Let it be known, America, that, for this cause, and for this case?  This is do or die.  So, with all guns blazing, I plan to bring the giant down...or die trying.  DHS's power in this state..to do what they want with no fear of retribution to whomever they want at anytime...due to the departments legal immunity to not have to answer for what they do, wrong or right...this power will be stripped of these people and all wrongs will be righted...or, I'll have to bow out on this fight, and live to fight another day, from another place, and lose...in order to win later.

I promised you something daily.  It won't be today.  I told you about the aces up my sleeve, rest assured they are safe and in place.  Let them jail me, I'll be twice as deadly.  Then, I'll have nothing BUT time, and a security network in place to handle things in my absence...so come at me with all you have, DHS.  Lay one on me, Your Honor, Mr. William A. Price.  Let's get it on Mr. Brown-L.  Let's see all you got.  Give it your best shot...it won't be good enough.  You may think you'll shut me up, but the blog posts will continue, and people will hear the truth.  I may have to pound it into their heads for a while, but the truth shall be heard, and there will be retribution...OH there'll be plenty of that.  Jobs will be had, heads will roll, and the law, and the judges that serve that law, shall be humbled and brought low.

Therefore, as early as possible, I plan to give you something I should have given you from day one.  tomorrow, I shall post the audio recordings of the pertinent interactions with DHS and FSRP over the last few months, including a "Family Team Meeting", the results of which shall be used against me.  You see, during the last one, in front of every one of the 20 people who get paid in our baby's absence (the names of which you shall hear, in introduction, at the beginning) a smug social worker by the name of Katie Gosch (Our current "case manager" looked me dead in the eyes and started to talk about how I had yet to turn in a "Social History", where they ask you about your LIFELONG experiences with drugs and alcohol...when you did it for the first time, what you did, how long you did them, what you do today, what you did when you were five....it doesn't matter what they asked, all of it, decidedly, was NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS.  What happened with me and alchohol when I was 15 doesn't have a damn thing to do with my parenting abilities, my propensity for neglect, or my current self.  In relation to what I am going through TODAY...the hit of pot I tried at 14 DOESN'T MATTER.  The other portion of this "Social History" includes the names of all of your relatives; immediate, maternal, and children, and only asked two things about any of these...are they dead, and how do you get along with them...well, or not?  ARE YOU SERIOUS?  How DUMB do you think we are people?  This was a clear and utterly transparent attempt at getting a hit list of people, who, if they didn't get along with me, would make good witnesses for the state.  I looked that woman dead right back in the eyes to tell her that she would NEVER receive a filled out social report from me.  You could have cut the room with a butter knife...I never saw so many jaws on the floor, or people thinking "How DARE you talk to the ALMIGHTY DHS worker in this way??...screw 'em.  Screw 'em all.  They have NO RIGHT...and NO BUSINESS, meddling with my family, whether I get along with them or not, and whether they're dead or not.

You see, America, I already know that I have a purpose...to save America from itself.  To be a current day man of the people.  Not just the rich people.  ....ALL people...ESPECIALLY those of lesser means.  Here, we fight for our country everyday; in countless personal battles.  We are the ones who take all the blame, take the least amount of pay for the jobs we do...we are the ones who fight for truth and justice, just to be ignored by those who could grant it...if they were so inclined to do so.  But they wont.  No, better to just ignore it till either a.  It goes away, or b.  after the re-election.                                                                                                                                                                                It will, someday, be my purpose to serve those who gave up their lives, souls...themselves...to keep the freedoms we enjoy today, those of our armed forces...to respect and honor those of our "Lower class citizens"...those who, through blood, sweat and tears, built this country from the bottom up, and served those of better means, but without whom we would never survive without.

Tomorrow America, I promise.  You will have the truth if it takes all I am.

They tried, once to get me to sign a piece of paper, stating that if I recorded any of my interactions, that the interaction would end immediately.  I would promise not to record them.  WHY?  So that they could do more wrong?

Well kids, they've done it again.  This time, they've infringed on my rights to defend myself, by taking away my ability to view court documents posted in this juvenile case by the other side.  Granted, it's because (by law) they're confidential, and they think I may publish them...and given the chance, come to think of it, I would...but this isn't the point, naturally.  See, they're not trying to protect the child...the child won't have any clue what's happening to her for yet another 2 years or more.  They're most CERTAINLY not concerned about any of the others that might be involved with her....mostly, because there AREN'T any other parties involved...only us...and them.  No, it's because of WHAT I'm posting..as well as WHY I'm posting it, mixed in with a smidge of WHERE I'm posting it, and WHO it EXPOSES that bothers them.  They aren't protecting us...they're protecting themselves only.

Why?  Because they did wrong...have done wrong...are currently doing wrong...and will continue to do wrong.  Just like they've done so many others wrong as well.  I will be signing off (for a minute or two anyway) soon, their attempts at shutting me up haven't worked up to now, but they have a plan...I mean, don't they always?  Their plan, however, is well known.  They also have no idea just how much of their plan I DO know, as well as when, how, where, to whom...all of it.

I'll more than likely be arrested directly before, during or after the hearing.  With no one to defend me (since I represent myself), I'm sure that I'll spend the maximum time for my crime.  What crime am I talking about?  Not the harrassment charge they tried to pull on me a couple of weeks ago, to no avail (nice try though, really)...no, this time, it will be for "exposing" their calousness, their wrong-doing.  But see, their final attempt to shut me up...won't work.  See, there are a couple of major holes in their logic.  They'll think they've won...they won't have.  Oh, there's no doubt...for this hearing?  I'll lose, thanks to not being able to see what they plan to use against me (like I'm an idiot.  Just by looking at the titles of the documents they've filed, I know what they're going for and what they're going to use)...but it wouldn't matter anyway.  Why?

Because they WANT...no, they NEED me to lose, and, because they have the judge in their back pockets here?  I WILL lose...no matter what.  No matter what I present, what questions I ask, no matter how many witnesses I march into my hearing, and no matter how many friends I get to attend, it won't matter any of it.  I will lose.

It's OK really...all of this is just more fuel for my PERSONAL fire; and you, with more intelligence than your average DHS worker, already know what I'm getting at.  America, you really need to read these again...you need to see what it is that no one needs you to or wants you to see.  You need to understand what's happening...or it will happen...again, and again, and again...next thing you know, YOUR newborn will be up for adoption and you'll wonder what happened, and why you didn't listen.

So, since these will be some of the last posts I'll be able to post (personally) for a while, I intend to make it as hard for DHS as I can muster.

Each day until court, I plan to post something that will help you with these evil beings, allowed to run free (and be immune) to do whatever....to whomever, they like...for now.  This will begin, of course...tomorrow.  Over the weekend...you remember, when the offices of the enemy ARE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS...and I can post whatever I like without fear of retribution.  Besides, might as well go out with a bang, RIGHT?  You feel me, don'tcha?

Also, here, as well as on the Des Moines, Iowa blog, I'll be posting this story over...and over...and over...and over again, until I have so many following it, I won't be able to stand it...then after they jail me, it'll post over...and over....and over again some more, so you can read it and read it and read it 'til you get sick of the tale.  You see, not all the aces up my sleeve will (still) take place in court...they will be played...well, EVERYWHERE...Soon.  I'll re-iterate...try as you might, YOU WILL NOT....EVER...BEAT ME.
