I'm just sitting at the computer, and WHAMMO!!  Order comes in.

I look, and whaddya know.  They're dismissing the first degree harassment case.  Wanna know why America?  It ain't because they didn't have any proof...mostly 'cause they didn't.have any proof.  It ain't because I filed motions to prove my case...No, the reason the Polk County Attorney SAYS they dropped the case?  Because I plead guilty to the two 3rd degree harassments....RIIIIIIIIIGHT.  Only one problem with that theory.  It was a different case.  The two third degree harassments were on one case.  The first degree, on another.  Nice try fellas.

If they think, for one minute, that I'm lettin' 'em off that easy?  They're out of their everlovin' minds.

For one, my face is STILL emblazened on the Metro's Most Wanted, as charged, and "ARRESTED" for 1st Degree harassment.  That, my interesting Judeo-Christian friends, is STILL slander and libel.  Let's not even talk about filing false charges, false arrest, false imprisonment, plus anything else I can bring.  And Jake, if you're following along?  You're my prime target pally.  You ain't getting off the hook by a LONG SHOT.  I believe we still have a date with the Supreme Court.  Then there was slander and libel in CityView, and on WHO TV-13.  That should bring more counts, I'm thinking.  See ya soon, in court, ya limey bastards!!!

Hey America...remember back....WAAAAAAAAAAY back, when the mother was found guilty of doing Meth, via that reliable and "witnessed", and "untampered with" hair sample that was finally acquired of her, after flubbing the first test because the idiots that ran the place couldn't tell her 99 cent hair weave, blond colored, from her grown in black real hair she had by almost 2 months by that time, then when they finally got the 2nd test right, claimed that she was twice as dirty as I was, and that I had shown a number of 558, just over the dirty line at 500...which is funny too, considering the 2nd test, the urine test that was faked as well, showed me at EXACTLY 500????  Well, we had tried to tell Judge Price (and others, including DHS) that the mother only showed dirty fior this because of her Preventol inhaler, which has Abuterol in it, a drug known to shall false positive for both Meth AND amphetimines; and was issued to her JUST PRIOR to the hair test done on her?   Well, after 2 months of arguements with Primary Health Care (imagine it would be them...), we finally got it.  Know what it says?  I think you know; as do we all.  Matter of face, it was issued to her the day of the removal hearing...just a day before the 2nd test was performed.  Here then, are the results of that little ditty.

NOTE:  It does show the mother to say "Previously" under the caption "Done Drugs Before?"  Remember, this is the most honest person in the world, with absolutely nothing to hide, and nothing to feel guilty for, who had, twice, tried a hit of pot...the last time being 5 years ago.

Well DHS????  How now, brown cow(s)???

Well kids...maybe I was wrong.  Maybe justice will be done after all...

I just peeked at the papers filed of late in our case(s)...and something really interesting just cropped up.  It's not much...but it's a damn good start, should you ask me.

See, a couple of days ago, I ran across what I thought might be a glitch.  See, my views, at least on a daily basis, have never in life exceeded 700.  And that's when I worked really hard at it.

The other day they went to over 1700 views...and I said...NOOOOOOOOO....that CAN'T be right...and I blew it off.

The same day, this document came out on e-file.  I looked at...and stifled a small yell of joy...could it be????

The supreme court just asked...not just for an order or two.  Not for a transcript or two...but for EVERYTHING...EVERYTHING IN OUR CASE!!!!!!

Stay tuned America.  A little more investigation might just be in order...
