Sioux Falls, SD - The Farewell, and Affidavit of Truth

NOTE 1:  Since I sent this letter off, one council member decided to respond.  See that reply, as well as my replies under the letter, and another set of asterisks.

NOTE 2:  Also since I sent this letter off, a news story came out in the Argus Leader, Sioux Falls "Premiere" bought out newspaper.  Just the title should be enough to infuriate most people; as it states that the Federal Government states "Don't stand in the way of 5G", then states blithely that health concerns and environmental concerns are not good enough reasons to refuse obeying this "Act"; portraying itself more like an order that says the feds don't need the consent of the governed to do anything; even install in their cities something deadly.  You can find that article HERE:

Well kids, seems that addressing the city council of this city in order to attempt to save their asses was and is pretty damned fruitless.  This naive and ignorant city is doomed to its fate, as is the rest of this country.  Someday, when people start dying, and dots are connected, they'll get their Kharma, times 10.  The word of 5G and what its purpose is, is spreading like wildfire, and when it's finally activated, the tally of who exactly is responsible for allowing it into Sioux Falls will come to bear.  Shown below is a little love letter written before my surrender of this city to what's coming to it, under the asterisk line just below another affidavit of Truth, posted for my protection against any possible repercussions.

Comes now, CHRISTOPHER, THE LIVING MAN, in his Affidavit of Truth:

To whom it may concern: if anything happens to me, then Wrongdoing May Have Been Done.

i, Christopher William Bruce, am of very sound mind and very sound body.  My cars and home are well maintained, i am in very good spirits and looking forward to a very long and rewarding life.  i and others are involved in lawful actions of holding county and state officials to the proverbial fire of upholding their Lawful Constitutional Oaths by means of Lawful Affidavits and Criminal Complaints containing abundant evidence charging them with Felonious Acts against the People of the Country and in placing Lawful Commercial Liens potentially worth billions of dollars on both their Surety Bonds and their personal assets, and further, seriously impacting the defendant’s ability to hold any future office.  Therefore, if “anything” happens to myself, I have an “accident” or go missing and end up dead; be it known here that i, Christopher William Bruce, did NOT commit suicide or have an “accident” and further, i am not careless with poisons, old food, toxins, flammables, firearms, nor have any known enemies.  i am asking that if anything happens in the form of a negative or deadly event, even if it seems to fit well within the scope of what’s “Normal”, i seriously request that very capable and responsible persons with excellent skills and expertise, take a really good look into the Who's, What's, When's Where's Why's and How's of my demise; as it may in all likelihood be, in fact, a purposeful Act, There but for the Grace of God go i.  i certify the foregoing is true, correct, complete and not misleading to the best of my knowledge so help me God.

CHRISTOPHER, THE LIVING MAN

"Mr. Sneave (and council members),

You know, I was getting ready to give a good presentation last Tuesday night, and it didn’t take but the 3rd second in for it to hit me:  Why waste my breath on these uninterested and uncaring city council members?  They were bought and paid for a long time ago.  Sioux Falls has some pretty big problems, obviously, and almost all of them appear to be sitting on that Council.  I put the brakes on the good stuff at that juncture and filled in the rest; then decided in finality that there was absolutely no sense in ever expressing anything to the mayor or this council again.  Brick walls are EASILY more responsive.

There may also be a 2nd problem too.  I think someone else may have forgotten the meaning of “Watchdog” somewhere along the way, as it applies to the BASICS of journalism and this council.

By the way, just for embarrassment purposes only, I received a call from one of the police sergeants Tuesday, just before the meeting.  ‘T’would seem that the mayor had a hair or two lift from his neck in fear, because I related to him in a submission ticket that we knew someone in common; someone who knew his whole family.  Evidently, the mayor got a little wake up call, because it hit home that maybe his family might find out that their son may be responsible for the deaths of the citizens of the city he’s in charge of, someday.  Why this somehow rattled him, who can say, but, evidently, the mayor does none of his homework.  I had some trouble recently in Iowa with around 30 or so elected officials who kidnapped my daughter from me illegally a couple of years back, sure…but they initiated that, not me.  They then ruled they were wrong for doing so, and still wouldn’t return her to us.  Because I wouldn’t shut up about this obvious wrong or wouldn’t stop fighting and just roll over, they vindictively set me up 4 different times and jailed me for a year on false charges so they could be rid of me; and gave me my only and more current criminal record; but I haven’t been in a lick of trouble since I left and moved here.  I never even had a speeding ticket before 4 years ago.  I advocate for the rights of children, families and ALL human beings and help them fight against those who violate and ignore those rights, with impunity.  I have been, for all intents and purposes and for your personal reference, prior to that four years; one of the nicest people you could ever meet.

On the other hand, I strongly advise against placing yourselves on my bad side (referring to this mayor in particular), as all of those Iowa officials are now on trial in Federal court, one step below the Supreme Court of the United States, for what they did to me and my family…and there is no way they will win.  Trust me, when I say that I have no problem handling wars in two states; should it come to that.  Know also, that, knowing what I NOW know about the law (the REAL law, not what you people refer to as law), you could not keep me in jail for any longer than 24 hours using a single city, county, state or federal code, statute, rule or ordinance, and I will be out, charges dropped; no lawyer included.  I have never harmed the hair on the head of or the property of a single soul in 57 years.  I thought it was actually kind of cool that the Mayor and I knew this particular man in common; but, alas, the mayor didn’t exactly see it that way.  No, as most guilty and crooked politicians do, the Mayor chose instead to rely on the taxes paid our public servants needlessly, and had the police lightly bully me for simply sending him a note and utilizing my unalienable right to speak freely; while childishly peeking out at me from under their skirt.  I would not suggest the Mayor do that again, or I will immediately file a 42 U.S.C. 1983 federal action against him for attempting to violate my right of free speech and acting outside of the scope of his official duties.  Any other detectives or sergeants who decide to chime in will also be added to that action.  Trust me when I say that you will have NO immunities to defend you.

Now that we got past that unpleasantness, I’ll continue.  When I think of a “watchdog” as it applies to the journalistic profession, the first thing that comes to my mind is one of a hard-nosed reporter who cannot be convinced in any way to misrelate the truth, whose job it is to ensure that those of Government are doing right by its constituents.  Maybe I’m not around nearly enough, or maybe it’s because I’ve opted to not read up on anything Mr. Sneave has written following these meetings, who can say; but I haven’t seen any watchdogs at these meetings; personally.  All I’ve ever seen is a reporter.

I’ve only been to 3 meetings so far, but it was at around 1 ½ of them that I noticed that there was very little attention paid to the public input, and, in contrast, there was an awful lot of impatience for that 3 minute shot clock to end.  The real proof of no one paying any attention, for me, was that not a single nod of the head or comment has ever been made concerning anything that isn’t already on the agenda; and never once was a question asked in concern on any issue.  Evidently, no one cares about anything that’s said in the public’s input; If anything, extra effort seems to be taken to ensure that no one receives even 5 seconds more to say something.  Even a moron could see that this council has no care about anything but themselves and their own agenda.  I’m truly glad I waited around long enough to see that and let 3 others go before me Tuesday night.  If there was ever a meeting where the indifference of the council was heinously apparent, this had to be the one that showed it best.

I’m not sure about the rest of Sioux Falls., or even you Mr. Sneave; but it concerns me when a representative council doesn’t represent or respond to the concerns of its citizens…well, at least it doesn’t until someone new wants to go into business here and might need to pay extra taxes the council can spend, until one of their wealthy golfing buddies needs a favor, until someone need a license for an event, or someone believes the council needs to be asked to do things they could probably do without their permission anyway.  Emails are ceremoniously ignored by the council (I notice this happening a lot in all levels of Government these days.  When did it become in vogue to not even acknowledge a person’s existence if you don’t want to address the issue?  What about some good old-fashioned pre-fabbed mail?  Even that would be better than ignoring the sender entirely, wouldn’t it?), questions never crop up; not a single comment is made…Sounds like this might be grounds to start “Watchdogging” the mayor and this council a little better, doesn’t it?  I think it does.

I think what bugs me most about this particular council, however, is that they have either allowed, or are continuing to allow something as dangerous as 5G to be installed in this city, in the face of all facts pointing to the possible threat to life on this planet; and even to THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES; even though others, further along in the battle; have already given their stories to the independent media in varying reports, none of which are at all good (it’s quite obvious to me that, in order to protect corporate interests, the mainstream would never report anything that might cost these companies money); and even though every bit of proof and information that this is nothing short of disastrous has been sent or given to every one of them by me at varying times; and can be found easily all over the web.  Worse still, their own watchdog doesn’t even believe this is a concern worth reporting, or even presents any opposing debate on it, save the narrative of the Mayor and the FCC; but then, irresponsible journalism seems to be in vogue these days as well.  I have personally made the mayor witness to the video made of the criminal head of the FCC giving his little sales pitch on 5G; a pitch that would make any sane person question anything coming out of this department of the federal government to be truth; even the simplest fact; and I didn’t even get an argument or debate from the mayor on that.  It was like he was in a trance or hadn’t listened to a single word the guy said.  He won’t even go as far as to debate me or defend what’s so good about it; which I can understand, since there isn’t anything good about it.  I find it easy to believe that, even knowing everything I’ve put out to him, he won’t, either, since to do so will either serve to make him look like an idiot; would piss off some telecom giant’s representative; or might have to go against the wishes of some far off U.S. Senator who doesn’t even live here anymore; who’s also in a suspiciously big rush to get this into Sioux Falls and South Dakota.  I’ll even go as far to bet that if I did ask him to debate me on this, he not only would not be able to give me a single benefit this will be for any citizen of Sioux Falls or the city itself; he wouldn’t last against me for 3 minutes.  This would be because there IS NO BENEFIT OF THIS TECH to anyone…let alone the city.  This is, quite simply, pure unadulterated insanity; meant to make a few people, not even residents of this city that will return any favor to it monetarily; billions and even trillions of dollars, at the risk of the very lives of this city’s citizens; without a speck of remorse or conscience…and there is nothing that you can do that will change anyone’s mind on this that even knows anything at all about 5G; save what someone is showing them on the new killer 5G phone they just bought.

I want this council and Mr. Sneave to do one little thing for me, one thing you won’t even have to give much effort to do….I want you to spend an hour of just one day, during the lunch hour or rush hour, and watch the citizens of this city as they go about their business.  See if you can count any people who DON’T have their cell phones out for some reason.  If they don’t have them in their faces, see how long it takes before they do have them there.  I’ve done it.  It’s unbelievable how much this little device has taken over every part of our lives, and you don’t really see it, mainly because you can’t rip the eyes away from your own phone long enough.  Now take another minute following that to realize that none of those people may live for more than maybe another 5 years; may never see their children grow up, or even have children at all, before they die of some microwave caused cancer, or before they go blind from enduring just a short bombardment of the outrageously powerful, irradiated and untested frequencies their new 5G phones use.  Remember that every single part of your body, every function it has and every part of your brain is operating on at least one of the frequencies on the UV spectrum.  Then remember that they’re opening up the ENTIRETY of the same spectrum for 5G; and every single solitary frequency they use for it could possibly disrupt at least one of those functions; some may even be life-taking.  That someone affected could easily be you, or your children or grandchildren.  Now remember that there are only a select few telecom company owners that are willing to risk your life and of all that you love to make more money than they could ever spend in 10 lifetimes; thanks to your naïve decision to take their money and allow this in.  Finally, remember that the God you’ve been praying to every week knows that you know all that’s wrong with this and that you OK’d it anyway; because I sent you all you could ever want to know about it, as well as everything you should never know.  I can only hope that He condemns you to live right under one of those irradiated cell towers for eternity as your punishment.

Even more puzzling is the fact that it isn’t like we’re chewing up new ground and have absolutely no clue what might happen.  Concerns over the radiation from cell phones has been rampant since they came out, and the pile of evidence pointing to dangers from it CONCLUSIVELY gets bigger and bigger and more stagnant, even by the day; as more reports are pouring in; and as more people take up the sword against 5G – Which, I will hasten to remind you, has caused more of an uproar, even in its first couple of  months of operation; has seen bird and animal deaths and increased human illness, still births and more almost IMMEDIATELY after its activation in England.  They got theirs turned on even before we’ve had ours installed; and this isn’t even enough to convince you that maybe you made a boo-boo.  And it’s not like the “watchdog” hasn’t see that.  I forwarded copy of my last email to him as well as those of the council.

So tell me then…how can all of this insanity continue blithely and stupidly on?  Articles about how bad this tech is are everywhere.  Sites to visit, papers written en large by the science community, results of a 10 year study of 2G, done by the NTP, a nationally recognized organization of the Government; showing imminent danger to our health that even 2G presented…and, because this is what now, 3 generations later, and 5G is sure to be far worse than any network we’ve had yet; how can we still manage somehow to shrug our shoulders and just keep on keeping on?  Remember too that I have passed out over 1500 information packets to the citizens of this city, the majority of them DOWNTOWN.  The word about 5G is spreading; and so is the knowledge of it as well.  How long, do you imagine that it’s going to be that a few lines are drawn to the fact that you knew about all the risks beforehand…and you still allowed this? I would hate to be any of you when the dots get connected. The biggest question I can only manage to repeat is this – how many citizens of Sioux Falls will have to fall before this is addressed?  How many deaths do we endure before this is removed, if any?  And probably the biggest question and hardest for me to comprehend doesn’t cross the mind of…well, anyone; upon even reading the facts that I’ve presented on this to you:   What about your children?  Your friends?  Your families?  Do none of you care about what might happen to them?  I know that was the FIRST thing to come to MY mind.  I can’t imagine that anyone could think of anything else first.  That payoffs to be silent about this issue and roll it out anyway didn’t happen somewhere along the line are impossible for anyone to disclude; since the alternate answer is that you are all morons and idiots; and thereby are too incompetent to run this city with any kind of sense.  The joke of it though, is this…as dangerous as this tech is, how long do you imagine you’re going to have to enjoy that payoff before you die of cancer, or suffocate from the lack of oxygen on the planet?  I say spend it fast and spend it now.  I give us 1-5 years….tops, once this is flipped on.

What I’m about to say now is probably the last thing I plan to say to anyone concerning the Government of this city; and that’s this – I left the last council meeting when I did, because if I hadn’t, I might have said a lot of things I might have regretted.  After the way I saw that panel of uncaring grown men and women act towards the citizens that came forward and spoke that night, I know absolutely just how doomed this country really is.  It was all I could do to continue sitting still and not scream at those alleged grownups at the way that couple was treated, I know that much.  How can anyone possibly recite the pledge of allegiance and not want to laugh, or quit half way though it?  Freedom and justice for all.  That phrase alone has caught me tight-lipped or silent when reciting it, more than once.  How can there be anything even resembling freedom or justice alive today, when 10 people, none of who asked a single one of their citizens (or their loved ones, let’s not forget them) for their permission to put this in; or even provided the citizens of this city with a shred of information on 5G, since I could still, easily, ask 10 people, and nine wouldn’t even know what it is, let alone anything that might be good or bad about it…are able to just vote to allow it in, primarily without their constituents’ knowledge; and just label them the designated guinea pigs for this instead?  That action alone is reprehensible; but how their self-professed “watchdog” can decide to allow such an act to go unreported to Sioux Falls without a tweak or twinge of moral guilt; with no shown opposing debate of the issue; and still call what he does “Journalism” is equally reprehensible.  There is no such thing as a “watchdog” any more.  Journalistic integrity is a dying art, its practitioners a dying breed.

How can any of you join in prayers prior to these meetings or consider yourself morally straight or Christian in your beliefs and allow something like this to happen, or show such disdain and disinterest in the issues or the lives and happiness of your citizens; or, even more so, not care about their health or welfare AT ALL?  A parting shot for the mayor and his lot, they may want to stop inviting God to watch over their proceedings from now on; because if there is a God of the Christians, and he saw the same meeting I saw Tuesday night; or saw council members accepting bribes from the resident telecoms on the sly; then voted for this tech to be installed in the city anyway; against all logic and with all screaming out the warnings, that with 5G there are possible risks to the health and mortality of ALL LIVING THINGS, including themselves and their own families; all for 30 pieces of silver?  If so, I can only conclude that there’s going to be an awful lot of well-roasted Sioux Falls city council members deep-fat-frying in the afterlife.  I’ll be watching you all from God’s side.  At least I tried to save the world.  All you’ve done is watch it burn.

Hence, I will finish off this little love letter by telling the members of this council and Mayor Ten that this will be the last they will hear from me or about me, and that they shall never see me at council meetings again.  Your callous and uncaring behavior towards the welfare and the lives of this city’s citizens…and humanity, for that matter, have more than cemented my decision to depart, not only this city, but this State and this Country as well….if you can still call it a country.   Please, continue to not care about anything but yourselves, and good riddance to you all.   I hope, for all of your sakes, that there is a God; for then, there MAY be some mercy for your already condemned souls still available.  I, on the other hand, have no such mercy.  It will be my full intent…and, of course, for my protection as well, to post this letter on my very well-read blog as a testament and eulogy to those of you who sold their souls for Rock ‘n’ Roll, and for 5 minutes or less of fame…with some added commentary; and a full affidavit of truth for my protection for the time that I will remain here; no more than 2 months or so; that will be shared and filed everywhere immediately.

NOTE:  I told the sergeant who called me today that my bothering of the Mayor via mail was over.  I lied, but only a little, since THIS is my last mail to him.  I really didn’t think he’d mind if THIS final mail to him said goodbye and also said I was leaving the city for good.  He only will receive a rare apology from me, and only because this man was polite and listened to all I had to say in my defense.

Thank you for…nothing.

Christopher, The Living Man"

******************************************************************

Here are a "couple observations", given me by council member Neitzert, after they received their letters.  I'll give the man a couple kudos for responding this time (although i'm not sure I should, since his NON-responses were under fire just minutes before his reply,) and for satisfying the indifference to public input matter...but in the significantly MOST important matter, he failed nicely, as expected.  Note the attempt at ye olde tried and true "But, It's federal law, There's nothing we can do!" routine.

"Chris, A couple of notes from my perspective. The public input time by policy and tradition is the people's time. We don't interrupt, debate, argue, agree or disagree. It has been felt that we have plenty of our own time to talk and in many cases this is there one chance to have our attention and a public podium. Councils have wanted to respect that. The downside is it may look like we arent engaged because we dont answer. Often however we are taking notes and follow up. In terms of 5G, I have been researching and based on the credible sources I can find there are not reliable studies that conclusively link it or other RF technologies to cancers and other health effects. Regardless, based on law and a recent FCC ruling, which I am currently reading, we cannot ban 5G, we cannot create barriers, we cannot unreasonably delay permitting, we cannot charge more than the true cost of installation and permitting, and we cannot make rules that unreasonably impede its roll out.

Essentially we have two choices, create a permit process and fee where they can use our light poles or permit them to put their own poles up in the right of way. We cannot ban it or say no. I also take a very methodical fact based approach on all things, and I have yet to see conclusive reliable evidence based on credible sources that 5G or other RF technologies throughout the spectrum is linked to cancer or other health effects. But regardless based on federal law and FCC ruling we do not have the power to say no, even if we wanted too. Thanks."

Naturally, I rebutted with the more successful living-man style "If everyone jumped of a bridge, would you do it too?" routine...with a more thought-provoking approach:

"Often, I like to respond to the answer of "It's federal law, There's nothing we can do" with this statement:  If it was federal law that you murder one of your neighbors every day, would you still shrug your shoulders and say "there's nothing we can do?"  Of course not.  There's a point where local government must stand up to its big brother and say NO. "

Then, master Googler that I ham, I came across an article about our newly appointed AG, and how he just happened to support NULLIFICATION.  For any one of the states wanting a good way to disobey an unconstitutional act that goes against your stand on an issue (like sayyyy....5G!) then this Bud's for you...

Now, last but not least, my three additional as yet to be answered coup de "Wake the Hell up!!" afterthoughts:

"I'll also restate that, IF THERE IS NO CONCLUSIVE PROOF that this radiation is not harmful, then why do we spend extra time and money hiding towers from public view, as well as post warnings and fences around towers in place already to KEEP OUT??  Finally, why have we placed them high, towering far above the populace, on top of high buildings and poles thus far?  Now you propose to put them directly over our heads and by the hundreds, every 200 ft.?"

Then there was:

"I'm sorry, one more thing I missed replying to...of course you're not going to find CONCLUSIVE evidence to frequencies throughout the spectrum, and that, my friend is exactly the point.  We have only used approximately 30 or so GHz of spectrum thus far, and have not used the remainder at all.  That means 270 GHz of untested frequencies remain, any one of which could kill us INSTANTLY for all we know.  Are you willing to risk all of any possible blood on your hands that using these frequencies may produce, and stake your own life that this tech is not ever going to cost you the same, and blindly allow the federal Government, without question or rebuttal to force you be the guinea pigs for it?  Enough said.  There is a time that the people's choice takes priority over federal insanity."

And, finally:

"And worse, you're not only risking your own lives, but have bowed to the order of an essentially unconstitutional act, and are also wrongfully making the decision to obey it in representation of the implied consent of each and every one of the non-informed men, women and CHILDREN in your district; and are, therein, also essentially, gambling with their lives and futures as well."

Needless to say, there hasn't been a whole lot of response in response.  I would have to say that's all I have to say about that.  I really should have been a lawyer America.  Too bad I'm just not into the whole corruption thingy, or drinking the blood of the innocent.  I am, without question, a Hell of a debater, though.  I think the city of Sioux Falls and South Dakota are ALREADY happy to see me go.  :D
