You guys have seen the plan. Now, for your future reference is the letter that I drew up for prong one of that plan. It is this letter that I drew up for the purposes of punching the buttons of the moral community, tailored to my state and my situation.
Naturally, you'll want to change it to apply to your state and your case/situation. Other than that, utilize it to get this ball a rolllin'. You're more than welcome to use my blog and the podcast (due to the fact that the work is pretty much done for you in that instance, where pointing out good things to expose are concerned, and considering that your stories will also be in there as well, in both locations, so I really insist).

...are you truly aware of the things that happen in your fair city, as well as the things that happen in your local communities, your state, your country and all the world?
My name is Christopher W. Bruce. I am a FORMER resident of Des Moines, IA, where I lived for very nearly 40 years. Since we were last there, we have had to move far away to Carroll, IA, to avoid more vindictive actions against us.
Last year, in July, my wife had her one and only child, Trilynn. 9 days later, the Department of Human Services social worker, for 19 minutes, beat my wife over the head to give her up for adoption, and when she said no, they forced her to sign her into foster care.
The recording (made into video) of that interaction, btwn. the mother and the social worker, at the very time of the removal; at Methodist Hospital, where they forced the mother to remain with our daughter for over 72 hours, while they made up instances with which to call the mother NEGLECTFUL OF HER CHILD (such as coming in while the mother was asleep, feeding the baby, and documenting it as neglectful behavior) has been on Youtube for a while now, and can be found here. Please, keep in mind, that the worker here broke 6 felony laws here in enacting this atrocity, including Perjury, Forgery, Deprivation of ALL civil and ICWA rights, faslification of documents, another count of forgery, and didn't bother to read to her at all what she was made to sign under legal duress. The Emergency Removal form can be found attached to this email, and should be opened so that you can follow along.
I also write a blog, where I have posted EVERY SINGLE MOMENT of the Kangaroo justice that followed this ridiculous removal, as well as contains EVERY SINGLE CONFIDENTIAL LEGAL DOCUMENT that was filed in this case.
The blog goes backwards in time, with what's newest posted first, so if you wish to start at the beginning, you will have to go to the post dated "June 22 2014" and move forward. Also, if you will, remember that DHS' OWN DIRECTOR HAS COMPLETELY CLEARED US OF ALL ALLEGATIONS, AND EXPUNGED OUR RECORDS...and they WILL NOT REVERSE OUR TERMINATION, OR RETURN OUR DAUGHTER. Termination appeal has been going on now for over 8 long months....and has STILL to be addressed.
The crimanals involved in this case are your elected officials. These officials are so afraid of me, they have called the Secret Service on me to have me miss a hearing using false charges they dropped after I was arrested (because they had no proof of the crime, and had missed my hearing, as they wish), and have, of late, sicked the FBI on me. This agency has been hooked up to my computer for 4 months, and reads my emails. I have programs that tell me this, of course. The FBI hasn't contacted me at all, mostly because they know I am only revealing truth, make myself very public, and am only disclosing these crimanals and their illegal actions.
Now, you may be thinking that this is simply one isolated case, or that this rarely happens here, in our wonderful city of Des Moines, or in our moralistically driven state. It isn't....and it happens DAILY, TENS OF TIMES EVERY DAY. Here are some facts that you should be made aware of.
In Clinton, IA -
They have "Child Removal Raids" every month, like clockwork. Not unlike drug raids, they go out...IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, and remove as many as 16-20 children from their homes there.
Nearly 80%...YES, YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT, NEARLY 80 PERCENT of the children there...have been removed from their families.
They have begun targeting the remaining homes by placing business cards in their doors, with pre-made appointments for the family to do mandatory drug testing, or CPS (Child Protective Service) will be back to remove their children.
In Iowa -
There is a drug testing group that has 10 testing facilities all over Iowa. They are all run by one man, Tony (Anthony) Reed of Eldora Iowa, a Juvenile Court officer. He has been shown (and they are, of course, proven and documented) that Mr. Reed falsifies drug results to keep clients needing services, and giving CPS/DHS means with which to hold children, and a lot of times, to terminate parental rights in order to adopt out the children. This man's facilities run nearly 1800....EIGHTEEN HUNDRED parents through these facilities for drug testing EVERY SINGLE MONTH....and DHS/CPS? is his ONLY client.
Does this just happen here in Iowa? Oh no...not by a longshot. No, this happens all over this great nation of ours, in every state, indiscriminantly. This, I'm afraid, is the scariest statistic as yet: out of 17 children taken by the state, ONLY ONE...IS ACTUALLY ABUSED, OR NEGLECTED. Some other wonderful statistics you should be aware of, concerning children taken by the state: they are 4 times more likely to die in the care of the state, 6 times more likely to be sexually abused, and 8 times more likely to be physically abused. They're 25 times less likely to attend college, and 35 times more likely to end up in jail or prison. Most all of them are dumped into the street at 18, or as soon as the checks stop arriving to care for them, and, because of this are greatly confused about their sense of family, and tend to carry that liability over to when they themselves become parents

So, this only happens in our country...NO. IN ENGLAND THEY TAKE 1000 CHILDREN A MONTH....1000. Oh, and one from brother England? 500 children a year....disappear entirely. Another thing, they do this in England...Scotland...Canada (where the problem is decidedly worse...than ours even!) and in Australia...SO FOLKS? THIS IS A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC. Attached below is a book from Ireland, written by Joe Burns called "The Secret Courts". See, these courts that decide these matters are all secret...confidential. What's more, Iowa, (as well as in other states) per statute, makes these court actions confidential and NOT public record, make it IMPOSSIBLE TO GET REMEDY for the crimes commited, since all involved...from the doctor who spanks the baby's behind ALL THE WAY UP TO THE GOVERNOR...as long as they are involved in a child removal action, are IMMUNE TO ALL PROSECUTION. This allows "all involved" to commit crime after crime after crime...and see NO punishment for their actions.
I'm sure that you're probably wondering who these criminals are. Terry Branstad, your Governor, who passes laws to give the rest of them immunity, from the reporter who calls CPS, to himself, and who gives the courts confidentiality so that they can continue to commit these crimes. Take a moment to read through Iowa Code Section 232, paying special attention to subsections 1 through 19, to get a better feel for how they are able to take whoever they want, whenever they want, and particularly subsection 13, concerning state liability in the matter. Naturally, the whole chapter tells you even more, for the purposes of custody, juveniles until the age of 18, etc. If you'd like to ask Gov. Branstad why he passes these laws, then by all means, with my blessing, call his offices at 515-281-5211.
Then there is the Attorney General Tom Miller, and his Assistant AG's, Grant Dugdale, and Katherine S. Miller-Todd. These people have the power to use your tax dollars incessantly to appeal matters and charge matters over and over again, thanks to the constant flow of incoming taxes...from your pockets. Tom Miller once traveled to Clinton, IA to close a civil action against a social worker there, because he stated that his social worker was immune to the action. Want to know their motivation? John P. Sarcone, Polk County Attorney, and his assistants; Kevin Brownell, Stephanie Brown, and Kevin Bell. This man was in charge of making sure enough charges were filed against us so as to stop us from attending pertinant hearings, and to throw this father off the case after 6 months of fighting, because of the evidence he had piled up against his office. Let's not talk about the fact that no charges were ever filed against the parents in the first place. Judge William A. Price, District 5C, Polk County, who was shown to break the law several times during the case, and essentially made up facts and rules as he went along. By the way, Judge price is a criminal court judge...not even a family or juvenile judge. He was chosen because they knew I would put up a fight. To inquire as to what joy this man has in ruining families, well, the best place to reach him is in his palace, the Polk County Courthouse, at 515-286-3772.
Charles Palmer, Director of DHS, his Supervisor at CPS, Stephanie Rhinehart, his caseworker Katie Gosch, and his SW04 Emily Nieman, who removed the child from our home, and who, to this day, regardless of all of the laws she broke, and lies she told, and perjury, is still employed at her current position and level of pay. Ms. Nieman had never removed a child before ours, and had NO experience in newborns. To contact the administrative offices of DHS, PLEASE...call 1-800-972-2017.
Finally, Detective Jake Lancaster of the DMPD, who was responsible for filing false charges of 1st degree harassment against the father with no proof whatsoever, and making sure that his name was plastered all over the Metro's Most Wanted for nearly 4 weeks, online, in CityView, and on Channel 13 news...for charges they had no proof of, causing him to not attend the termination of parental rights hearing, and to smear and slander his good name...all in the line of duty. Let it be known that this letter, as well as its contents, will be mailed to every church, along with their list of church officials; who have email address in Iowa, to each and every community group, to each and every old folks home, to every veterans group...anyone I can think of, with the sole intent of raising awareness of the deliberate destruction of families, parents and children alike...and to perhaps raise, in effect, some righteous anger and moral outrage at this agency and our Government as well. This will, of course, be my only email to you. Please, if you would, do something now...before it's too late. Call the news. Ask them why they rarely, if at all, reports these crimes against America. We plead with you to not turn you head, and take this stench in, be affected, as you should without our actions here, and PLEASE DO SOMETHING! Isn't this your moral obligation?
