A Grandmother Is Told That Her Rights Are Terminated...Right Along With The Parent's.

Another video that shows how CPS bullies parents and grandparents into compliance.

According to policy, DSS shall not close the case until legal security for the child has been established through reunification with the parents or custody or guardianship to the relative or kin. It is very difficult for relatives to understand that ðŸ˜¢DSS may be involved and not have custody;😢 therefore it is critical because of future implications as described above, that this be made very clear when working with relatives.
🌈This excerpt minus the crying faces was taken directly out of a DHS training manual for case workers in regards to "child placement" I am using the crying faces to highlight critical information concerning today the level of authority that has been granted to this branch of govt. When a parents legal relationship is terminated with their child/children, it is not just the parent/s who are stripped, upon legal authority of the United States Govt, from the child but an entire family and any connections or bonds that are in the childs life before the system walked in. Kin are treated to the same uphill battle to raise and love these children. The child is placed with strangers that DSS doesn't even conduct background checks on as we learned here in Colorado last year when a little girl was placed in the home with a registerd sex offender (I will be posting this story later) or they are placed in group homes (Think Annie, the sun will come out tomorrow) while a "kinship" worker conducts an investigation and inquiry into any family that tries to step forward and take the children. Now anyone who has ever been through a home study please comment with what this process and exipierence is like.
This system is a governing authority over the children of this country. All paths lead back to them. The 'contamination' (their lingo) of this country is coming through an implicit declaration of complete propriety rights to children. All children. Honor thy country with our flesh and blood ????? Still think your a free person

The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America

CPS threatens to cut off all visits with my child if I talk about the fe...

#StandUpForAnya
This was a confrontation of myself and CPS caseworkers telling me I couldn't talk to my daughter about our the federal lawsuit against them, or the Constitution.

Additionally they tell me that we cannot speak about our lives together before CPS interfered with us, or our future when CPS stops interfering in our lives.

It should be noted, I have never been found guilty of any maltreatment, neglect or abuse, and all "supervision" claimed by these workers was based upon no grounds or cause, they just did it because they can and because they feel their decisions and control over my child are superior to my own natural parental rights.

Even their characterizations of my daughter's behavior is facially inaccurate - their own notes of our visits show that my daughter never acted up, or was upset, or anything but happy and engaged during our visits; their own statements here show no connection between my daughter's visits or conversations with me, and her being upset.
Any other behavior occurs long after she leaves the visits, and other people are in control of her, and I am not around to be with her. The angst and upset comes from not being with her father anymore, not the other way around.
Their own inability to care for my child and keep her happy, is too embarrassing for them to face up to, and transparent skapegoating me is the only explanation they can summon to save face.

Shortly after this video, the county filed another neglect/abuse petition against me to shut me up, and to interfere with the lawsuit against them even further.
They claimed, without proof or evidence, that conversation about a federal lawsuit against them, was causing emotional harm in my daughter. This was despite the fact that my daughter wanted very much to have such complaints made, and to be reunited with me again as father and child.
They essentially extorted me to stop the lawsuit, at the threat of never seeing my child again.

These edicts and prohibitions violate a half dozen Constitutional rights of both myself and my daughter, as well as creating a conflict of interest, where the defendants are interfering with the very civil rights action against them so as to usurp our case against them, another violation of law.

POLICE BRUTALITY - Texas Cop Punches 9 Months Pregnant Iraq War Vet Duri...

Published on Apr 10, 2015
A video has emerged which appears to show a deputy hitting a heavily pregnant Iraq war veteran on her back during an arrest.

Deanna Robinson, of Quinlan, Texas, was 38 weeks pregnant when she says she was struck at least three times at her parents' home.

She said deputies and state workers from Child Protective Services were present to remove her 18-month-old son because of allegations of abuse or neglect following a fight between her and her husband.

The March 4 video shows a group of people in the kitchen of her parents' home - her mother is holding her son as two officers struggle with Robinson.

Her parents' home surveillance system records in intervals - it captured about 30 seconds of the confrontation.

Robinson, 38, is cornered and there are two officers behind her - she is not clearly visible, but is near the kitchen counter.

In the video, which was posted to Facebook and YouTube, Robinson can be heard screaming 'Let go, you know I'm pregnant.'

But then one of the officers appears to hit her with his fist and his arm raises again.

The camera cuts off, but Robinson, who received the Air Force's highest honor, the Airman's Medal, after helping drag several soldiers from a burning plane in Iraq, insists he struck her about three of four more times.

'I'm 38 weeks pregnant, and with my stomach again repeatedly pressed into that counter, and with my 18-month old son watching his mother be assaulted, and him screaming in fear,' Robinson said to WFAA.

'There's nothing that warrants what they did to me.'

Robinson spent six days in jail after being charged with resisting arrest, interfering with child custody and assaulting an officer.

Robinson says her stomach hit the kitchen counter repeatedly during the incident, causing bruising.

There are photos of the alleged injuries on a Facebook group set up by friends about her case.

Six days later her son, Levi was born.

'It's ridiculous, it's insane,' she said to NBCDFW.

'I was handcuffed almost immediately and shoved into a corner by two giant men. I wouldn't have had an opportunity to assault anyone. There's nothing to warrant what they did to me.'

She says CPS were called as she and her husband - with who she says she has a rocky relationship - had an argument at their home.

She says she went to her parent's home with her toddler son, but her stepson, who has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair, told his teacher about the incident - who in turn reported it to CPS.

On March 3, CPS investigators removed her three stepchildren - ranging in age from six to nine - from their home.

Then Robinson received a call from a CPS investigator telling her that he wanted to talk to her about the incident as well as check up on her toddler son.

But she says when they arrived, they told her they were they to take her son.

She says she stepped in front of her son as she tried to close the door and put her hands up as she screamed 'No, you're not touching my kid.'

Robinson says they pushed past her as she demanded to see the paperwork and handcuffed her.

Her toddler is currently in temporary CPS custody.

Levi is being cared for by her parents.

On Monday Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks posted a statement on the department's Facebook page after the video went viral.

It read: 'I have become aware of an internet allegation accusing one of my deputies of improper actions.

'I have initiated an administrative investigation to determine if any policy violations occurred.'

"They Kidnapped Our Child": Why CPS Needs Transparency Now

Published on Aug 13, 2013
In April 2013, police officers and a social worker from Sacramento County's Child Protective Services entered the home of Anna and Alex Nikolayev and took their baby, Sammy, away from them. They had no warrant.

"What they'd done was, basically, kidnapped our child with the help of police," says Alex Nikolayev. The young, first-time parents were not notified of where Sammy was being taken and wouldn't find out for a full 24 hours. According to the Nikolayevs, the dispute stemmed from the parents' desire to obtain a second medical opinion before subjecting Sammy to major heart surgery.

The Nikolayev's story made national headlines thanks to footage from a camcorder Anna Nikolayev set up on the kitchen table. It also caught the attention of California Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, who spearheaded an audit of the agency.

"The secrecy by which CPS operates is a massive problem. Because when you have secrecy and unchecked power, you have a recipe for corruption and abuse," says Donnelly.

The secrecy surrounding CPS stems from the nature of California's juvenile dependency courts, which only allow limited press access and seal all court records. While media and other interested parties can petition the court to open the records, this can be a lengthy process and by no means guarantees results. ReasonTV petitioned the court to open the records in the Nikolayev's case and, almost two months later, we have still not received a ruling from the judge.

The issue of funding is one that many critics of CPS are quick to raise, most prominently and frequently by the late Georgia state senator Nancy Schaefer. While the funding incentives for any government agency are complicated and seemingly impossible to divine, Orange County Social Services Agency Director Michael Riley, who oversees Orange County CPS, testified in a deposition related to Hardwick's case that putting more children into the foster system can boost the agency's budget.

"Let's say you spend ten dollars a year. So, then, for the following year, your base then would be ten dollars," says Riley. The lawyer questioning Riley then points out that failure to use the entire base would result in a lowering of the base for the next year. He then asks Riley if the funding stream is tied to how many children they bring into Orange County's children's home, Orangewood.

"It's tied to the number of children we have in the foster system," says Riley.

We reached out to both Sacramento County and Orange County Social Services Agencies in the production of this story, and representatives with both were happy to talk with us. However, because of the closed dependency courts, neither representative could comment on details of specific cases. The absurdity of this charade reached such heights that Sherri Heller, who runs Sacramento County's Health and Human Services, told us that she could not even confirm nor deny that Sacramento County CPS was even involved in the Nikolayev case, despite widespread reporting and video evidence that it was. It's not just parents and children who suffer from the secrecy. CPS workers and their managers say they are not happy about this situation either and feel that more openness and transparency would help them to communicate their side of the story clearly.

"Most of us in this field are eager for the public to understand what happened and why," says Heller. "It is a source of great dismay to us when we are accused of hiding behind the confidentiality law."

In the immediate wake of the Nikolayev case, parents gathered in Sacramento to support the audit and testify in front of the audit committee. The audit is set to proceed in the next few months, and the auditor will choose three county agencies to examine. But for parents like Deanna Hardwick, who's experienced the power of this agency first-hand, a state-level audit is just the beginning of a broader movement towards transparency and accountability.

"Once the American people are able to be made aware that this is going on, I think that will be a real step forward towards making sure that there's accountability and making sure that the agency is working towards keeping families together rather than separating them," says Hardwick.

About 10 minutes.
