Mr. Bruce Goes To Washington, Part III - The Disappointment (VERA PHEDDUP)

Wow, who knew how much fun Washington D.C. COULDN'T be?

To those of you who were expecting more than what actually happened, I want you to know that my intentions in WDC resembled nothing that I accomplished...all due to trust I should have rescinded ages ago.

You all know the story (supposedly) of Ms. Vera Pheddup.  I will tell you that everything about this woman is wrong, and cost me the better portion of what I had wanted to do here.

First, I should have known that there was something wrong from the beginning...when she came at someone who was one of my better friends on Facebook, long before she even knew the woman...Jill Conner; someone who has helped me with this war more than anyone, since I took it public.  She immediately expressed "concerns" (sounds like a social worker here, doesn't she?) that Jill's story and what she was doing didn't fit, and she just didn't trust her.  I made it clear, after a time, that if she didn't lay off of her (by this time Jill and I had had a couple of great conversations), that we would part ways.  She backed off, and I let it slide.

A couple of months later, I noticed an article written about the actions of CPS in Michigan, who had been placing people there on the child abuse registry, and was refusing to take them off again, even after proving their cases to the contrary.  I was livid, and the article inspired me to take immediate action.  I came up with the idea for a twitter storm against the state Government of Michigan.  I looked to people I had noted that were infamous for this, and asked for their direction.  One of those people was Jill Garner, a very close friend of Vera's.  She immediately condoned the idea, and let me know that I had nothing to worry about (I had no clue how to Storm anything in Twitter), and let me know that she would handle the situation for me, and meet up with me that day to lead me into it.  She would handle the promos, as long as I got up the people to do the storm.

By the time the storm was about an hour away, I had everyone in line to go.  I had spoken to Vera about furthering my storm, and she was good with it.  She was looking into some extra efforts to help (she stated), and said she'd be there to help it along.  By this time, neither had showed, and, needless to say, I was a little worried.

At 7 or so, I began actively hunting them down, asking mutual friends as to either one's whereabouts.  They helped me track Vera down, and, in lieu of Vera's personal answer to me, one friend then informed me that they were both abandoning this effort, because I had chosen to storm without consulting either one of them first.  I couldn't believe my ears.  I was hurt and embarrased, and upon repeated requests to storm, chose instead to quit while I was behind.  I now concentrated on hurting those who had ruined my effort.  Both Jill Garner and Vera were blocked immediately following my hurt responses.

Only Vera reappeared; under what would become several guises that this woman has used over the upcoming months.  She somehow managed to bring me back into her fold, but Jill, the primary offender remained blocked.  We would never communicate again.

I'm not sure how, exactly, but Vera and I continued, against all thoughts to the contrary.  However, the situation would, again, prove dire, and under the most inconvenient time...'magine that.

I'm sure you all know Asher.  Asher and I have spoken on several occasions, and have done a lot for this effort on June 5th.  He's interviewed on my show, and to me, is as real a guy as it gets.  That he is a soldier for this effort goes without doubt in my mind, regardless of real experience with it.  One day, he ignored some things I was trying to get out of him, and I got a bit miffed.  By this time, I had been planning the trip to Washington, and was determined to get it going.  By the time I was on my way, Vera had convinced me to lose all faith in Asher, that he was a dumbass who wasn't getting his job done, and Vera, at this time, sought to circumvent his efforts.  What she said, however, coincided with his silence to me, and I bought it.  It would soon be my undoing in Washington.  Once again, I placed faith in a voice I had not ever heard, and in a being whose face I had yet to see.

After the previous Twitter Storm, done by Anonymous, there was a claim, made by none other than Vera Pheddup, that this particular storm had finally turned a result.  The DOJ, the target of that storm, had supposedly just ordered the Department of Health and Human Services to collect the stories of parents accross the country, and put them in the hands of Vera, who would then turn them over to her contact there.  That contacts name, a name I never heard...until yesterday, was none other than...GUY FAWKES.  whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa??

Now, up to this point, you all know that I had been asking for your stories to take to Washington, for the sole purpose of presenting these stories and more to the DOJ here.  I only needed to know 2 things of Vera...what the name was of this person that she was to present to, and by what date was the deadline, where HHS (the Department of Health and Human Services) was concerned, and the name of her contact there.  At 4 a.m. on the date of 6/5/2015, I was strategically ready to strike, at the offices of the HHS, stories at the ready.  It had been raining that morning, and I was already fired up...the rain just strengthened my resolve.

Now, backing up, I have to say that getting my show back on the air has been a true chore, and was proving to be extremely futile.  I couldn't for the life of me figure out why.  The first day, I was approached by Vera to get a woman on the air,  After I agreed to put her on, I tried to create the show.  Come show time, the program messed up, and she didn't get on.  This happened 3 days in a row.  Finally, I gave up.  I figured, there's probably no tighter security than Washington for derelict programs, and mine, more than likely, was no exception.  I imagine the FBI and secret service probably monitor Washington D.C. airwaves more than hey do just about any city in the country.

Then it hits me.  Probably after this.  First, it struck me funny that I only heard about the stories; ordered by the DOJ of HHS; just once...maybe twice...then alla sudden, I never heard about it again.  Then I got to wondering...I had never seen what became of all of that, and that I never heard or saw her promo about that particular subject again.  Then I got into a small tiff with her in a txt message, and I told her that I thought she might be the enemy, because she wasn't listening to my legal advice, something most did almost automatically...and this was something pretty silly too, and had to do with making the protest...something I would imagine Vera, a supposed advocate, pretty upset about missing.  Sure, she raised a fuss about it, but skipped right past it, just like it was a mosquito that she had just killed, and barely breathed about it again.  This tipped me as being a bit off.  Then it crossed my mind that, here was a woman who I had NEVER met...I had never heard utter a word, either on the phone, or on my show; I had never seen even one picture of, and who had immediately distrusted a woman who was one of my better friends.  I told her that if she wanted to stay friends with me, she should call me, from a number that I could verify.  She refused.  It was about now that I got really paranoid.

Insult to injury, 24 hours later, during the protest pre-lude, she then proceeds to belittle me in a post on her page.  When I responded stating that I had asked her for things and information that she had not ever provided me, she then went on some rant about having a lot of work dumped on her, and that my requests were pretty demanding...but with the 5 or six sentences she used to tell me about how shouldn't have to explain or verify her identity to me, she could have called me for ten seconds to comply AS WELL AS typed 5 sentences worth of reasons why she wouldn't give me the contact name at HHS so I could present mine to the same person, or the date that this was to be done by.  Sounds to me like someone who really doesn't want to help me, right??  I agree.

Finally, the capper.  She then disavows herself as an anonymous member, but that, today, and today only, she stands with them.  To talk to this woman up to this time, one would only think of her as in a position of great importance, where anons were concerned...but in one fell swoop, she totally tosses them aside once she's gotten what she wants?  Gimme a break.  Then there's the fact that she's about the only Anon (or not) that has had to change her profile like 10 times in a two month period...and that Anons that were really close to her just started up and disappearing...magine that.

Last but not least, there's been a code-red called by Obama...the reign of terror that we've been expecting has arrived.  Hello internment camps, huh?  I can't wait!!  Always wanted to be a Nazi, huh?  Freedom to Facism, remember that one kids?  Read the series.

VERA PHEDDUP, MIA SUNSHINE, whatever your name is today, remember only this.  I plan to hunt your ass down and expose YOU as a traitor.  Enjoy your 30 pieces of silver while you can, because if Obama, the supposed ISIS group (that's just us in Arabian disguise, so we can justify Jade Helm 15...we ain't askeered of foreign terror...it's US they wanna control!!!!  How do you think they've gotten away with all of this child stealing for so long!  And now that they're about to have their biggest secret brought out...well, you get the picture.  PEOPLE ARE ALREADY ANGRY...and once it comes out that the President of the UNITED STATES IS LEGALLY STEALING CHILDREN AND BREAKING UP FAMILIES???!!!  Red alert indeed.  What'd I say...that we'd be lucky to make it through the end of Obama's term?  Think I'm gonna hit that target pretty fucking quick folks.  Maybe tomorrow, huh?  :D

SO....you wanted an update about what's going on in, and had happened in Washington?  Lemme tellya what' happened.  First, everything's on lockdown...and you expected?  The DOJ won't even let you into their building unless you have an appointment.  HHS?  Same thing...not that I had anyone to present stories to anyway, right?  JUST GUY FAWKES...NO WONDER THE WOMAN WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE CONTACT, RIGHT?  ANONS OF THE WORLD, DUMP MS. VERA PHEDDUP.  She may have been real...but she's gone if she was.  This woman talks way too intelligently to be for real.  I hear she's normally not all that, not in person...THIS IS A VERY CRAFTY PLANT, and has probably been sent in to infiltrate and destroy us and the ANONS FROM WITHIN, FOLKS...GET RID OF HER ASAFP!!!  Mark my words, no good will ever come from knowing this woman...or Jill Garrett, who was caught sending out gaming requests during the time she was supposedly doing her own protest...'magine that.  Trust me when I say that I never spout off things like this unless I have to.  I have to.  Things are bad.  They're gonna get worse before they get better, trust that folks.

Tomorrow, I leave the city of the already damned, and I can't say I'm not happy about it.  I feel sorry for the residents of Washington.  I dunno kids.  I gotta say it again...I think we're going to hell in two handbaskets...one for the kind and decent, as well as INNOCENT people...and one for those that are stealing our kids...without conscience, and most certainly with malice.

Do I have a new plan for all of these stories???  Damn straight I do.  You really believe that I would let them go to waste???  HELL F****** NO.  I will put them to good use America...plan on it.  I ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER PLAN  IN MIND...and I think I can make it beat out the Washington Bust.  Hang in there kids.  WE WILL BE HEARD!!  :D

Letter to the Senators/DOJ/FBI/Surgeon General

Hey kids.  I am posting this email to those of the FBI, the DOJ, the Surgeon General, and to Senators Ernst and Grassley of the State of Iowa.

Please, consider once again and do a search for, my affidavit of truth found in this blog.  Should anything happen to me in the next few days, please, look for me, and get me and my family their justice.

Mr. Grassley, or to whomever it is that actually reads these letters;

Tomorrow I am coming to Washington D.C. I have been strategically hovered here in P.A. waiting to pounce, and tomorrow is national "Pounce" day.

For 10 very long months now I have watched as my wife had her baby wrongfully stolen from her care at just nine days old, and watched as The Department of Human Services, in Des Moines Iowa, has systematically destroyed her life, my life, and the lives of countless others all over the state of Iowa, and I and those same others have had more than enough of our respective "Travesties of Justice."

I am going to be in Washington tomorrow, and will remain there until action is taken to reverse the decision of having our rights terminated, and our daughter returned to the mother's arms. I wish to meet with you concerning this. An appointment as soon as is humanly possible is requested, as this is an emergency of the highest order.

On June 5th, all over the world, droves of wronged parents will be gathered in protest from 12-4, and my special brand of this protest in Washington will be no less of a major event. I plan to immediately attempt a rally of news media to both our Iowa events and to our Washington portion. I have aligned myself with Anonymous in this effort, though I wear not the mask they do. I want Washington to know who it is that accuses them of their injustices against America and humanity. This stealing of our children for no viable reason, for whatever purpose, shall, quickly, come to its end; and that end begins on June 5th...starting with my child.

I will try the right way first. I wish to meet with both you and Chuck. This story is hardly unbeknownst to either of you, as I have, time and time again, regaled you with the events that have occurred on numerous occasions...and have been denied justice, have been denied intervention; and have received nothing short of a bureaucratic runaround, as well as the Government's silence in my request for accountability and transparency in these matters.

Many entities are aware of my trip to Washington; it's hardly a secret. I contacted the offices of the DOJ, the FBI, and others and alerted them of my presence, as well as all of my desires. I will make these desires obvious to your office as well.

1. I wish to have my case reopened and examined, without further ado, and to bypass the crap that continues on a state level where my case is concerned. I have chosen to go over their heads, because I receive nothing that even resembles justice, even on the Supreme Court of Iowa's level. I wish to not wait any longer for these entities to embarrass or belittle me further. Justice is not available as an option to me there. Hence, my trip to Washington.

2. I want to bring to justice the entities involved in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa.

3. I want to bring to justice the entities involved in the Department of Human Services in Polk County Iowa, for all of the crimes committed against my wife and myself, IMMEDIATELY.

4. I want my daughter returned to our care, POST HASTE.

5. I would like a reasonable compensation for the destruction of our lives, both private and public.

Anonymous has been presented in Washington as a domestic terrorist threat. Be it known that Anonymous has no intent to do a protest in Washington. I am representing Anonymous in their behalf...as myself, and myself only. I am Anonymous...and not. I share their beliefs, but have every intention to make myself known. I am Christopher Bruce. I am the Mighty Sword. Most importantly, I am a parent and a patriot of these United States, and have no intent to be anything but respectful, proper, and lawful.

You might wonder if we of Iowa, the United States and the world know just how deep the rabbit hole goes. Know that we know it all. This stealing of children and the destruction of the family unit must stop, and it must stop TODAY. I will give up both my life and any remaining freedom to make it so. I have no issues with being a martyr for justice, make no mistake. Should I continue to receive no justice, the limits of how far I will go to change this will meet with no bounds and no resistance.
I have, in my possession, as well as in several key and secret locations across the US, several copies of enough evidence to destroy the government of this country, and bring it to its knees. I strongly suggest that you meet with me to discuss this calmly, rationally, and logically, or I will be forced to expose what the Government of these United States has done, is doing, and intends to do further, and there will be nothing in place that will stop that.

The answer to 1984 is 1776. This is a powerful statement that will be brought more to light, should these and other issues be ignored further by our Government; and those who now wield power over its citizens. This of course, includes those of your offices. Maybe...just maybe, a meeting with me would most certainly be in your better interests. Others who might follow may not be as rational and forthcoming as I. Keep that in mind, before ignoring this further.

Greetings Anonymous and Activists of the World,

For the past several years, Anonymous has taken upon itself the task of Awakening the Masses to corporate and political corruption that has become a plague threatening our very principles and ways of life. The Awakening has largely been a success; with a resurgence of activism and constitutional demonstrations across America, as well as a surge from the populace of the world demanding their own freedom and liberty. This effort has often been associated with Unplugging from the Matrix:
“This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill—the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill—you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Remember, all I'm offering is the truth; nothing more.”

However, we have noticed that a crucial aspect of this process has been highly disregarded. What happens to someone once they realize that they have been lied to for their entire life? Many have described it as an overwhelming shock; often full of every negative emotion imaginable. Anger, rage, fear, helplessness, senselessness, hopelessness... This is a perfectly natural response; however we must be mindful of how we recuperate from such a state of being.

Often times, we become distrustful of everything that we are told. While it is crucial to question everything, part of that requires studying the facts and acknowledging when the truth is presented. It has become habitual for people to assume that every negative thing in the world is the result of a false flag operation, or a corrupt government or corporate organization. It is easy to place the blame on those you despise, whether it is your local or federal government, your police department, or any other convenient entity. This often leads to jumping to conclusions rather than examining the facts that are available. In doing so, we have unplugged from the Matrix in which we were born, only to plug ourselves into an alternate Matrix that we have created ourselves from the fabrics we still cling to from our first reality.

One example of this second stage, a self created Matrix, was previously explained in Operation Romper Stomper. Americans have become so distraught over war propaganda that a blanket belief exists where hatred for Muslims is now encouraged. If one changes their viewpoint after studying the facts about the alleged infiltration of our government by the Muslim brotherhood, one would quickly realize that this descendant of the Third Reich is supported by other forms of the Nazi menace that ravaged the world during World War Two; the very same entities that were funded and supplied by United States 

Corporations in order to turn war into the For-Profit business that we know today. Despite what your evening news may tell you, this is not that of a people or religious agenda any more so than previous belief systems. The obvious sign of being stuck in one’s own Matrix would be the numerous people who inform others that Osama Bin Laden was an asset for the CIA, that Nine Eleven was an Inside Job, and that the United States has been training and funding ISIS, all while simultaneously warning you about the evil of Muslims and the terrorist religion of Islam. Such arguments provide a direct contradiction to each other that appears to go unnoticed more often than not.

Another clear example would be the public reaction towards officer involved shootings, and in some cases murders. We have a growing issue in the United States as well as the world where life often resembles that of a Police State. It is documented fact that the Supreme Court ruled police are intended to uphold the law, rather than protect and serve the citizens in their community. The Pentagon has been running programs to provide local police departments with militarized equipment no longer being used in illegal wars over seas. Peaceful Protests are often met with SWAT style tactics, while journalists and demonstrators alike find themselves arbitrarily arrested and abused for expressing constitutionally protected rights. Training courses for law enforcement such as Urban Shield work with police officers to respond more like a tactical military force against their own citizenry, rather than peace keepers meant to maintain order and security. Laws are being passed that further strip the people of these rights, criminalizing what should be considered an obligation by any self respecting citizen of the world.
However, despite all of the causes for the rise of such tyranny, we see activists who do no more than blame an individual regardless of what the facts may show. Far too many people would rather stand on the street and scream Fuck the Police at the top of their lungs, than propose legislation that calls for revised training and Officer Accountability. We see the mentality flooding the streets that All Cops Are Bastards. We see accusatory statements against all police, and statements that if there were any good cops they would stop the bad cops. However, we see no mention of the fact that when a good cop does in fact arrest or stop a bad cop, they are ordered by their superiors to let them go. In one specific case, a woman was harassed by officers from multiple departments for arresting an officer who was in violation of the law. You see, good cops are suppressed by the system and are met with malice any time they demand the very accountability that we demand ourselves.

The problem lies within the system. The training officers receive that tells them the public wants to kill them, instilling fear in an otherwise respectable peace officer. The complete disregard for Use of Force procedures, which have also been altered over time to include more and more acceptable use of deadly force.

And finally, we see these examples playing out through what is supposed to be our own media. It is now common for people to disregard the Mainstream Media as being fact-less and biased on any given story. We often criticize media for taking things out of context, and manipulating a story to suit their own opinion rather than presenting the facts without alteration. We know that nothing is Fair and Balanced because all too often a story with multiple facilitators only has one side. There is always more than one side to any story, and it is a conscious decision to pretend there is not.

Unfortunately we are now in an age where our own independent media sources are guilty of the very practices that are condemned against the mainstream media. We are stuck in a paradigm where we have decided the truth from an early stage, and rather than evaluating the evidence available, people would rather seek out only the information that confirms their beliefs. Sense of integrity has been lost. Credible source material has become rare. For many, the line between news and satire has been practically eliminated. The worst of all of this, is that we as a movement have allowed this to happen.
These are the reasons that Anonymous North Texas has decided to launch Operation Matrix Three. You have had your time to unplug from the First Matrix. You have fed off of emotion and bias that created your own Second Matrix. Now, it is time to unplug completely. Truth is indisputable, opinion is not.
Anonymous is an Idea. It is the idea that Truth shall prevail. It is the idea that bias should not dictate our lives or the lives of anyone else. It is an idea that everyone – regardless of occupation, race, religion, or background has the right to justice – to freedom. It is the idea that humanity is one. It is time to stop letting our emotions override rational thought. It is time to stop letting the system divide us among ourselves. This is not us verses the police, it is not us verses veterans and active duty military, it is not Christian versus Muslim, it is none of these things that the media would like you to believe. It is us verses a system that has become corrupt. It is time to return to truth and fact.

Mr. Bruce Goes to Washington, Part II - "We're on a Mission From God" - Elwood Blues

Now America, I dare you to say this isn't a "Mission From God".

1.  Upon leaving Davenport, right after meeting with Jeannine in Clinton (one of the first people I ever admired for being a real fighter of the cause), I got one ride, then another, from a man in a van, who what moving to a place far up the road.  We had a pretty involved conversation; but the whole thing came to a screeching halt when I mentioned the woman's last name that I had visited with in Clinton, after he asked me where I had come from before I met with his kindness in picking me up.

Anderson.  He said, "I have a cousin named Anderson, in Clinton."  Jeannine, I asked?  He confirmed.  So did she, once I called her.

Now America, I ask you.  What are the odds, even in a state right next to Jeannine's, is it likely that I would be picked up by a cousin she had not seen or talked to in 5 years???  All I can say to that is WOW!  And double wow.

Let's move on a couple of cop rides down the road, in order to get me off of the interstate, where I wasn't supposed to be.

2.  The 2nd miracle happened right before Monday's treck to Ohio.  I was just finishing up the podcast, when up comes a lady to ask me if I wanted a ride in.  I hardly quabbled, naturally, and gathered my belongings.

Now, not only was the woman a nurse, she had a brother who worked for the DOJ, and was massively interested in my cause.  Funnier still was her confession.  She had never in life picked up a hitchhiker, and she was my age.

America, the question begs an answer, once again.  What are the odds that a woman would choose me to not only give a ride to, but come up to ME and ask me if I needed a lift, as the first person she would ever help in such a way, and would have a brother who worked in the DOJ in the very place I was going, with this being the very office I was planning to visit???

Again, only the word WOW appears to be all I can muster.

Finally, let's move on to our Master Ditty.

3.  So I get half way through Pennsylvania, and the police (3 cars worth) pick me up and move me into a truck stop....I'm now just 40 miles away from my Aunt & Uncle's house, who I haven't seen since I was 15.  I get into a town called Butler, and 2 cars swoop in on me...it's the local police, who start to tell me that they're going to arrest me and immediately take me in front of a judge...all because of a $5 fine I'm gong to have to pay because it's ILLEGAL TO HITCHHIKE IN PENNSYLVANIA (This is news to me!!) and I'm from out of state.

Well, after a radio check up, the cop in charge of the scene gets a whole lot nicer.  Then it comes out that the other backup cop knows my uncle and aunt personally.  However, they tell me I need to get off of the freeway entirely, and if they catch me on it again, things will get and be a whole lot worse for me.  They then proceed to direct me to a more calm (and, more than likely carless) route.  Daunted and balked, I walked off of the freeway and began to contemplate the likelyhood that I'll ever eat, get to do my podcast, and get the Hell out of this crummy state.

As I continue to progress to my dead man walking route, I notice a big red bricked building off to my right, flying flags everywhere, and alight with citizenry.  I make my way over, and whaddya know...the sign on the building sports the words "Veteran's Affairs".  Being a vet, I mosey over...

I made a quick appointment with one of the workers there, and tell her my story.  She sends me back to the lobby.  I think things are looking bad.  During the podcast, almost an hour later, she comes with her solution to all of my problems.  First, I get a hotel room at the Super 8, where I proceed to sleep like a little baby.  Sometime around 9 this morning, I will be transported to Altoona, Pennsylvania, about 100 miles east of here, and not terribly far from the Maryland border, where I should be able to get to Washington D.C. in a hop, a skip, and a big jump.

Now, in finality, does someone, ANYONE, wanna calculate the incredible odds that are present here?  I don't think any of you have a calculator big enough to handle those numbers.

Well America, we go to Washington.  This time, for truly.

It would seem that the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, although disturbingly absent when it comes to hold the Government responsible for things, can't seem to keep its dirty paws out of my internet/phone line.  Go figure.

So, I believe its time we paid our buddies in Washington a little visit.

I've already called to set up meet and greets with my state's Capitol's Senators.  Also on the docket with be visits to the offices of the DOJ, the Surgeon General (In charge, I imagine, of the Attorney Generals), and the folks listed back there in the first paragraph (these guys are kinda like the Devil in this respect...if you speak their name too often, they tends to appear in your life, and refuse to leave, so I plan to mention them as little as possible).

I will be doing my show every day, and, after I arrive, might just up that number to a few times a day.  Naturally, every show will be posted on the new site I told you about, and will be shared by my NEW friend's list.  I will have my minions promote the show and the post every day.  It will prove to be something worth paying attention to.  I will remain every day until June 5th.  Naturally, as well, I will be bulk emailing my "Crew", so they know what I've done and accomplished, often well after I'm done doing it, not unlike what I did when I PRETENDED to go last time, when I was attempting to throw off the DMPD.  Last time they involved the Secret Service, who were feigning interest.  This time I pray them be VERY INTERESTED.

America's Deadly Sins - The Radio Show Episodes, Part I

Well kids, America's Deadly Sins, the radio show, is, thus far, a hit.  Without any syndication whatsoever, the show is doing well with 1100 listens, even only after 17 days.  Here, for the period up to May 5th, are the episodes thus far.  After this, we go WORLDWIDE, and get translated into other languages!  Every 15 episodes, I will post an update on our most current set, and include the links to get to each episode individually.

NOTE:   THE RADIO SHOW WILL NOT BE AIRING ON THE DATES OF MAY 14TH & 15TH!  These are the two days of our VERY INTERESTING AND VERY INFORMATIVE assessment appeal.  As you all know, this is a very crucial step in bringing down the insatiable beast that is CPS, as well as one of the most evil of its minions...Emily Nieman, the social worker that removed our daughter.  We should also be exposing the corruption of UNITY POINT HEALTHCARE, and the conspiring doctors that were 50% responsible for the removal.  THIS ONE WILL BE ONE FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS, and will be just one of many lawsuits that will be filed against both of these entities.

Episode 15 - Ash Fawkes/#OpExposeCPS

Ash Fawkes is located in Arkansas and was one of the originators of the "Operation Expose CPS" movement. They began the ball rolling with "Operation Death Eaters", a protest that took place on February 13th. The Stanley Family incident had just happened there in Arkansas, and Ash and others decided to make DCFS the target of the Feb 13th International Day of Protest for Operation Death Eaters.

They started to use the hashtag #OPExposeCPS to promote the event, and it was fairly successful. After that, Ash and another Anonymous member in Mississippi were kicking around ideas, and had the inspiration to report CPS to the FBI as a child trafficking ring. They both laughed and discussed it again, and discussed it again, and in light of the work Nancy Scheafer had started prior to her death, decided it sounded like a great idea.  They then talked to some other Anonymous members around the country and decided to launch a nationwide operation.

There existed, in Cananda, a similar movement, and they were already wanting to do the same thing for the Children's Aid Society there. Upon hearing of Ash's group's desire to do a movement like theirs, they contacted them and suggested an "International Day of Protest."  Together, they decided on June 5th, because a lot of Anonymous Protest groups do events on the 5th of every month. events like "Remember, Remember the 5th of November..."

The Ol' Double Cross (Appeal), Part II

Now, America, here is our Not as Much Angry LEGAL, AND FILTERED answer to this crap.  Enjoy!!  :D

The Ol' Double-Cross (Appeal)

OMG kids...I realize these people have to do their jobs, in order to collect a much needed paycheck (in addition to what other bonuses they make in the adoption and foster market trade), but really?  What DRIVEL!!!  Talk about grasping at straws!  These idiots couldn't find a law if it passed right in front of 'em...(you like that?  I thought it was good!!!).

Now, on the front, there was, as I expected, a demand to keep this confidential.  Hmmmmm...well, the Supreme Court, as well as the Attorney General's office, DID start the war before I even got to the battleground...so no.  I don't theeenk so.  Deny MY motion to stay Termination will ya?

Naturally, there WILL be comment.  Can't have a farce like this go without that kind o' fun, now can we??  Let's get it on.

Now, the first thing I suppose I should mention, here, is the use of the phrase "Material Facts"...something these people wouldn't recognize if it hit 'em smack across the side of the head...please, continue on...

Issue 1, they state, is that CB...that's me, of course; does not have standing to raise any issues from the CINA proceedings, because I was dismissed as a necessary party and all of the CINA orders are "Res Judicata."  For those of you ignorant of Latin (the dead language we still use...so how is this a dead language then, and why the hell is it still used in our law??), Res Judicata means these issues are moot issues; they've been discussed and ruled on in previous hearings, with no dispute, nor appeal taken by the defendant.  They are, therefore, according to the law, not able to be brought up again; and set in stone.

BULLSH**

One more sentence that's important here, is that error was NOT perserved at all.  Hate to tell you folks out there in dream land; I don't know about the error you're showing or preserved in YOUR files, after you altered or destroyed them, BUT ERROR IS MOST CERTAINLY PRESERVED RIGHT HERE, ON AMERICA'S DEADLY SINS, IN THE ENTIRE "AND AWAY WE GO" SERIES, in the blog you were so fond of using over and over again against me, as well as in the four binders containing every single document received from the Juvenile records department, as well as downloaded to my computer via efile; complete with date and time stamps showing when YOUR FOLKS FILED THEM!!!!  Also "preserved", are the 5 full recordings of each and every court hearing I'm in possession of (and their copies in at least 5 different locations in this state), and the recordings of each and every interaction I've ever had with the *ahem* WOMEN of DHS and CFI.  Ain't that special?  And remember, that last one...#9 on that sheet I signed?  Remember?  Was very clearly never agreed to, where NOT recording you and your illegal actions were concerned.  So sorry.  Screw around with the transcripts and burn and alter documents all ya like; and I wish you all the luck in the world getting away with THAT lie.

Sorry, lost my mind for a minute...back to the rest of it.

For one, you all know that this father's rights were terminated in one case; which didn't occur for a month and a half after he had been thrown out of the CINA case, and deemed not a party to THAT case...yet I was left in the termination hearing, so that my rights...COULD BE TERMINATED.  And, since I WAS left in the termination hearing, and, obviously STILL in possession of my rights, (else, why would they need to terminate them?) AND A PARTY TO THAT CASE so that they could do so...then how did they manage to terminate my rights, IF I WAS NO LONGER A PARTY TO THE CASE?  I know, I know...confusing, eh?  So much for that nonsense.  On to part 2 of that, since everything that happens in the CINA case provides need for termination, and helps a Judge decide that termination is necessary, then how is it that everything in the CINA case is RES JUDICATA, and not relevant to the appeal of termination?  Are you starting to get that RAILROAAAAD feeling again???

On to the "discussion" portion of this crap, they bring up...ONCE AGAIN (almost as bad as the permenancy hearing with this one, right?) that the father has been dismissed as a necessary party to the case (after 6 months of fighting in it), because they have established RONALD SHAVER to be the actual father; utilizing an Iowa Supreme Court decision, In the matter of J.C., which states that this father was found to be an unnecessary party...BECAUSE his rights had been, by this time, terminated, and that the child in question was having troubles identifying her true father.  The baby in THIS case hower was not even, as yet COGNIZANT even, and didn't even know how to distinguish light from dark yet, let alone a fake or true father.  She was already having trouble with this anyway, I'm sure, considering the FOSTER father, surely, if at all.  Regardless, THIS LEGAL father's rights had yet to be terminated, yet the Judge JUMPED on his chance to rid the court of the headache of having to address the 500+ motions we had filed NUNC PRO TUNC, as well as all of the evidence that this father had piled up against Emily Nieman and the crooked Judge, William A. Price, in order to bring out the truth of the TOTAL illegality of this entire case.

Later, AGAIN, it's stated that I didn't challenge any of the orders in appeal...and they're right.  I didn't.  I didn't do this because I agreed with the findings found (I most CERTAINLY did NOT), and duly expressed the reasons why not in the petition of appeal.

NOTE THE "NOTE", later, where it covers the Attorney General's butt (he thinks), where she states that just because the Supreme Court denies my stay of termination, that this by no means defines me as a parent or a possible appellant in this appeal...EXCEPT THIS APPEAL IS ABOUT THE TERMINATION, AND I WAS A PARTY TO THE CASE!...my RIGHTS WERE TERMINATED IN IT.  I WAS A @#$%! father/appellant!!!  Why was I later mentioned to NOT attend the termination?  Why would it matter, if I was NOT identified as a PARTY TO THE COCK-A-DOODY CASE??????????

*takes a deep breath*......RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAILROAAAAAAAD!!!

Add now, that the Attorney General now adds that niether myself (because I wasn't a party now in EITHER case, by definition) NOR the mother (who is, and is listed as pro se in these cases now) has a right to refer to issues in the CINA proceedings, even though it's BECAUSE OF THE CINA PROCEEDINGS THAT WE ARE NOW IN TERMINATION, AND THE APPEAL THEREOF....RIGHT???  You people REALLY need to go back to law school for a much needed refresher course in LAW!!

Now we move on to what is, perhaps the biggest lie of them all.  They state, that we abandoned all 18 of our motions, as well as the motions to address 5 pieces of evidence, which we had worked extremely hard on, for weeks, and had piled up to show this whole batch of proceedings as false, illegal, and in bad need of redress (re-addressing, for you law newbies).  Now, you wanna 'splain to me why I would have, within 10 minutes, ABANDONED THESE BY WALKING OUT OF THE HEARING???  The truth, as most of you already know, is that they had filed a motion to establish paternity like 5 times in both cases, so that the judge, practically before he hit the door, could address this motion first, which also had the added bonus of giving these people a lawful (yet irrelevant) way to throw both the father off of the case, right along with every single motion and piece of evidence he had filed.  ABANDONED HIS MOTIONS MY ASS...

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAD!!

Here's one I love:  That we...or the mother, rather, did not pursue an application for the ICWA, but the county attorney...DID!!!!...at or around this particular time, WHEN THE CASE IS ALMOST OVER!!...WELL YA...after I filed a motion to INTERVENE HE DID!!

Please, if you will, remember that we didn't find out about ICWA, or the fact that the worker had deprived the mother of even knowing there WAS AN ICWA, until this whole thing was about over.  This was one of the motions these parents had filed just before the permanency hearing, and had the distinction of being the ONLY motion this crooked judge had the desire to hear out; after throwing away 17 other motions and all the evidence we had piled up against him, along with the father.  This is because, if this motion had NOT been addressed, it may have very well cost the man his job as a judge.  They make this look like THEIR effort to find out if maybe the Cherokees might want to be involved, when in fact this had been denied the mother FROM DAY ONE!  It was only because I had discovered that they had denied her this through fraud that it was even brought to light.  LYING LITTLE BASTARDS!!!  So, after the judge threw me, all of my evidence and all of my motions off of the case; and after the mother stood up and asked this biased judge to recuse the case and left also right behind me, he then called his goons, the Polk County Sheriff's office to bring the mother back so that he could find out what he needed to get out of this little mess.  Unfreekin'believable.  Then said we left and abandoned the rest.  Little @#$%!.

To polish off this pile of garbage (on this page, anyway), the broken record concerning the father continues on, stating ONCE AGAIN that I am not a party to this case, and that the father is attempting to represent the mother in this appeal...WHAT???  First of all, the mother is ALREADY PRO SE, and the father is representing HIMSELF, AND IS VERY MUCH A PART OF THIS APPEAL!!!!  Let me see if I can possibly make this more clear for this IDIOT!!  MY.....................RIGHTS...........WERE.........TERMINATED......SO ............OBVIOUSLY.........I.......AM..........A.........PARTY.........TO...........THE............CASE!!!!!!

And, to put the cherry on the top of this melted sundae, he then tries to accuse me of practicing law...ARE YOU SERIOUS?????  Give me a f***ing break. NEEEEEEXT!!!

As much as I'd love to dispute each and every legal site used in this cross-BS, there really isn't any sense in trying to dispute cites used to prove that this BS is correct, or lawful.  I've already wasted more than enough of your time in doing the former, so doing this would just be boring and redundant. But, if it will make you happy, I will take just a moment to point out that the VERY FIRST REFERENCE?  Shows you don't know your P's, Q's, R's OR your S's.  It states...and I quote, "[a]nd therefore he was not a party to the termination hearing."....endquote.  I believe I am, well after the Permanency hearing, mentioned in each and every document FOLLOWING that hearing, where it was determined I was no longer a party.  Sounds to me like I was still a party to the termination hearing folks.  And as that party, my rights were then duly TERMINATED.  You can't terminate the rights of a non-party to the case.  Nice try, too bad, so sad.  Either I wasn't a party to the case, and still have my rights, or I WAS a party to the case, and had them terminated.  I'm afraid you're going to have to make up your minds here.  Either way, this shows what IDIOTS you are, and on that merit alone, have zero defense to my being a party in THIS APPEAL. Phhhhhhhhhht.  I think I've said quite enough, concerning your so called legal cites in defense of your arguments.

FINALLY!!!!  Pompous windy bastards.  On to Issue II.

Now we have these idiots trying to prove to the Supreme Court, that because we didn't show up for the Termination Hearing, that we have NO RIGHT TO BRING AN APPEAL!!!!!

For those of you ignorant in this story, they scared us away from this hearing by FILING HARASSMENT CHARGES, ONE FIRST DEGREE AND 2-3RD DEGREES.  THEY DIDN'T WANT US TO SHOW UP, SO THEY COULD PULL THIS BS!!!  And, just to be certain we didn't show up, they called in the Secret Service!!!!  The unmitigated gall!!  Now, if you continue on to the next page, it states that we seek to justify our absense with information that is not a part of the record.

THIS RECORD?  well DUHHHH...it was a whole different case!!!!!  Of COURSE it isn't a part of the record.  WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE???  ARE THEY MENTAL?

To conclude this little travesty of justice, kids, let's just say that I was GOING to post the answer that I intend to present to the Supreme Court, but I think I'm going to take some time on it, do it right, then dedicate a new post to it.  I think it deserves that.  Also, it would seem that we have yet ANOTHER name for the Bruce Bitch List.  Welcome, Katherine S. Miller Todd.  You are just another poor unlucky soul in a very long list of people who will ALSO be losing your job over this.  :D
