Going for the B***S, Part I

This is it America.  Time to see what it is that no one wants you to see.

Again, I present this to you:  Why do they care?  They say it's because it's a juvenile case, and it's confidential because of that.  Hmm.  First, I don't hear Trilynn complaining about her confidentiality, so it can't be our 2 month old daughter.  Second, it's our child.  And we don't care about our confidentiality.  So that only leaves....OH YEAH, the bullshitters!!  DHS.  Judge William A. Price.  The DHS Advocate, Ms. Brown.  The Foster Parents.  Those are the only people who care.  WHY?
You know why.  They did us very wrong America, and you need to know all about it...and they don't want that.

Then you'd know that DHS repeatedly lied in presenting their assessment (56 times, to be exact) in order to remove our baby for THEIR reasons...not the reporter's reasons....that the judge who signed the order not only didn't have reasons either, AND said that reasonable efforts were made to prevent the removal...and they weren't any efforts...let alone were any made.  This woman is still AWOL...not present for any part of this.

Then you'd know that 20 people, all present for our first "Family Team Meeting"/Visitation" are getting paid, by you, the Iowa Taxpayer, to be involved in all of this.

Then you'd know that the drug test, done by Central Iowa Family Services, at 2911 Merle Hay Rd., who ONLY does drug testing for DHS, a filthy singly-manned, un-professional drug testing facility; was falsified, and not witnessed by ANYONE, then came up dirty (after failing in their first attempt to get a sample...real professional, that one) for drugs we don't do.  You'd know that it was requested, in excess of what the Iowa Code asks for in a CINA case, in order to confirm suspicions given to DHS by a crazy woman, on a minimum 4 psych meds, who wasn't from here, originally; because she was pissed off that we asked her to leave instead of have 4 adults and a baby in an efficiency apartment...reasons that were not proved, or given as reasons for taking the baby.  You'd also know that the co-conspirator, who wants the baby for herself because it's the last and only descendant of her womanizing dead brother; who has never met us and doesn't know us...and was in cahoots with the same crazy woman.

You'd know, that in order to keep the same 20 people paid, that the bullshit just continues and continues, that more and more paperwork is required than any 2 people in this country could possibly keep track of in a two month period, and that the suspected parents, who have never done anyone wrong, ever, where children, abuse, neglect, drugs....ANYTHING, are about to be required to file under a child abuse registry for ten years, because it's ALLEGED that they neglected to care for their child....also a blatant lie.

You'd know that the DHS Advocate, the inquisitor for their side, repeatedly belittled, obsessed and crushed us in an effort to make us look like not only the worst parents ever, but the worst people as well....and that our state attorney (my wife's) never piped up once in either hearing to object to any of it.  Lemme see.  A state elected judge, trying a case prosecuted by a woman hired by the state, and defended by none other than two chosen state attorneys, for our side.  Sounds like a MAJOR conflict of interest to me.

You'd know that it's a farce, that the judge has absolutely no intention to rule in our favor, regardless of his efforts to enter into the record that he once asked me if there was anything the court could do to help.  I say there's plenty he COULD do, none of which he will honor.  For one, I asked him to leave our case and provide us with a less biased judge.  He refused.  He could give us the baby back.  He won't.  He could force DHS and FSRP to leave us alone.  You know that won't happen.  So yeah, there's plenty he CAN do.  But then can and will are just two different actions all together, and that offers and honored offers are two differently colored horses too, right?

DHS and all involved in this have played as dirty as they can possibly play.  My turn.  Today, we turn the tables on everyone.

So, today, we go for the b***s.  I have DHS's left b*** in one hand and His Not-So-Honorable Judge William A. (The Price Is Never Right) Price's right b*** in the other.  Guess all I have to do now, since justice will NOT be served, today or ANY other day, is SQUEEZE.  You will have what you want America, in less that 2 hours.  Be advised, the first squeeze is on the way down the pipe.  In two hours, I will present and rebut the DHS assessment of our situation, as well as the FSRP assessment.  I will also repeat the court order, made by an un-named judge, as well as the massively ridiculous reasons for the removal, signed by my wife under duress from Emily Nieman, a CSW for DHS, hired for her ability, obviously to drum up charges that can be legally used to tear apart yet another family; 20 pages in all.  These will also be electronically filed to every department head of DHS, every senator and representative I can find in these UNITED STATES, every possible media TV and Radio talk show and station I can hunt down...in 2 hours....not nearly enough time for you to act before it's done.  And don't bother coming to my last known place of residence.  I won't ever be there again.  Oh, did I mention PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT!!!??
