Well kids, our battles for our children are almost at an end...one way...or another.  Let's hope it will go this way, before it's too late, before we end up with "another" way.

I have found our saviors.  They are the Lakota Indians, and their Chief...Chief Fasthorse.

I know, I know...you want an explanation.  Well, please, allow me to enlighten you.

Chief Fasthorse has come across a liberating equation, involving their sovereignty.  For those of you not aware of this term, there is a reason for that.  See, we American "Citizens"...if that's what you prefer to call yourselves, are not citizens at all, nor do we "citizens" of this country know what this means to us, mainly because we are not meant to know, and mostly because we haven't been "sovereign" in some time.  We are, thanks to a secret Constitution put in place, illegally, without our knowledge, back in the year 1871, slaves to a secret corporation.  We are now, government employees.  And as Government employees, we are not, nor have been in quite a while, free.  We are property...chattel, of the Corporate United States of America.  That Corporation resides in Washington D.C.

I now give you the definition of the word, Sovereign, as defined at www.businessdictionary.com:

1.  Absolute, supreme and ultimate dominion and authority of a political state subject to no higher power, expressed within its territory in full self-government and in complete freedom from any outside influence.

Now folks, we, as slaves, are never going to be sovereign...So what can we do?  Simply put, if you want this to end, and you want this to end quickly...then you need to become Lakota.  Native American.  INDIGENOUS.

"Yeah, but Chris, we don't have Native American or Lakota in our blood."  Doesn't matter.  It only takes a Chief of the Lakota to make you Honorary Lakota.  Whether you are Chipewa, Hopi, Sioux...it doesn't matter.  Neither does your race.

"Well, Chris, isn't that kind of a double-edged sword?"  I mean, look at what they did to the NA people?...yeah, you might say that.  But think of it this way...if there weren't just 15,000,000 indigenous, but 323,000,000...wouldn't that turn things around a little?

Let's flip this over somewhat.  Let's talk about this.  We are a corporation.  Who does this corporation belong to?  England.  England is a corporation too.  Who belongs to England?  Ireland.  Australia.  South Africa.  All employed by England.  And who then, is the CEO of this multi-cultural, multi-national corporation??  None other than the biggest baddest corporation of them all...The Vatican, headed by none other than the Pope.  And who heads him up?  The U.N.  And who runs the U.N.?  None other than the Elite.

Starting to get the picture yet?

The U.N. is, to us, the top power of the world.  It's where the World Court is.  But their buttons, and their strings, are pulled by the richest most powerful people in the world.  And you know what their agenda is.  They were kind enough to put those on the Georgia Guidestones for us.  The most scary and terrible commandment of those guidestones?  Knock the world's 7 billion people down to .5 billion people.  You laugh.  As it stands, that's a rather humorous concept.  Maybe this will lessen the funniness of it.

See, behind America's back, England's back, Australia's back, and others as well, children are being stolen and trafficked.  Taken by Child Protective Services, The New World Order (U.N.) Gestapo, often with no reason, from good loving families and never returned.  In divorced families, the children are taken away from couples, and given to single fathers or mothers.  From one single parent who treated them well, and given to the other who beats them and abuses them.  Why?  Because the strength of any strong nation is the family.  And our strength is our greatest defense.

Ever notice how your children never go outdoors anymore?  Ever notice how they seem to always have music plugged into their ears, or their faces in their phone?  And worse yet, it's not just the children folks.  It's the adults too.

Remember the article I wrote on Privacy in this blog?  Remember how I said that you don't skip over to the neighbor's house all the time anymore, or waltz down your driveway whistling and calling out to your neighbor buddies?  Because neighbors....are family.  Not in the blood sense, but they could have just as well been.  They looked out for you.  They watched your house while you were gone.  Ever notice, these days, that you don't even tell anyone that anymore?  Hell no, by the time you return home, everything you own of any value would be in the pawnshop, and every homeless person for miles would more than likely be starting campfires in your living room.

We humans no longer have the family...blood...or friends, or neighbors and communities...even our church families are deteriorating.  Thereby, we don't have our strength anymore.  We are mindless zombies.  Wrapped in fear, brought on by rules, regulation, and propaganda news.  Sleeping sheep.  Ripe for slaughter, my dear Americans.  Dead Meat my Briton Brothers.  Hypnotized, dumbed down, poisoned, malnutritioned babies.  Easy for U.N. Takeover.

Now, are you getting the picture YET???

As we speak, my friends, it has been proven to this author that white U.N. tanks are currently being snuck into this country while Jade Helm takes most of our eyes the other way...while fake set-up shootings all over this country are marched in front of us.  While racial diversity and separation by cause are paraded over our heads every day.  You may not realize it yet, my friends...but your time is about done.  And it's not just us folks...it's every remaining "free" nation on the planet.

SO WHAT THE HELL DO WE DO?  Well, I think it's quite obvious that we Americans are NOT going to be able to save the planet....because we can barely if at all, save ourselves.  Oh, but we can...we just have to WAKE UP and take the quickest method available.

This week, I became an Honorary Lakota Tribal Member...A sovereign.  A free thinker.  One of 15,000,000 people strong.  What does this mean to me today?  I'll tell you what it means.

I am outside "The Law" of the Corporation of the U.S.  I am my own man.  A freeman.  No longer made of straw.  A living, breathing human being, with inalienable rights that no court can preside over.  And, I am now part of the treaty of 1851.  This means that the U.S. Government corporation as it stands has to honor this treaty...with li'l ol' me.  And what does THAT MEAN??

First it means that the President of this corporation must rightfully return my daughter to me.  I like that.  So get ready Polk County Iowa.  Get ready, single father Ronald Shaver.  My daughter Trilynn Brueggeman, NOT A CHILD, not stillborn, needs to come back to her REAL LIVE LAKOTA FAMILY.

Second, it means that I can no longer be arrested.  I am no longer under the Corporation, NOR am I a puppet employee of that corporation.  I am no longer a fiction...I am a MAN.  Get used to it.

Third, it means that I can no longer be harassed by the Secret Service, or the FBI.  I can no longer be put in local, county, or federal jail without making me the only thing I have renounced.

Fourth, it means that this world and its plan, its "Agenda"...doesn't apply to me.  I don't serve England, I do not belong to the Pope, I do not fall under the U.N., and therefore do not answer to its controlling elite.

5th, and finally...this could be you as well.  It can be us all.  We can all be "The Rainbow Warriors".  Not sure what that means?  Look it up.  Before it's too late.

Braving the Banjo Part V - The Fed Funny Farm, Part I

So America, it's finally come to this, right?

Finally, it's time for the Federal Funny farm.  Now, this wasn't, by any stretch of the imagination, fun, nor was it easy.  These people are no better than the district court.  Why?  I think it should be obvious, really.  See, the higher Federal Court?  Is no less corrupt than the rest.  How do I know?  Well, lemme tellya.

First, they didn't wanna file the Complaint.  They tell me only the U.S. Attorney can do that.  But, thanks to more recent information that I just recently discovered, they don't wanna do it either.  Why?  Because our courts are already in Martial Law mode.  They don't wanna do anything for us lower- classed citizens, anymore than the Supreme Court of Iowa, the District court of Polk County, nor the Supreme Court of the land, or Washington D.C. does.  The Judicial Branch is now stalled, waiting for the sounds of military boots on our streets, and refuses to listen to us piss ants any longer.

No, my suspicion is most correct folks...Washington doesn't want to address the problems we sniveling citizens have, Federal Court doesn't really wanna address any problems we're having with our lower courts, and the U.S. Attorneys no longer want to do their jobs...because they are already in Martial Law, and have been ordered to stall what we desire to receive; something we haven't received in quite a while.  Real, honest to God Justice.  That hasn't existed in this nation for many a decade, and now that the truth of what our Judiciary has pulled over our eyes is about to come out in spades, well, it's come from the top that they are just going to have to put us off, don't take on anything new, and sit on whatever remains.

Today, "The Death of the Justice System"comes out on Crown Oak Press (crownoakpress.com), after it has been quashed for release for over 15 years.  This of course will be the first deadly blow.  There is sure to be an awful lot of really upset Americans after this one.  Did you know that there are, out of the 93 U.S. Attorneys in our country, only 8 that DO NOT come from Chicago?  Did you know that there is a Supreme Court Judge that said (when talking about court audio tapes that you, Mr. Joe Citizen, are entitled to receive in cases that you are involved with)  “If you could get them, then everybody in the world could get them, and we would be playing them every night on Channel 7, Channel 5, Channel 2, and Channel 9, and Channel 6 and Channel 32 whenever they wanted them"?  These are just a couple of the thousands of things that you will be reading about in this book.  This will inevitably piss an awful lot of people off, and the people will be marching in the streets to get the justice they've been denied over these last few decades, in every court in the land.

Then of course, will be financial collapse, then Martial Law for the rest of America.  Then, there's just gonna be chaos and absolute insanity from there.  Expect the white U.N. tanks soon fellas and femmes, because Senator Kerry just signed the U.N. weapons policy bill...and even though Congress or the rest of America might fight it, doesn't matter.  As long as we have our current set of idjuts in power, well, we will end up fighting those same idjuts soon enough.

Do you feel it America?  Do you smell a little revolution in the air?  Breath it in, because it's imminent, and quite real.  The end of us is on its way.

But IN THE MEANTIME!!

I will, of course, continue to torture those in my little game, even though nothing will be addressed...only because I CAN.

So today, without further ado, I present the Petition for that Writ of Habeas Corpus:

And its "attachment" to the case, the Criminal Complaint Citation that I had filled out, but wasn't able to file.  Now, keep in mind, they're not calling it a criminal complaint citation, because they refuse to file it as such, even though Article 18 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution states that they must file this for ANY CITIZEN, or plaintiff(s), absolutely, and is mandated that they do so, for ANY CITIZEN, anytime, under penalty of misprision.  No, without the U.S. Attorney, they say, they cannot and will not file it...so the only way I could get it in was to file it as an attachment to the Habeas Corpus, which they are calling a "Civil Case"...and the U.S. Attorney says, that because they don't handle Child Removal cases involving the state, for whatever stupid reason that it seems to be the case all over the country, in every office across the land; it won't be identified as an official criminal complaint citation...only as an attachment...meaning, it will not be addressed as a criminal complaint citation, and nothing will ever be brought against or done about the corrupt assholes in my state.

Does that mean I quit?  Am I done torturing them after this?  HELL NO.  Enjoy what we have so far, I suppose...and when someone tells you that this is the way to go, and that it works, rest assured that, no matter how much you know the law?  It doesn't, and it won't.  Why?  Because justice for us isn't in the cards.  It hasn't been, it isn't now, and it sure as hell ain't gonna be in the future.

But to the players in our little circus?  The game is far from over.  Someday soon, our money will be worthless, just like yours, and your positions will be duly terminated, due to martial law...and guess what?  You'll be just like me.  Powerless, and broke.  And when that day comes, and your land is repossessed by our ever-greedy government, your assets worthless, and your power gone, thanks to martial law, and you're running just like we are?  I'll be waiting at the city limits with every parent you did wrong.  Then we'll see what's up, right?  I'll be there, with bells on...well, okay, maybe just one or two bells.  Don't wanna seem too wimpy, I suppose.

So, it occurred to me, as I was trying to file this non-separate action that I, a natural born sovereign citizen, linked to common law, the law this country was founded on, while reading Article 18 of the USC, Section 4, which states that the plaintiff(s) Complaint is mandated by...whoever, to be filed by the federal clerk of court; against whomsoever the plaintiff should please, but actually ISN'T allowed to be filed by me, except through a U.S. Attorney, even though it be a punishable offense for them not to do so...and that, if only the U.S. Attorney is allowed to file it, and refuses...wouldn't it stand to reason that I could file this against yet another official...like, say THE U.S. ATTORNEY HIMSELF, for not doing HIS job?  And that, due to the OBVIOUS conflict of interest, he couldn't file it...against himself?  So who files it then?  I imagine the very people who refused to or said they couldn't file it to begin with.  I'd say the Clerk of Federal Court would HAVE to then, wouldn't you say?  I think that'll be my next step.

Please forgive the copy quality of the Polk County Copy.  Evidently, they can't afford real toner anymore.

Also, a big thanks to Randy Osborn, the Polk County Clerk (who didn't remember me at all from the time that he scammed me per my judge's order, following Judge Asshole Price's little trick of cutting off my access to my defense in my case)....for telling me that Polk County, Iowa, supposedly, doesn't record their court hearings (even though I know damn well they do), and telling me (like all the rest of the assholes in my case, once again) that I have no right to the recordings (that they say they don't make anyway) of my court case, because I had been thrown out of it...even after I had fought it for 6 months solid.  I swear, one more person says that to me...oh, never mind, you remember.  Ripping balls off and all, I've had enough of these fucktards.  Their day is close at hand.

And thank you, most of all, for cinching your obvious demise by claiming that they make NO TAPES, or CD/DVD recordings that you can purchase.  For one, dumb ass, there are tapes.  We know this and so do you.  How do I know this most of all?  This man refused to sign this...an affidavit that shows whoever I should show it to, that due process, or the right to my recording, whether in the case, or not, was denied.  And he wouldn't sign it, leading all who might view it to be an obvious admission of guilt.

I mean think about it.  Why wouldn't a man sign an innocent piece of paper for me that states he doesn't have recordings that I can buy, with the exception of paper transcripts?   Could it be because they don't make any (with all of those microphones in the room....RIGHT)...ONLY TRANSCRIPTS, that can so easily be falsified, and there is NO OTHER RECORD of this proceeding, except hearsay (and, oh yes Mr. Osborn...if all you have is a stenographer who is hearing the word HEAR...when it could be HERE, then transcribing a word wrong that could, quite possibly, change the entire meaning of the sentence used....that my friend, with no backup whatsoever is HEARSAY on the part of the stenographer.  Nice try, my interesting Judeo-Christian Friend....but that would be totally unrealistic)?  Any logical person on this...or any other planet knows that there must be reliable record kept than that of the stenographer, who could be, if not outright falsifying documents, distracted by the buzzing of her phone in her pocket while she listens to the hearing, and that she might just miss something rather important, right?  Don't try and pull that BS on me folks.  And as I got witness to this jerk trying to lie his ass off and say I have no access to the recordings to the cases that I was thrown out of (one of those two, and only because the crooked district judge did so) that I do, in fact, have every right to, and WILL GET, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES JUDGE ASSHOLE SAYS IT, OR YOU SAY IT; it doesn't make it factual, nor does it mean that I didn't belong in it.

I am an integral part of this case...and you'll feel that all the way down to your tippy toes...especially when THE COMMERCIAL LIEN COMES OUT, next up.  All he was asked to do was sign a paper saying there weren't any recordings of the court hearings...or that he refused to give them to me...I'd have to say that's a pretty simple request of an honest man.  A dirty birdy, however, by not signing it, speaks volumes.  Like so many others, Mr. Osborn left in a rather big huff trying to get the last word in that my recording of his words meant nothing to him.

By the way, I have 2 affidavits from two witness that heard every word from the moment you met with me, and your day, BEFORE your day, is forth-coming.  Enjoy yourself now while you still have your cushy little job making the worthless money it will soon be.

Let Them Eat Coffee Beans

Hi kids!  Your friendly neighborhood truth-teller here, with a suggestion, should you ever come up against corrupt county officials who file false charges against you, then send you a bill after they arrest you for room and board, and have fines to pay.

I haven't exactly got a job...so really, this should go over just dandy.

I can't afford to pay that $465 they want out of me for the false harassment charges they arrested me for, after I bailed out for $269 dollars.

Here's a little ditty that will help you through your poorness, when they try and break you by throwing huge bills at you that you can't pay.  It's called paying your bills and court costs...with coffee beans...perfectly in line with the law.

Enjoy, and please, use it, I insist.  I am sending this to Polk County to pay for that little ditty, along with $465 dollars, at $1 per coffee bean.  I just know they're gonna love it.  THEY HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS AS LEGAL TENDER, ACCORDING TO THE SUPREME COURT!

THAT The Supreme Court has ruled that "Lawful Money of the United States could only be gold & silver coin or that which by law is made its equivalent so as to be exchangeable therefor at par, & on demand, & does NOT include a currency which though nominally exchangeable for coin at its’ face value, is not redeemable on demand." PREMISE OF LAW SECONDLY

No state may make any thing but gold or silver coin tender in payment of debts (Article 1 sec 10, US Constitution, Public Law 103 of Dec. 24, 1919 states : only “gold certificates of the United States payable to bearer on demand shall be and are legal tender in payment of all debts and dues, public and private.” However, No payment in gold or silver may be demanded in payment of any debt or obligation because of government declared bankruptcy. ( HJR 192; Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933; 31 USC 5112, 5119;12 USC 95a; confirmed in Perry v. U.S. 294 U.S. 330-381, 79 LEd 912 (1935)). "No one is bound to do what is impossible." - (1 Bouv. Inst. n. 601. A l'impossible nul n'est tenu.)

PREMISE OF LAW THIRDLY

THAT The responsibility of coining gold and silver money was by the people ceded to Congress at Article I; §8, Clause 5, U.S. Constitution. It was certainly not within the enumerated powers of Congressional authority in Law to transfer the issuing of gold and silver certificates, and ultimately suplanting United States Notes with Federal Reserve Notes, to the private Federal Reserve being a foreign power with respect to lawful government, as “Congress may not abdicate [‘to give up.. renounce or relinquish…authorities, duties…powers, or responsibility] to transfer to others its legitimate [delegated] functions” Schechter Poultry v. U.S., 29 U.S., 495 U.S. 837, 842 (1935); see footnote below:

CHAP. 15-An Act to make gold certificates of the United States payable to bearer on demand legal tender.

“Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that gold certificates of the United States payable to bearer on demand shall be and are hereby made legal tender in payment of all debts and dues, public and private.

Gold Reserve Act of March 14, 1900; [§3511] Sec. 2. That United States notes, and Treasury notes issued under the Act of July 14, 1890, when presented to the Treasury for redemption, shall be redeemed in gold coin of the standard fixed in the first section of this Act…”

No law makes Federal Reserve Notes Lawful Money Or Legal Tender, and they do not meet either of these lawful requirements for legal tender for the Citizens of the several states.

PREMISE OF LAW THE FOURTH

WHEREFORE "Giving a note does not constitute payment..." (Echart v Commissioners, C.C.A. 42 F2d 158; 283 U. S. 140), and "The legal tender quality of paper money is only valuable for the purposes of dishonesty..." Knox v. Lee (1871)," by agreeing to pay fines, court costs, or any other obligation or debt in commerce or monetary exchange with any private party or public institution by means of "paper money... only valuable for the purpose of dishonesty," whether or not intentionally, willfully, or knowlingly, having been under inducement, tricked, or coerced by any criminal element corperate or private, or under color of law in representation of government, into paying any debt, obligation, or fine, in anything other than gold or silver, one would be as such, in law, either pressured, coerced and intimidated, or threatened under duress, drawn into by deceit, or conspiring with criminal intent, to engage in the crime of 'COUNTERFEITING' and 'FORGERY,' being a felony, and so should and must respectfully decline any offer, and resist or reject any pressure to accept or succumb to any inducement to be drawn into contributing, aiding, or abetting, wether directly or indirectly, any manner of criminality, such as defined in and by law as 'forgery' and/or the 'counterfeiting' of money or value in any manner.

THAT when pressured to identify the form of money to be used to settle a judgment, the 52nd 3rd Judicial District Court of Michigan, Honorable Justice James P. Sheehy presiding, Ruled that "coffee beans" was money, storming out of the court room shouting : "I don’t care if you pay it in coffee beans just so long as you pay it!" (Montgomery Wards v Eugene Glasure case #82-002087 (1982). The judge, as in many intentionally unpublished state and federal cases, could not bring himself to violate the law in open court on record and declare Federal Reserve Notes to be lawful or legal tender in payment of debts, (outside exclusive federal territorial jurisdiction) so Glasure, a Michigan Native, payed the settlement, court costs, and a few of his other debts, in "Coffee Beans," and still carries a large sack of them around with him at all times down to this very day.

ASSERTION OF LOGICAL CONCLUSION BASED UPON PREMISE OF FACTS ASSERTED AS CONTROLING LAW

The Time Has Come, Part I - The Habeas Corpus

WARNING!!  MAY CONTAIN INSINUATION, INUENDO, BORDERLINE THREATS, AND A LITTLE SURPRISE FER YER EYES AT THE END...TURN BACK NOW, IF YOU HAVEN'T THE STOMACH FOR IT!

Well kids?  It's come to this.  The Writ of Habeas Corpus shall now be implemented.   All BS aside, this has gone on LONG ENOUGH.  It's time to stop fooling around with these people, and get to work.

Last week, after waiting nearly 4 months for the Department of Human Services to make up its mind whether we were bad people or not, starting 2 months after our rights were terminated (wasn't THAT convenient), and whether our daughter should have been stolen or not...and finally deciding that we weren't, and that we shouldn't have had her stolen...we can now move from Check...to Checkmate.

So Wednesday, August 12th, we shall mail in the killing blow...the Habeas.  With EXTREME prejudice no less.  These assholes need to be taken to Federal Court, yesterday, and made to pay for their crimes.  After we LAWFULLY get our daughter brought back that is.

So, onward we go.  That doesn't work?  It's the Salvage Lein, and Federal Funny Farm time.  I really kinda, deep down, hope this doesn't work.  I will really miss making these people squirm, daily.  OK, no I won't.

Naturally, come Wednesday, I will be posting my completed work on the blog, for all to take note of and use at their convenience, in their respective legal jokes.

By the way, a little FBI update...I don't think they're much interested in dealing with Polk County's travesty any longer.  I haven't seen a hack in a while.  Doesn't mean they AREN'T hacking...but I'm pretty sure they don't have any interest in getting involved in THEIR side of a child protective incident, any more than they wanted to get involved with MY side of it.

I'm thinkin' Trilynn should be back in the mother's arms no later than.....let's just predict September 1.  Nice date.  Great for an anniversary of Polk County Iowa's great first defeat...:D

Well, our little case has now taken a very ugly and nasty turn.  Now the FBI is involved in an active investigation into my doings here, in my email account, and on Facebook...and they would like to know how I know about it.

Fuck 'em, I say.

How do I know?  Let's put it out there...and if they're reading it, so be it.

First, I have Sidekick, which tells me each and every time they open my emails in Polk County...and other places as well.  Looking through the stream of opened email, the majority of foreign places opened?  Omaha NE, the nearest city for the FBI.

2nd, Google, in their infinite wisdom, lets me know whenever my account is opened from a bizarre location.  Where is it being opened from?  Omaha, NE.  Thank you Google.

3rd, the people in my case are getting downright desperate now.  They know they're about to lose.  And you already know how much they hate to lose.  God forbid they should lose against someone like ME, right?  Moreover, God forbid they should lose one child that they get paid for stealing...right?

So this morning, I changed the password to my Google account.  I cleared my entire web history.  I am about to delete every conversation I've ever had with every single person on Facebook.  I also deleted every single email.  Take that fuckers.  Now build your case.  How about this...READ MY BLOG...there's a thought.  Maybe then you'd see that they've gotten desperate before.

Ask the idiots that have called me in about the time they tried to get me arrested for harassment back last year in September...and failed, because I had every interaction with them recorded.  Ask them about the first degree harassment charge that they involved the Secret Service in, because they couldn't find me, then dropped the charges before I appeared in court for it, after they smeared my good name for over a month in my old home county, because they didn't have a shred of proof.  Now they're about to lose, and they know it, so they're back to their old tricks again.

Again, I say Fuck 'em.

Let 'em have their fun.  Soon, they will pay.  The world will end, and all of America will, first, be ensconced in Martial Law...and all of us will be equals, as we run from our Government, gone amok with power.  Soon, we'll die.  And soon, the Good Lord above, if he does truly exist, will throw them into the lake of fire for all eternity.  And I'll be laughing from my cloud.  That you can be sure of.  :D

The Appeal of Termination, Part II - This is War!!

JUSTICE UPDATE:  Now, just to show you how ridiculous fighting this thing is getting; I present this sheet of paper from the Department of Human Services Director.  Now, keep in mind kids...there was an assessment.  We appealed the assessment.  Then they appealed the appeal to the assessment because they didn't like the decision.  Then it was appealed up to the director of the Department of Human Services...who by all rights should have been the last place it could go...and he upheld the decision of the appellate judge who handled our appeal.  You would think that would be the last say so...but guess what?  IT ISN'T.

No, here at the end of the letter...a paragraph I just saw, and didn't read the first time arround (because I honestly didn't think I'd have to), it says that if either side doesn't care for the DIRECTOR'S DECISION....IT CAN BE APPEALED...AGAIN!!!!!  OK, so what you're saying here, is that we can appeal the assessment, and either side can appeal the appeal, and when it's gone the highest it can go...it can be appealed AGAIN??  So now what're we talking about?  The appeal to the appeal of the assessment appeal.

Worse yet, guess where it appeals to now?  THE DISTRICT COURT!!!!  Right where all of this mess started in the first place.  And then, because our rights are terminated, what are they gonna say?  That it's all moot and no longer matters because our rights are terminated...AND THEN WHERE CAN THAT DECISION BE APPEALED TO???  The Supreme Court...where I am getting no justice in our termination appeal, as we speak.  Are you starting to get the picture America?  Where exactly does all of this end?  When does justice occur exactly?  It does NOT!!!  EVER!

Well kids, the war is back on.  The Director of DHS (The Department of Human Services) here in Iowa, has come down with the final decision...ALL CHARGES ARE DROPPED, THE JUDGE'S DECISION IN OUR APPEAL OF THE ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN UPHELD, ALL BULLSHIT IS NOW DONE WITH...

And so, for the record, the Supreme Court will ONCE AGAIN get yet another Reconsider of the Stay of Termination motion.  Following hot on the heels of that will be the Writ of Habeas Corpus, demanding the return of our daughter to our care.  After that, if silence prevails, we will be going to retrieve our daughter ourselves.  Lawfully, and legally, of course.

To Katherine S. Miller-Todd Jingleheimer Schmidt, Asst. AG - It's on bitch, for real this time.  And since your favorite thing is to claim I no longer have standing in our termination appeal, you can best believe it won't be me filing it.  It will be the mother.  So get over it.

The Vision Quest, Part IV - The Journey Home (B)

Welp...I made it.

Thanks go out to my new Native American friend Chase Ironeyes.  Chase is a big activist for the Sioux Tribe, and he got me to see Arvile, the Medicine Man's place in Green Grass, and took me back to my new Elder Mother's house again after the big Sioux Meeting there was over.

First, a HUGE thank you to the guy who got me out of Beresford, S.D., and saved me from having to take even MORE moolah away from my already teeny bank draw...Mike B.  You're the shit dood.  This guy and his dog Roo took me outta S.D...and all the way home.  You're welcome to the house anyday friend.

Then, of course, there was the wonderful law enforcement team in and around Beresford.  They tried to get me a hotel room for the night, but thanks to the 75th Anniversary of Sturgis (that was due to get 1.2 million visitors this year), and a local concert, there was "no room at the inn" for this traveler.  Instead, they dumped me at Truck Towne in Beresford, where the wonderful night manager immediately directed me to the travel lounge, where they had mucho comfy sofas to sleep on...ahhhhhh.  I passed out with little urging.  The new owners of just three weeks welcomed me in the morning, and pointed me onto my way.

Prior to that, there was the matter of Sioux Falls, which, if you remember, was a bane to me the first time around.  I had to walk several miles from there this time around, and almost got stuck in a real bad storm before the local sheriff found me.

Fargo was another nightmare.  I spent nearly 36 hours there, before Scott and Bonnie rescued me and took me all the way 40 miles from Sioux Falls.  You guys were mahvelous.  Again, thank YEW, thank YEW!!

Finally, goin' alllllll the way back to Bizmark, ND, I forgot a very important thank you, and a plug for a 3 month old temp agency named Labor Match, run by two very special ladies, the owner being Mary Wolf.  Thank you for getting me the work to get me on my way.  :D

In conclusion, it wasn't a bust.  I did find myself, just not really in the way I had originally planned...well, and that wasn't all bad either, at least I got to witness and participate in the Buffalo Ceremony, and saw the pipe bundle.  More than that, I got to interact with the whole Sioux Nation. So much more than that, I made some really good friends on my trip, including many Sioux.  How many idiot white konchillas can say that??
