that little Nibiru crisis.  THEN we can being moving down the list from there..

I guess what I'm saying is, until I know the planet Earth is gonna pull through following that life-threatening surgery by Dr. Nibiru in 17 months or less, then all the medicines we're taking, or how much they cost...don't really matter do they?  I mean, what good is getting me to take medicine, if you know I"m gonna die ANYWAY???  You see what I'm getting at?  It's a lose lose situation.  If we concentrate together as a single unit...and beat the pants off of the NWO, Jade Helm, etc...we lose, because Nibiru takes us down later.  If they beat us, they have the same issue.  So how stupid is it to fix the more immediate issues, if we're gonna lose the game almost immediately following that?  All that time and effort for DIDDLEY.  Makes ya feel all ooshey and crappy, don't it?

And then it hit me.  This is something I've wanted to do since last year...but I wasn't ready then.  I am now.  So it's time....the Vision Quest.

So, without a contact (since no one seems willing to actually help me find one), I'm going to do the stupidest thing I could possibly do.  Walk onto a reservation, unarmed (in more than one fashion)...and punt.  At the risk of getting my ass whooped, mebbe...but what option do I have?  Desparate times, desparate measures, yada, yada, yada.  These are desparate times, are they not?  Hence...a desparate measure; albeit, quite possibly, a rather stupid one.  I'm hoping they'll find me guilty for being courageous, not stupid.

So today, my brothers and sisters, of all shapes and sizes, of all colors and creeds, and of all beliefs, I'll just say this.  I am in South Dakota; moreover, I am not too terribly far from any of the reservations here.  But just like a jail, where you pick on the biggest and baddest prisoner and get your ass beat to deserve the required respect of the other prisoners, I may just have to pick the biggest and baddest reservation and present my case in the same fasion; sans an invite.  I have to know my role in life.  What's more, the world needs saving, and I may be the one who will have to tell the rest of the world what the UN slightly neglected to inform us of...then just do that, and not embellish it to an unrealistic degree in order to make big business money.

I have told all of you that I am the messenger.  I believe this quest will restate it.  But there's something more, or at least I hope there is...I believe I may just be the link between what we should have known since 1992, but because of the evil and greed of the UN and the NWO, we do not...and that not only will it be my mission to tell you the truth, and give you an answer that you can use to save yourself from "The Purifier"...but it just might be that I might be able to save the best of the rest of us who make it as well...I really hope so.

More than that, I hope I'm wrong.  GOD I hope I'm being paranoid...but it all makes sense, y'all...the whole thing is finally piecing itself together in my li'l noggin...CPS, who I call the New World Order Police...and of course, they are...but just go by different names, depending on where you are in the world...Obama...The New World Order...Washington D.C....the D.O.J.  Anyone notice that all of the cases that we're in...have stalled?  Ther'es a reason for this, and paranoia just doesn't rule it out anymore.

The DOJ has stalled, and a lot of cases have stalled...because CPS has done their job.  They have stolen all the children they can via order of the N.W.O; for ridiculous and non-existant reasons...and destroyed, not only our will to live in some cases, but our will to fight; as well as taken the only strength from us that a lot of us have left...our foundation...the family.  Oh, we gave them a good fight...but now that fight is about to end, thanks to Obama, who with Jade Helm, the looming Economic downfall, and the NWO, has his hands now firmly around the necks of America, and has no intention of letting any of the pressure off either.  On my trip to Washington, it didn't take me long to figure out that hey don't wanna hear from us at all, nor do they wish to make appointments so they CAN talk with us...that would mean having to face our wrath and tell the truth, as well as give out real justice...CAN'T HAVE THAT!!!  Oh HAIL no.

And the people in charge of our cases have now been told to stall, and wait.  "Don't worry, it'll be over soon...just stall 'em."

I give it a week.  Mark my words.  In just one week, the western states of what is no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave, will be lost, and our dollar...worthless.

Bet on it.  See you next week.  I imagine...and pray, that I will have the REAL solution.  To those of Anonymous...I love your strength, your spirits, and your ideas.  I think that you will fight with everything you have.  But for every type of fight you intend to fight, I can give you 5 reasons why none of your plans will work.    The biggest of those reasons is that we are MEANT to lose this world war against the citizens of Earth and Humanity.  We are done.  Every religion predicts this time as being the end of our existance...and I'm sorry, but I believe them all.  Our puny efforts cannot and will not thwart our predicted end, the plans of the NWO, or the planet's coming.  And when it does, it will be over...and, if we don't do what we're supposed to do in preparation for it, we will be over as well.

I will be MIA for the next week, MINIMUM...I'm sorry,  but this might be what it's going to take for our salvation.  One less rambler in your futile fight against tyranny won't make a difference...but what I'm doing now, may just.  Let us pray.

"Good evening everyone.  My name is Christopher Bruce, The Mighty Sword.  Some of you know me as America’s Deadly Sins.  Some of you don’t even know me.  Believe me when I say that’s probably a good thing.

I have gathered you all together today to talk about the mess we’re in.  Between Obama, Jade Helm, the World Bank, The New World Order; and Nibiru Murdok the Purifier. we have a full plate of issues to face, and none of these will be at all easy to confront.  Naturally, we will go in order of priority.  Following these issues, will be our only and best solutions to stop these issues from taking us down.

1.  Jade Helm

On June 29th, in a video that I posted to those of Anonymous, my home state of Iowa, and on my profile page, the CIA announced their False Flag, scheduled for none other than Independance Day.  I feel it important to mention that I think it’s strange of us to celebrate such a thing tomorrow, when tomorrow marks a time when we are most under the chains of our oppressive Government.  I personally believe that this “False Flag” will involve the actions of the Middle East, or, more my belief, of Russia.  In collusion with the massive armies of China, this “Flag would spur a world war, our third, the likes of which will be unparallelled in its fury.  This is, of course, by design.  The actions of Hitler in our 2nd world war were but a taste of the plans of a much bigger organization which included the Illuminati, The Elitists of the time, and Eugeniticists across the globe.  When Hitler got out of control, the Elite then convinced us to defeat him, and the Elite and the Illuminati learned some valuable lessons.  Since then, and with the incredible advancement of technology, they have implemented a plan so diabolical as to finally reign us into their New World Order, and is now Hitler and Germany on a world-wide scale.  In case you haven’t noticed, they are hardly hiding it anymore.  There are several reasons for this.  One, they know, that thanks to their efforts, in the media, in mind-control, utilizing chemicals put in our water, our food and in our atmosphere, along with drugging most of America today, they know that the majority of Americans are now of the sleeping sheep, with their heads buried in the sand, or looking the other way in order to avoid the painful truth of what is really going on...in our country, in our world, and in space as well.  Do not be fooled by this false flag, America.  Use your heads, and open your eyes.  Fight against our war-like behavior in the past, and remember 9/11 and what happened then.  It has been proven over and over again that this was only one; albeit a much bigger “one” than most; false flag, brought on internally by our Government, in order to better take away our rights, little by little.  It also brought on reason to expect and deal with a militarized police force more easily.  You must remember that this is brought to us BY DESIGN.  Some of the richest most powerful people have been hatching this little scheme for decades...centuries even.  As each decade goes by, their thirst for power on a world scale grows larger and more evil.

For those of you still unsure of this, let’s look at only the destruction of our biggest foundation...the family unit.  I have told you, as well as shown you that this dilemma is not only state or nation-wide, it is WORLD WIDE.  Ask me for a copy of “The Secret Courts”, and you will see that the exact same method of child removal and break up of families is happening all over the world, more importantly, in the biggest threat to the N.W.O...first world English speaking countries.  CPS, or Child Protective Services, is, I guarantee you, the German Gestapo reborn..on a world wide scale.  They answer to no one, not even their own administration, and are above the law in almost every fashion.  Mark my words people, these evil social workers are following the commands and answering to only one faction...the New World Order Elitists.  Their job is to destroy the family unit and tear us to bits, in order to take away the only thing that holds humanity together...the family.  Discipline of our children has been abolished, and medication has taken its place as the solution to defiance of authority.  Couples are forced to divorce or separate in order to get their children returned.  Destroy the family, and you destroy togetherness.  Drug Americans, and you destroy our will.  Wake up and smell what’s happening people.

More importantly, we as Americans, and as humans, are being conditioned to separate.  We have locked each other out of our homes, as well as our lives.  Personal bubbles have grown so wide as to shut out love, liberty, and THE PURSUIT OF ALL THAT MAKES US HAPPY.  We must NOT LET THIS HAPPEN.  Take the buds out of your ears, and your eyes out of your phones and computers!  You may miss something of importance, when it DOES HAPPEN.

2.  The New World Order.

I think this one has been covered enough, and proof of everyone involved, as well as their purpose in what they’re doing to us, and their plans for us humans, is quite obvious, evident, and right on out there, these days.

We, as citizens of not only the United Nations, the United States, and all of the 7 continents on the planet, need to focus our attention on 5 very Elitist groups, followed hotly by a list of criminals responsible for what we go through today:

1.  The Rothschilds

2.  The Rockefellers

3.  The Bildeberger Group.  Home to the CIA and the National Security Council, this group is the epicenter of all of the most powerful, influential, and Elitist people, corporations and banking groups of the NEW WORLD ORDER.  Here, I guarantee it, is where all of the commands for the NWO are issued.

4.  The United Nations

5.  The World Bank

Take out these five groups, and all the world will be a much better place.

3.  The World Bank, and the financial crisis.

Imagine this...you go to the store or the gas station someday, and as you try and purchase whatever it is you’re buying...your account comes up with insufficient funds.  You go to an ATM, and it tells you to call your financial institution.  You make a quick call on your cell phone, to find out it’s dead...and your service tells you that you haven’t paid your bill.  On your way home, you stop at the Gas station and pay in cash, and make the call to your bank again, from your home phone.  You get a garbled message that sounds to you like it just said that your account could not be verified.

The next day you go to work, but the plant is closed...you call the general number, and you get a computerized menu.  You go through the options, and it states that the plant is closed until further notice.  As you drive by the local grocery store you just shopped at the day before, you notice its closed as well.  Panicking, you drive by the gas station as well to see that it too, is closed.  You turn around and decide to drive to your bank, where you see an already growing number of neighbors and friends clamored around the outside, pounding on the glass doors of the bank.

You stop by your children’s school quickly, to find out that your children were sent home.  Arriving at home, you find your kids out back in the yard playing.  Knowing this isn’t their usual type of activity, you ask what they’re doing.  They tell you the electricity is off.

You have yet to become a character in an identical story, and will be experiencing something just like this quite soon.  Jade Helm 15 is just the first step in a mass scheme involving the World Bank, as well as the New World Order.  President Barack Obama has, single-handedly, as a distinct believer in the New World Order, helped to spend more money by himself than all of our past presidents combined, in an effort to cause the biggest financial crash in the history of the planet.

Soon, your dollars will be worth less than Monopoly Money.  Your credit cards will be quite useless.  The food you have, will be the food you have.  Gas?  Same thing.  Your cars will remain in your garages, and you and your children will be huddled in your homes, awaiting the next round of looters to come by.

Most importantly, your Government will be strangely absent, and the new lords over your bodies will be the military...including those of your local county and state law enforcement officials.  Chaos will reign, and Martial Law will be in full effect.

My suggestions to you?  Be prepared..be FULLY prepared.  By tons of food by bulk.  Stock up on drinking water, as well as water filters.  Remove all of your money from the bank, and go buy silver and gold.  These and Gas will be the new currency, and I’m guessing that gas will be the new gold.  Buy lots of rice, peanut butter, drinking water, ramen meals (like the kind with meat and veggies), and tons and tons of canned goods, like veggies, fruits and meats in a can.  Buy silver...Gold is sky high, and silver is an equally valuable metal, and tons cheaper; around 160 a bar.  Get yourself a generator, as well as a gas lantern, and stock up on kerosene and gas.  If you’re a smoker?  I suggest you get a goodly supply of hand rollers and rolling tobacco.  Buy filtered tubes in a box.  Either that, or invest in some patches.  You could need them in these times of stress.  And for God’s sake, buy a ton of Bic lighters and boxes of matches.  Stock and overstock personal items.

Jade Helm will bring on our capture, and is, more than likely, meant to start a new world war, in order to bring on the remaining events that will implement the New World Order.  The financial crisis has been avoided til now, but with the enormous spending by our government in this administration, and the TPP agreement, financial ruin is most certain.  Be prepared.

4.  Nibiru Marduk, the Purifier, a.k.a., the Destoyer, a.k.a., the Red Kachina, Nemesis, and the Comet.

I have spoken with a whistleblower, cooped up in Montana, that the comet, 2.5 miles wide, that is supposed to hit the Earth directly, is a decoy, and is false.  This event is meant to distract our attention away from the Jade Helm events that are due to occur.  There is only one threat to humanity, and that threat was hidden from us actively, by both our Government and NASA since 1992.

In 1992, a representative of the Hopi Indians presented at the national summit of the United Nations, that a red planet, with wings, was headed in our direction, and that it would, eventually, wipe out over 2/3 of our planet’s population.  The Hopi believe this to be the Purifier, the Red Kachina, that will shine its light into the Earth, and all that are not one with Earth Mother will have their souls torn away from their bodies, and will perish.  In the meantime, it’s said that we will go crazy, and exhibit schizophrenic behavior in droves...this is also predicted by the Hopi, and has already presented with a 30% increase across the world from its natural state of just 3 percent of the population.  It is from this presentation by the Hopi, that the United Nations came to their sick conclusions that humans were in excess, and needed to be abolished, as well as the need for ecological amendment in global policies.

In 2003, NASA took a shot in space, of this “Planet”, and dubbed it Planet X, Nibiru Marduk, the Destroyer; and predicted its arrival, via the Mayan Calendar, to be in December of 2012.  They were wrong.  It is NOW...and over the next 18 months we will see a red presence, now just a blip on your sky cams, but this space-borne anomaly will only increase in size over the next few months, and will soon appear to be, at its height, over 10x the size of the moon in our sky.  And it isn't going away until 40 years from the time it's the closest to us.

It drags with it, its own moon, which serves as its sun, and is called Nemesis.  This “Moon/Sun” is 57 times as large as the Earth.

Other rumors associated with this phenomenon include that the planet is actually a black space ship, filled with the “Creators”...the very beings responsible for us being on this planet.  It’s believe that they are coming to check up on humanity, and will destroy those who have disrespected the planet and the creatures that we share it with.  This seems feasible to me.  I wouldn’t even doubt it a little.  Don’t you think it a bit strange that we humans are the ONLY PEOPLE IN THE UNIVERSE?  ANYWHERE?  C’mon, get REAL.  How very pretentious of you!!

The Appeal to Termination, Part I - This is WAR!!!

Well, in case you don't remember, the Supreme Court of Iowa has already denied me 3 motions, one to stay our termination (even though it's GLARINGLY OBVIOUS THAT THESE PARENTS HAVE BEEN DONE WRONG HERE), the Motion to un-confidentialize (Oh NO!!  CAN'T HAVE AMERICA SEE WHAT WE PLAN TO DO, AS WE RE-RAILROAD THESE PARENTS), and the motion to re-consider the stay of Termination, which we're pretty GD sure will be right behind this little travesty.

First, remember, that after almost 11 months..well, I think I've had it...mentally, financially, and physically.  I think it's time to bring this around, EH?  I think a bit of Kharma action might just be in order.

So, here first, is yet ANOTHER letter received from the Asst. Attorney General, Katherine Miller-Todd-Jingleheimer-Schmidt; resisting ONCE AGAIN, our motion to have the Supreme Court of Iowa reconsider our stay of termination...along with my winning commentary, per usual.

Quite simply?  I, Christopher William Bruce say FUCK YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY.  NEEEEEEXT!!!

This legal moron first states that our rights have been terminated....WELL YEAH, IDIOT, THAT'S WHY WE'RE APPEALING IT!  Man oh man, the waste of paper this woman promotes is unreal!!

2nd, she goes on to REPEAT that we filed a motion to stay our parental rights termination...like they had the RIGHT TO DO SUCH A THING ANYWAY...yeah yea...tell me me something I didn't fucking know, WILLYA??  I'm sure a whole lot of trees are getting chopped down yearly to fuel this woman's inkjet...

You know, they are right, the FINAL decision hasn't been made by the old decrepid idiot that runs DHS...but he will, and he'll do it just about the time this gets denied AGAIN...then I'll just refile it anyway.

Katherine Miller Todd, the Asst. Attorney General and newsest member of my "Bruce Bitch List", and the prosecutor in my Supreme Court Appeal just heaped yet another straw on my back, and this Appellant has decided that he's had quite enough of the bullshit.

So...for your reading enjoyment (I suggest all of you with weak wills and sensitive ears please, look the other way NOW), here is a letter that I just sent this woman, after she "Resisted" my motion to reconsider the decision to stay our termination....AGAIN.

"Dear Ms. Miller Todd;

First of all, you idiot, you can't tell me I don't have standing in an appeal to Termination, when I was in a case where my rights were FUCKING TERMINATED...and, just because the judge in my case is a corrupt sonafabitch who couldn't find a moral compass to save his ass; doesn't mean you have to try and beat him out.  What's more, just because, for now, you have the taxpayer's money forever at your disposal...MY MONEY...to keep this shit going for all eternity, doesn't mean you should open your mouth and speak. Say I don't have standing in this case one more time, I will come down there and personally rip your balls off.

Now, here's another li'l tidbit for you, moron.  I'm bringing the ___ into this...know who they are? If you don't, there's a link to their website, along with a radio show you should listen to long before you take one more step towards me or my family. THEY'RE THE ONES, WITH ME, AND A MILLION OTHER AMERICANS THAT ARE GOING TO BRING ALL YOU CORRUPT ASSHOLES TO JUSTICE, ONCE AND FOR ALL.  So I'm only going to say this once...back the fuck off, or you're all going to prison. Period. Or, as it states in the video? Maybe even worse than that...matter of fact, isn't it about time you stop trying me with my own tax dollars?

UnFreakin'Believable, Part V - The Assessment Appeal Results, and the Appeal to the Assessment Appeal

Well, I wasn't going to publish the results of our assessment appeal, exhonorating these appellants from all charges, and taking us off of the registry, since it came out in our favor, and out of respect for the Administrative Law Judge who decided it...BUT:

As we well knew, the "Other Side" has appealled that appeal...directly to the Director of something I've not heard of, of yet in our state, the "Division of Adult, Families and Children"'s Department, has again outdone themselves and put out a memorandum outlining why they believe this decision should be reversed by the director.

Little do they remember, who they are dealing with.

So now, for your amusement (and, of course, as a sounding board for me to get my ya-ya's out, along with every ounce of rage against these determined assholes who would like nothing more than to get us parents BACK ON the Child Abuse Registry for Neglect), we will, of course, be publishing EVERY CONFIDENTIAL COURT DOCUMENT FOR THIS APPEAL.  I mean, why not?  They evidently have no jurisdiction to enforce court (and judge) ordered subpoenas to find those who refused to show up to testify on our behalf in contempt of court for not showing up, I figure they also have no jurisdiction to enforce confidentiality either.

Here then, is the decision made by the ALJ and their RIDICULOUS appeal memorandum...of course, with my commentary and (lawful) response forthcoming.

That I told you what the results from the appeal were...but I never gave you the legal logic behind it.  Well, now you have it.  Again, in full respect of this judge, I didn't plan to publish this, and would have kept it as it was meant to be, due to it being in our favor...but since they've appealed it up to the man who will, more than likely, be responsible for my getting put back ON the registry, I say f*** 'em.  Shoulda mebbe left this well enough alone.

And now, as promised, the joke that followed.  It occured to me ages ago, as I'm sure it's occured to you, that if these people had been your typical lawfirm, they woulda quit while they were behind.  Remember though, that this is the state, and thanks to your tax dollars being ever at their disposal, they can just keep fighting over and over and over again, finding ways to keep it goin' against you, until you are either crazy or destitute...or both.  They have nothing, of course, to lose...except their jobs, if they fail to keep fighting you, so, naturally, they do it anyway, screw the cost to the taxpayers.  Mostly 'cause they have nothing better to do, surely...well, that, and they don't like to lose.  Problem is, neither do I.  So?  Be prepared for the fight of your life, because I fully intend to have a long and prosperous existance...broke or not.

OK, starting right off, naturally, is this little beaut.  In our illustrious state, it's called the Department of Human Services.  Always has been, always will be.  It's called something different in every state, for some stupid reason; but it does seem to only have one name per state, for sure...but here, we have a "Department" I HADN'T heard of, until now.  The director is just that, the Director of the Department of Human Services...and yet, here's a NEW name for HIS department I had yet to hear; up to this point...The Department of Adult, Children, and Family Services.  I truly wish these people'd make up their friggin minds, yannow?

Annnnnyway, after all their BS about wanting to have the decision reversed, they spend no delay in getting right to the meat and potatoes of the matter.  Issue one:

1.  The administrative law judge incorrectly concluded that the CINA Adjudication was not entitled to preclusive effect Under Iowa Code.

Bulls***.  For one, the purpose of this appeal was for two stated purposes, and those purposes ONLY.  To make sure the assessment was correct concerning us as parents, and whether the baby was properly assessed to be in need of being taken from us, and whether we belonged on the child abuse registry.  The Judge states here that because the matters they were trying to bring into this; i.e. the CINA petition and the Adjudication orders, found HERE:

for the Adjudication order; were not determinative (relevant) to the decision of whether we were "neglectful" or not. and contained materials and evidence that would be tried and decided on a hearing that took place over a month later; i.e., in the Adjudication hearing, and were not addressed in the assessment of these parents at all.  In other words, DHS says "Oh hell no.  I say we try them using the same evidence AGAIN, in THIS appeal.  Really guys?  Isn't this a bit like double jeopardy?  What the prosecution is basically saying here, is that we wanna punish them twice, because the crooked judge in the other case punished them there in THAT proceeding.  Can you believe this crapola?  And using things and events that occured AFTER the assessment had been put out already, and the founded/unfounded charges had already been decided upon; where the assessment was concerned.  Moreover, the idiot defending the poor abused social worker in our case, EMILY THE BITCH NIEMAN, didn't even bring up preclusion UNTIL THE CLOSING ARGUMENT...AND THEN BITCHED ABOUT THE FACT; THAT WHEN I SENT IN A MOTION TO DISMISS AND EXPUNGE, WHAT I WAS DOING IN IT SOUNDED MORE LIKE A CLOSING INSTEAD OF A MOTION...get the f*** real, double-standardizing MF'S!!

Wha whaaaaa wha wha wha whaaaa...anyway...

Issue Dos:

2.  The ALJ erred (god I loved how they pronounce it in the law..."rrred", instead of "aired", like the rest of us normal Americans...) when she disregarded the medical opinions of licenced physicians that there was child abuse without any evidence to the contrary.

OK...HELP ME OUT HERE AMERICA...I believe that what this is saying is this:  First, that this judge is disregarding the medical opinions of LICENSED physicians stating that child abuse is being done...WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE TO PROVE IT WASN'T CHILD ABUSE.

This particular statement begs three things be asked...1., are doctors not HUMAN, 2.  Are not doctors cabable of being or doing WRONG, and 3.  Isn't the judge capable of determining whether what these licenced physicians are saying is right or wrong????  What this sounds like to me is, that they're calling the Judge a HACK!!  Doesn't it???

Moreover, the doctors testified concerning the statement that they made...and the primary inspecting doctor, DIDN'T EVEN APPEAR AT THE HEARING BY PHONE, like the others did.  Even more so than that, I disproved EVERYTHING that they said IN THEIR OPINIONS, and the judge, utilizing that disproval, decided that they were only ACCUSING us of child abuse, WITHOUT PROOF OF IT!!!  I'm sorry, but isn't that the way it is in a trial?  What the judge says USUALLY goes...unless it's appealed...so WTF???  Are these people so sure of the idiocy and the corruption of the director that they would believe that he would reverse the decision based on this, flying directly in the face of someone whose job it is to correctly determine whether the disproval was valid or no?...Moving on...(sounds like straw grasping to me...)

Legal Issue Tre:

3.  That the ALJ erred when she disregarded the results of drug tests as being inaccurate without any contrary evidence.

OK, let's do it.  First, the judge did nothing of the sort.  She most certainly NEVER disregarded the results of drug tests as being innacurate...maybe she disregarded the results of drug tests as being accurate...LOL.  Maybe I'm an idiot, but I think they goofled here.  To me, this says that the judge disregarded the results of the drug tests as being wrong without any evidence proving that they were right...OMG...WHAT A BUNCH OF MORONS...

Now, let's just say that Mr. Paaaalmer doesn't catch this MAJOR FOUL-UP, and sees it as its intended.  There was very much contrary evidence.  I made sure of that.  As far as her disregarding it, it's clear, from the decision, that this judge took into account everything stated, or she wouldn't have decided as she did.  I just KNOW these people DON'T WANT ME PUTTING INTO THE REPLY THAT THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE, BY LAW, EVEN DONE A DRUG TEST PRE-ADJUDICATION...AND THEN USED IT IN DECIDING THE ADJUDICATION OF THE CHILD...but, it looks like I'm gonna have to.  Another case of calling this judge a HACK again.  Oh, and more straw grasping.  Let alone INCORRECTLY STATED straw-grasping.

Finally, I fully intend to remind MEESTER PALMER of the letter he sent me, back in the day and the response I gave him in reply, along with the attached "recording" of the worker breaking the 6 or so FELONY LAWS she commited in removing HER FIRST CHILD FROM ANYONE, WITH A SELF-CONFESSED LACK OF NEWBORN EXPERIENCE.  I believe this may jar the old man's noggin a bit...dontchoo?

His letter shouldn't be tough to locate, it looks different than the other scans, and has a nice pretty blue DM city logo at the top...followed by a very thorough, derogatory, and disrespectful seven page reply from yours truly.

In conclusion, beating this appeal of the appeal should be a piece of pie.  Not like the cake the other side expects to both be in possession of and be able to consume as well.  If Palmer rules for reversal, I think there might just be a very large outcry of FOUL here, dontcha think?

But then, whaddya say we just wait out my LEGAL response to this nonsense, before we go further with the BS, EH?  :D
