INTRO

If any among you thought I was crazy before?  It's time you knew the truth.  I AM crazy.  Crazy like a wildcat out on a limb, that is.

Let's take that opinion up a few notches...especially for those idiots in the Fogbow community.  I'm sure this will give them conversation fodder for the next few months, maybe a few more years.  As I am also sure, just because I go inactive, this will in no way impact their continuous discussion of me and my stuff.  Well, that, and I'm a generous guy, what can I say?

First, I have a few announcements to make.  Since all the social media, search and video giants are currently (if they haven't already) censoring all anti-New World-Order subjects (Anti-Vax, Anti-5G, Anti-GMO, Anti-Abortion, Anti-vaccines, Anti-Chemtrails, etc.), this will, without question, be my final post; mainly because I have proven, beyond all doubt, that anything that concerns these subjects is not only not able to be searched or researched, but is being shadow-banned as well.  Let us be absolutely clear on who the culprits are.  Google, the people responsible for this blog even existing, is probably the largest culprit; followed closely by Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.  Naturally, any "services" offered by the technocracy that have been consumed by them are also suspect (i.e., Instagram, What's App, etc.)  We'll get to them first, in just a moment.

2nd, it's important that you all know that it is my full intent to stop being a mindless zombie and slave in the "system;" of this plantation called "The United States;" an allegedly "Free" country that is about as free as a dog locked in a kennel.  In that plan, I cease being a part of the insanity of this country.  In case you haven't guessed, as yet, I will be leaving it, very very soon.  Where I go is none of your concern, or your business.  What I will say is that you are all doomed, and I strongly suggest that you do something similar.  This is not to say that the rest of the world isn't doomed as well; but if I'm going to die anyway, it will be in a climate that I enjoy, with enough cash to get me through to the end of my life, sitting on a beach with a real tan, a drink in my hand, and a smile on my face.  As soon as I arrive, my phone will be in the garbage, and my computer will never see the internet again; on that you can bet.  This article is to be the very last that this blog sees of me...but it will not end my fight for humanity, on that you can also bet.  I plan to continue my fight on all of my fronts; but it will be in some way that will not include devices capable of spying on me at any time, in a place where worrying about anyone in the U.S. Government showing up at my door to arrest me will be a laughable idea.  To those in control of that spying, I have a nice big bird on display that you are more than likely going to have trouble finding.  Just take my word for it...it's there.  Use your imagination.  I will go down fighting, no matter where it is I end up.

The purpose of this post will be just like the rest of the posts you'll find here...to keep you thinking.  To plant the seeds of doubt that your country is still #1, that we are the best, and that our Government is only here to serve us.  Its purpose will be to finally show you EVERYTHING you never wanted to know...and more.  Get ready for another longy kiddies, because the Living Man has an awful lot to get out of his head before he disappears for the rest of his sordid and way too long life.

THE TECHNOCRACY

Let's start with the tech giant that holds ownership of the biggest thorn in any activist's side, Facebook.  Let's not even talk about the fact that it's "owner", Mr. Zucherberg, is not even who he says he is (Will the real Jacob Greenberg-Rockefeller please stand up?)  For those of you that aren't aware of the fact, Mr. Zucherberg is nothing more than a figurehead.  He is not the person who "invented" Facebook, nor does he currently have a drop of humanity left in whatever presents as Mark Zucherberg.  Some have said that he is somehow related to some elite in his tree, and that may be fact, but I haven't seen enough actual proof of that.  What I do believe is that he has been chosen as the person who takes the heat for anything legal that might fly Facebook's way.  As to who really owns the company?  I wouldn't dare venture a guess.  Just the collection of everyone's personal data with impunity and Facebook's openness to those of Government and law enforcement agencies is more than enough for me.

What IS obvious, after looking at a number of things (his testimonies in front of Congress, a number of speeches given, and thousands of questioning articles for example), is that Mr. Zucherberg presents his opinions...pretty much without actually admitting them.  What do I mean by that?  Well, he is currently in the process of censoring all things conservative, and all things that go against furthering the agenda of none other than...yup, you guessed it, the U.N., the CIA, the Elite, and what will soon be "The New World Order."  Yes, that again.  Call it what you will, believe what you will, and sure, you've heard it all before...but it is, absolutely, on it's way...it's just run into a bump or two.  Those bumps, by the way, are easily managed, and very easily taken care of.  Either that, or they are just part of the bigger picture.  Who can say?  I believe the Matrix is a complex thing, and with all the misinformation and censoring going on, who can plant their fingers firmly on the real deal?  But then, that's been the CIA's intention all along...hasn't it?  Hmm....let's see...

I guess so.

Moving right along to Facebook's governmental ties, we really don't have to move but a few feet away from the company to find the answers to whether they're involved with the creation or the implementation of Facebook, at all.  Let's begin with this little gem of information:

Then we have the fact that DARPA is a huge presence on their corporate grounds.  So what else do we really need?  Are we so out of it that we can't see this??  If so, we are so doomed.

And, let's not also talk about the fact that former higher up employees of these social techs have all admitted that these "social" conventions are, in actuality, social experiments.  Quite simply?  They pretty much admit that these things are "drugs;" or like them in every way.  They accomplish this by arousing dopamine levels to keep you coming back, in the form of "likes", etc.  Sounds like a mind experiment to me....but again, I'll let you decide.  Try this quickie youtube video for some psychological needle prodding...

I am a firm believer in the phrase "Actions speak louder than words."  Here is how Facebook has changed, just since I created my first account.

When I first arrived at Facebook back in 2008, you could have as many friends as you wanted, without limit. As an activist, friend limits to just 5000 people were a huge slap in the face, and a major exposure tool was cut short by it's implementation. But it would be just one drop in a progressively bigger sea of efforts by the tech giant to silence those who opposed the current order.

Sharing publicly with friends on their timelines too many times was next on the chopping block, and started the move to a new series of alleged “infractions” against others on Facebook; along with a nice white-washed, yet terroristic punishment for activists - Facebook Jail. Facebook gave blackouts out like candy to those who didn't follow their imaginary and extremely vague “Community Standards.” At no time were these “community standards” ever truly defined, expressed or detailed in any way, nor did it seem as though Facebook ever intended to. Other infractions soon followed, and included copying and pasting links “too fast” (depending on what you chose to share, just doing it as little as twice landed you in virtual jail), then moved on to tagging people too much. Tagging went from unlimited down to 200 a day, down to maybe 25 a day. Facebook jail was Hell, and could last from 24 hours to as many as 30 days without being able to post, comment or share.

Other little tricks Facebook has pulled has included pulling content in general from viewing by others (Attachment “Unavailable” - This trick was especially cruel, since a lot of times, you would never know it unless someone pointed out that it said it), allowing others to “report” you for various activities, such as posting things to them that they allegedly didn't like to see; allowing others to report your name as being fake, and more. I really loved the fake name one, first and foremost, because you never have to show ID when you create a profile...so why should you have to show one later, when someone reports your fake name? More so, why should Facebook or anyone else care of you use a fake name? I also hated it, because in order to prove that you were, in fact, using your everyday name, you have to provide the computer algorithm in charge with suitable ID...which, of course, if you were too much an activist against things Facebook liked, this never worked properly to recover your account.

Another goodie was making you change your password numerous times because of alleged “security breaches” in your account” (evidently an attempt to make you change it so much that you would forget what it was and get locked out) or, stating your password (the one you've used forever) was no longer valid or no longer worked (this worked especially well if you had no recovery options set up;) and the introduction of another one I've fallen victim to, getting your account shut down for “bullying” someone. In my case, it was a letter to an elected official that I had posted that, in no way, ever really “bullied” him at all.

The next bullet was the “Facebook Fact Checker”, an allegedly independent checker who “randomly” set out to “fact-check” whatever story you were telling or posting. I don't believe that it ever proved the story to be wrong...it just stated that it had removed your content based on it not lining up with Facebook's “facts.”  The biggest thing I find wrong with this sort of thing is this:  What if it is, in fact, just a story??  How does this company have any right whatsoever to ban or remove your content??

One of the most ludicrous things I ever saw was when Facebook began removing certain posts from groups because of their content; and actually removing from groups massive amounts of people from it, often for no legitimate reason; as many as 6000 people at once. Groups are not mainstream, most of the time, they contain members of people who choose to discuss certain topics that are sensitive, so groups are offered special labels like “Closed” and “Secret.” Another thing, things posted in groups are not generally seen by people out in the open...so why is what they post an issue to Facebook? It isn't.

Probably the most puzzling thing of all to anyone is this...why is a post on anti-vaccination banned and against Facebook's “Community Standards”...yet pornographic pages abound; and do NOT violate their standards???  I once reported a transexual page that had scores of explicit pornographic videos on it...and they came back with "Whereas this page does not violate our community standards, we appreciate your bringing this to our attention."  WHAT, SERIOUSLY????

The final blow came with “shadow-banning” and censoring. Depending on the topic, Facebook just up and filtered out anything posted or anyone who spoke out against a variety of NWO plots, including allopathic medicine, chemtrails, vaccines, pharmaceutical companies, cancer treatments and more. Facebook is no longer a nice place to live...the neighborhood has up and gone to pot. Worse yet, viable alternatives to it are either non-existent, sadly lacking in features, driven out of business or bought up. Worst of all is that, when one does come up, everyone is afraid to move, because they have to wait for everyone else to catch on to it...generally resulting in no one going anywhere.

The biggest fear to me is something else entirely different, however. We have proved beyond all doubt that Facebook is, in actuality, a social experiment, and is essentially run, monitored or tracked by our Government; or if it isn't, is in corroboration with it or sympathetic to its causes; and most OBVIOUSLY is in cahoots with giant business.  Should you even slightly doubt that, I give you this letter, written to Facebook's own.  Even if you're all about vaccinating your child, this will send shivers down your spines, easily, and cause the seeds of doubt to be sown about them.  How dare these lawmakers tell Facebook that they have to censor people if they talk bad about vaccines...or anything else for that matter?

So how do we know that anything new in the social media market isn't the same thing? We don't, and we never will.  You certainly cannot trust anything that goes on in the internet world...even the dark web, which now even has a Facebook presence.  I'm a pretty bright guy, who EONS ago figured out that anti-virus companies were more than likely creating viruses or, at the least, paying hackers to produce them.  I'm sure that worked for quite a while, and they made a real killing.  Anyone notice there hasn't been a whole lot of virus action in the last couple of decades?  It's because companies are offering them for free, and that ship and that market has absolutely sailed.  I'm certain that the same thing applies to VPN's etc.  As long as the companies are making good money, they'll continue to let us believe that VPN's protect us from being discovered or tracked...but don't you believe it for a moment.

Facebook is evil, of this we are absolutely certain. They are, if nothing else, a cruel monopoly, something that should have never been allowed, BY LAW.

There are others that have followed in its footsteps, I'm afraid; gladly and purposefully.

Let's go to Google....most decidedly the most evil of the tech giants, and another monopoly, Google takes the prize for censorship.  It has, currently, to date, filtered out all search results and what THEY consider to be "negative" articles that are FOR natural and alternative health options, and against chemtrails, vaccines and more.

Youtube is close behind.  Not nearly as blatantly censoring, they have shut down entire accounts for content, especially if it doesn't fit the official or Governmental narrative.  Twitter is no different.

One of the evil tech giants I'd really like to put your mistrust of is Paypal...in the company itself, in its inventor (Peter Theil) and it's product...bitcoin, or more distinctly, ANY digital currency.

To begin, digital currency is no more "valuable" than paper currency...where paper currency is just paper and ink, and digital currency is 1's and 0's....and digital currency has been the language of the day for a very long time.  Banks use these same "currencies" in the form of digital bookkeeping - Debits and Deposits.  You never see the money...you just have to trust that it's there.  Right.

See, this is what the world wants...everyone to be on a digital currency; because then, they have the same ability to control what you have, what you buy and where, and your BEHAVIOR.  It's been in the cards for a very long time, and it will happen.  China has already done it, hand in hand with a little system they like to call "social crediting."  It is essentially operated the same way as the "credit score" here in America, and we have "The Patriot Act" to cover the rest.  It all results the same.  Do wrong, be anti-government in any way, and suffer the consequences.  For more on social crediting, I offer you two links, one you can find right here in this blog:

After watching and reading these two articles on it, it's not hard at all to see where digital currency fits into the scheme of things.  And what of Paypal's owner, Peter Theil?  Well, for one, he has contracted to build the "World Security Center" to be built in the cradle of life, far out of U.S. reach, and the regulations it could put in place to stop it.  This center will be the new world's security guards, and will collect all of the world's data into one...huge...heap.  Sounds fun to me.

Where I have never been "Shut down" by anyone but Twitter, the others could, just as well.  My youtube views compared to others are laughable.  On my blog, right here, only in-person advertising, word of mouth, and pre-censoring Facebook time have gotten it all it has.  I couldn't participate in Google Ad-sense, well...ever, though I tried 10 times between day one, six years ago and now.  That should tell you something.

Folks, you should not be forced to endure only white-washed, flowery articles and rosy outlooks, just because this is what this group of insane people want you to have.  This is, undoubtedly, pure and simple violations of your right to be free.  On these tech companies, you neither have the right to speak freely, or make your own informed decisions.  You are being led to the decisions and opinions of those that control these companies, whether you want to be or not.  Ban them.  Use other sources of search and media.  Good luck getting the world to follow suit.  It's obviously going to take something pretty evil on the part of these giants to get you to leave them...but hang tight.  They'll be along.

THE CORPORATOCRACY

Hand in hand with the technocracy, we now address the corporatocracy.  This is gonna be a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG section, on that you can most certainly bet.

Let's start with the corporate and now shadow Government-controlled media.  The media used to consist of over 88 independent companies.  It is now run primarily by 6 corporations.  For most, that would be more than enough.  But then, you have to also remember that Obama legalized propaganda in our country again (July 2, 2013.)  So your narrative?  Controlled.  Your information?  Limited to what the CIA and other elite want you to know.  All of your newpapers have been bought out by "U.S.A. Today."  How can you trust a single word of the news, anywhere?  You cannot, you should not, and you would not, were you smart cookies.

Some pertinent facts:

In 1983, "The Media" was owned by 50 companies.  It is now 90% owned by just...6.  They are:  Comcast, Newscorp, Disney, Viacom, Time Warner and CBS.  They rake in somewhere in the neighborhood of $275B every year; and they control at least one hour of every 6 that you watch on TV.

The Big 6 raked in 7 Billion just at the Box office.  That's double what the next 140 studios that had movies raked in.

232 Media Executives control everything fed to over 277M Americans who watch or read the media.  That's one Executive per 885K Americans.

The FCC forbids any company to own more than 40 radio stations.  Clear Radio owns 1200 radio stations.

80% of the nation's radio station playlists match other station's playlists.  Nice huh?  Some choice.

178M Unique consumers of the news read Time Warner's news.

Had enough?  So have I.  When asked, 3 out of 10 people don't even watch or read the news anymore.  Those are my numbers, yours may vary.  I KNOW their numbers vary.

That's enough of that.  Let's move on.

Next, we'll glean over the complete control corporations have over our alleged "Government," and the other Governments of other countries all over the world.  After that, we're going to talk about what everyone should talk about at least one hour out of every day, if not every hour of every day...the elites of the world; what they've had their fingers stuck into (pretty much EVERYTHING), and what their plan was, is, and will always and forever be.

Let's talk about your "agencies" of "Government."  Now, to those that are on par with me, we have no true Government, that we do know.  What some of you that refuse to swallow that pill DON'T maybe know is that every "Department" is controlled or completely influenced or captured by the industries that they are supposed to be regulating.  2 recent and much more obvious examples should be the FCC and the CDC, let alone the FDA, who works closely with both of these criminal agencies.  The FCC has been completely taken over by the wireless giants.  The FDA and the CDC - The big pharma giants.  Do not...I repeat, do not trust one damn thing that comes out of the mouths of anyone residing in these agencies.

Surely I don't have to tell you that your lawmakers are totally influenced by both the regulatory agencies, as well as their controlling interests.  So if you see laws coming out in your state that make absolutely no sense, or that seem off somehow, trust your instincts.  Do not follow them.  Do not encourage others to follow them.  Do not trust your Government, because believe me, you are the Government's sworn and long-time enemy.  Don't come back to me when you're damaged by the wireless industry, or by big pharma....I tried to tell you, and you didn't listen.

A good rule of thumb, one I've always promoted?  If they're mandating it by law, and they never did before, or you never realized that they were?  You don't want it.

Let's begin where we should...this is the City Attorney's brother...'magine that.  A bit of a conflict of interest as well, considering that, if Mr. S. Kooistra ever gets into a legal snare, his brother will be defending him and getting him off da hook.

This man sat in my trial, for 2 days, obviously on duty, to make sure I got my just deserts.  On sentencing day, he was sure to show up again.  He didn't look as happy running out of the courtroom as he did strutting in...but that was to be expected, considering the judge let me out of doin' jail time.  Can we all say AWWWWWWWW??  Solly Cholly.  Too bad, so sad.

Oh, and just so we're clear....I ain't done with this criminal stalker by a long haul.  He thinks that, just because the district federal court was on his side in my lawsuit, that done is done...and that is that.  He couldn't be more wrong, and I will not let this one die.  Here's why, in particular:

To start with, this man had a case open on me to arrest me for stalkin' his buddy, the Mayor, since October of LAST year...long before stalking even happened...according to the statute.

Second, and he testified to this...he had NEVER met me before my arrest (so I had no idea what he looked like before he showed up at my first bond hearing) and, according to him anyway (I have a recording that proves he spoke to me TWICE...not once) had only spoken to me once.

By the time of my arrest, he knew my name, my address, my wife's name, where my wife worked, her phone number (which I never gave to him), MY phone number, had investigated me several times on several profiles on Facebook, knew what I looked like, had filed several police reports on me, took pictures and video of me all the way from the Carnegie Center down to the Public Library, took pictures of a girl friend of mine and passed out HER picture to get an I.D.; had read all of my emails, had attended nearly every hearing I had while in jail, listened to all of my jail phone calls with everyone I called, watched all of my visits with my wife, knew my criminal history, my birth date, everywhere I've lived for eternity, etc.  I really wanted the opportunity to ask him this in trial, but the objections would have drowned the question out....WHO'S STALKING WHO HERE SERGEANT?

Third, I believe it important to relate to you all that, according to his testimony on the stand, Mr. Kooistra is in charge of "Crimes against persons" in the Department.  This is interesting to me, and I'll tellya why.  While I was waiting for sentencing, I told a few people in my "community" that think I'm so dangerous, that I might go to jail for this bullshit charge of "Stalking the Mayor."  2 of them in particular told me of a couple of "Crimes against persons" that had affected them directly.

First, there was the daughter of a woman I know that had been beat up severely by an ex of hers....the woman now suffers from cerebral palsy because of this beating.  When it happened, the State's attorney wouldn't file charges against him...and he roamed free.  Then he killed someone...and they finally arrested him.  Where was the good Sergeant for this crime, I wonder?  Probably investigating his buddy the Mayor's stalking by me, I'm guessing.

Another woman I know, who is one of the owners of "Daylight Donuts" here in town, on Minnesota Avenue, told me that a guy I had seen and got to know in jail while I was in, her son, was victimized by 3 bad boys, all brothers; who I've come to understand practically LIVE in jail and prison, when they released them.  They came to see this guy, her son, when they were released, and asked him for a ride.  When he gave them one, they jumped him, beat open his skull, and the guy had to endure a $48,000 surgery, around 3 months ago.  That was about the time of my last bond hearing, when they let me out.  I imagine the good sergeant wasn't paying much attention to that beating - then...or now.  I say that, because these men have yet to be found.  But by God, he was able to attend THE MAYOR'S STALKER'S HEARING...'magine that.  Whaddya say Sarge?  How about getting out there and arresting the REAL criminals, instead of doing your Master's lackey work at the taxpayer's expense.

Another thing you should know:  seems this sergeant, and a ton of other Sioux Falls coparoos, like spending a crapload of their off-time at "The Thirsty Duck" on Marion Road, getting wasted.  Make sure you stop in and say 'ello.

You think I was stalking?  This man had me beat by a mile.  We will keep you updated on a lawsuit now sitting up in the 8th Circuit...the one that started it all and caused my arrest.  Stay tuned.  :)

What happened? THE LIVING MAN GOES TO JAIL ("The Facts, Pages All, Facts All)

Well kids?  The battle lines have been moved into enemy territory...so it's time we call them out, NOW.

I have now just a week before sentencing...yup, it's been moved up.  It was December 2nd.  Now it's the day before Halloween.  So, since I'm going to jail anyway, and probably won't be seen or heard from again, it's time you know...what I know.

5G's push into Sioux Falls is at the behest of big people.  REALLY big people.  And then it travels down down down, into and through Thune's offices...then through Noem's offices.  Right smack into the lap of the most corrupt Mayor to ever hit the office of Mayor...Paul Tehnhaken.  Folks, this is no Christian man....this man is evil.  Pure, unadulterated evil.  Now, we give you what the Mayor would rather you didn't know.

I crossed no lines folks.  What happened exactly?  This happened.  This is a document that, for the next 7 days will be passed out all over the city.  As many people as possible are gonna know what really happened.  There's gonna be another way they're going to find out...but that's not going to be public (State's attorney, Mayor, SFPD and Court's) knowledge.

Hello fellow citizens of Sioux Falls, my name is Christopher Bruce, and you may or may not remember me, but I'm the guy who they recently arrested, jailed, and found to be guilty of “stalking”
our Mayor, Paul Tenhaken.

As good a job as the State's Attorney, the courts, the Mayor, the SFPD and the “News” has done making me look like a dangerous man, there are some facts of life, and facts behind this that you need to be made aware of.

To start with, a federal lawsuit was filed the same day...within hours, actually, of my arrest. Whether they dismissed it or not, the facts remain...the lawsuit was filed, 2 hours later, the mayor received his copy, and 2 hours later, 4 sheriffs broke down my door with guns drawn to arrest me...not for a violent crime; not for damage to person or property...but for exercising my right to free speech, freedom of the press and for the right to redress my Government for grievances...that's it. 2 of the parties named in that suit were the sergeant in charge of that investigation, Kooistra, and the victim, Mayor Tenhaken.

Where I come from in life, that was always called RETALIATION.

That's right. For speaking out at council meetings, for speaking out against what this city's government and its mayor wanted for this city, something I've come to find out the majority of this city doesn't really want or need: The 5G cell phone network, I was arrested. Upon this falling upon deaf ears for over a year, yeah...I pushed a couple of buttons to get them to listen. That button pushing resulted in my arrest.

No viable threats were made, and there were an awful lot of folks that believed JUST THAT.

Other things you should know:

1. The mayor was only able to attend for a single day...the first day. I had to re-arrange and abandon almost my entire defense just to accommodate the very man who had me put in jail for this. He evidently had other more important engagements to attend to. The police sergeant, Kooistra, did stick around and watch the entire trial, however; probably on duty, and probably at your expense.

2. I had a 27 out of 38 woman jury pool, and I ended up with 11 out of 12 women (not too much different than having an 11 person white jury over a black defendant, I'd say.)

3. I spent two months in jail on a $50,000 dollar cash only bond, which is unconstitutional (the 8th Amendment), because I was allegedly a “Danger to my Community.” Ask anyone in my “community” if I'm a danger to the community. Most would laugh and wave that slander away.

4. After being in jail for only a month, the prosecution made me this offer: Take a felony charge (which, by the way, was later dropped at my behest) and we'll let you go without condition.  What? I thought I was dangerous to the community. Did I just somehow STOP being a danger?

5. After 2 months in jail, I was released until trial, which happened almost 2 months later. Free of charge. A danger to the community you say??

6. Though none of the City Council, city employees, family of the mayor have spoken up or complained about any victimizing here, there is a no-contact-order in place...for not only the mayor, but for his family, and his council.

7. After my CONVICTION OF GUILTY (God only knows how THIS happened), I was released, free of charge again, until my sentencing on December 2nd (a month and a half AFTER being found guilty.) Again...how is this finding someone to be DANGEROUS??

I present to this city that I am not...nor have I been...nor will I ever be a dangerous 58-year-old man.  What I am is someone who cared enough for humanity that he stood up, spoke out and did something more than the average person to stop something that endangers his community, his neighbors, his loved ones and the world as a whole. More so, I stood up to our local government...and this is what happened to me. If it happened to me, it will most certainly happen to you...either that, or you will be DULY IGNORED...as I was, which is why I took it to another more “kick in the shins”-style level.

Very soon, in your neighborhoods, and everywhere you go, there will be an inordinate amount of cell phone towers and ubiquitous EMF radiation that will be 100% UNAVOIDABLE. Smart meters will use these waves, as will your “smart” homes, your “smart” cars and your “smart” phones. After that, they intend to put “smart” chips....BILLIONS they've said...into every...single....item you buy in stores.

The waves they'll use will see into your homes, and through your walls. It will constantly be transmitting your personal habits and data to this city's central CLOUD; and your privacy will be TOAST. Is this what you want? Because this is what the current Mayor and his council want for you.

And when these towers start going up around your homes and your children, what will happen then?  I'll tell you what's going to happen...all of a sudden, you'll be yelling louder than I have. Because then, it will be YOU that's being victimized; and whose rights are being violated. Where will you go? City Council meetings? Who will you talk to? Mayor Tenhaken? You see what happened to me.  Expect the same treatment. When it's happening to someone else, well, we don't care. When it's us? THAT'S A DIFFERENT STORY.

What I'm trying to say is this. How long will you keep your eyes shut? How long will you let these people rule your lives? How long will you let a few people make decisions for you, or violate your privacy and your rights? That's really a rhetorical question that I already know the answer to...not until it affects you directly.

Well it's about to. So what are you gonna do about it? Lock yourselves into your homes and hope it goes away? Because it won't. Do something now, or you won't have a deed or a thought that won't be known....and YOU'LL BE THOSE PEOPLE THAT WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLOWING IT TO HAPPEN. It's time to lock up your apathy, and GET INVOLVED. Thank you for your time.

In this city's codes, there is a provision that anyone running for Mayor of this city cannot accept more than $5,000 from a single contributor.  We all saw how that worked out.  The contributors gave the checks to their wives, children, and other relatives to give to him.  Well, the telecoms came up with the bestest way ever to get that money to the Mayor....through his father.  Yes kids, the contributions are being made as we speak.  They're being funneled through his FATHER.

Now you REALLY know why 5G is so important, and why it's being rushed into Sioux Falls and South Dakota, long before you even know anything about it....well, at least, until I came along.  Now, I'm going to pay for it.  You will too...look into it folks.  Do something about it now, or it will certainly be too late....for everyone, and everything.

The Hot Mess - The Fraud of the "Court" ("The Facts", Pages All, Facts All)

NOTE TO ALL WHO PLAN TO ATTEND:  I WILL BE ATTENDING TRIAL, AS I HAVE BEEN THREATENED WITH LEGAL DURESS TO ATTEND...WITH A YEAR IN JAIL. BUT I WILL BE SILENT FOR THE DURATION.  NO WITNESSES WILL BE CALLED, AND NOTHING WILL BE SAID.  WE'LL SEE HOW THEY APPRECIATE THAT.  I WILL USE THE KANGAROO OUTFIT.  PLEASE, SHOW UP FOR THIS.

Welcome.  Yeah, it's me; and it might be the last time you see me for a while too....thank God this testament will be up for all to see, and will remain the feature article for my time in...maybe until my death, who can really say.  What I will really say is this:  The time has come for you to see what you haven't really wanted to or cared to.

I think I've done a pretty damn good job exposing the fraud of the courts for quite some time...since the start of this blog, nigh and lo these last 6 years...but this, folks, will be proof absolute, and whala...it only covers a single subject.  Jurisdiction.  Rather...Authority.

I don't really have to say anything, because it will all be here.  I have been pretty quiet about this case that I'm in now, and I have respected this court, only because the judge seemed a decent guy.  Now he's showing his true colors, and it's time to call him out, once and for all.  JUDGE SOGN?  COOOOOME ONNNNNN DOWN!!!

Let's begin where we should.  The document you see first will be what became my 4th challenge of the court of Minnehaha's jurisdiction.  Please remember, that according to THE LAW, when jurisdiction is challenged, it MUST BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY....before another single thing can happen.  4 months folks.  That's how long it took them to finally address the issue.  I challenged their jurisdiction the first time on the 2nd day of my arrest.  This was, however, my first REAL case-law-filled challenge.  Observe:

Note that these are legitimate arguments...in an ACTUAL court of law.  There's plenty of SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) LAW OF THE LAND here.  However, you have to remember the fraud of the court.  The judge cannot say he is an ACTUAL Article III Constitutionally defined court of common law and record...because he isn't.  He has no jurisdiction, and no authority.  That fraud is better shown in his FIRST answer.  Here is that answer:

Let's talk about that alleged De Facto "Grand Jury Indictment."  That indictment, by the way, didn't happen until I was in for nearly 20 days.  What's more, there was a part II indictment...which has been dropped.  Also remember that I was not here for this, nor was anyone speaking for me.  How can this be right?  Someone points their finger at me, I have no right to defend myself, and they can now indict me?  I'm sorry folks, but this can't be the way it is.  If it is the way it is, then the way it is has to be changed.  From what I understand, this appointed "Grand Jury;" comprised of no one amongst the actual PEOPLE, has been known to indict bologna sandwiches for not having enough mayo or mustard on them.

Following this answer, I then filed a RE-challenge.  Here's what that said:

Finally, we have this; my final declaration...we called this one A DECLARATION OF UTTER BULLSHIT...mainly, because it is, all in all, just a big steamy pile of bullshit:

Lastly, we have "The Threat".  Note, on page 2, the threat, that if I don't appear, a warrant will be issued for my arrest.  Then, they can beat down my door again, and arrest me again, just like they did the first time.  Only...there is one thing that will be different.  I will not answer to their calls for my unlawfully applied name.  I will not eat.  I will not speak.  I will not go to court.  If they make me, I will not participate.  Folks, this is to be expected.  If you can't force someone to comply, they will make you, any way they can.  They threatened me, while I was in jail, to go to court and appear, or they would put me in solitary confinement.  In case you have forgotten, folks, this should be and IS cruel and unusual punishment...and legal duress.  But we have reached an impasse here.  They have no authority; and I have certainly proven that, USING THE LAW OF THE LAND ITSELF.  I have not consented to their proceedings; AND WHAT I HAVE, I HAVE REVOKED.  They cannot speak for me.  They can't force me to speak.  Therefore, we have a stalemate.  The "advisory council" they have assigned me has hereby been revoked, as has been my consent.  So what are they going to do now?  This should be good.  Let's see how far we can take this.

Finally, we have the texts.  In the county of Minnehaha, there is now a service that reminds you you have court.  It used to occur just once before court.  Now I get one nearly every day...and I'm betting you that no one else is getting this, only me, so they can safely say they DID notify me.  I won't be coming.  I've made that most clear.

Their orders are void, folks.  I hate to be the one to tell you this, just because some person wearing a black dress, banging a piece of wood on another piece of wood, sitting on the 3rd tier of the courtroom says he has authority over you...doesn't mean he does.  The next time you hear of me, I will be in jail.  I'm sure "the news" will do their usual demonization of me.  Don't be fooled, folks.  This is retaliation, nothing more...nothing less.  I am being made an example of; and if you speak up, they'll do the same to you.  Speak up now, and take back your power now; or the courts will silence you, and politicians will take this action against you every time you disagree with what they are doing.  I don't mind being a martyr for justice, or for our FREEDOM, OR OUR VERY LIVES.  You need to adopt this same ideal now, or the time for going back to where the system ACTUALLY works will be past...and there will be no going back.

One more thing...after my arrest on OCTOBER 15TH, 2019, I insist that you call the courthouse, call the State's attorney's office...and you are certainly welcome to call Mayor TenHaken.  I won't make you do that, and I did not tell you to do that...that would be a violation of my No Contact Order...which is also null and void until the court proves its jurisdiction.  Let me shoot you a few numbers, so you can make your position clear:

The Marriage "License" ("The Facts", Page 1, Fact #2-3)

Enlightening Conversation with a

Marriage License Bureau

About 20 years ago, my former wife, filed for divorce. We had seven (7) children: five (5) daughters and two (2) sons. Our youngest at the time, our second son, was five years old.

At the time, I prepared a counterclaim to the Petition for Dissolution her attorney filed in Domestic Relations (DR) court. I met one afternoon with the head of the Maricopa County Superior Court, Marriage License Bureau, in downtown Phoenix.

The marriage license bureau was headed by a young woman of about age 25. I asked her to explain to me the general and statutory implications of the marriage license. She was very cooperative, and called in an Assistant, a tall Black man who at the time was working on an Operations Manual for
internal departmental use.

She deferred for most technical explanations to her Assistant. He walked through the technicalities of the marriage license as it operates in Arizona. He mentioned that marriage licensing is pretty much the same in the other states -- but there are differences.

One significant difference he mentioned was that Arizona is one of eight western states that are Community Property states. The other states are Common Law States, including Utah, with the exception of Louisiana which is a Napoleonic Code State.

He then explained some of the technicalities of the marriage license. He said, first of all, the marriage license is Secular Contract between the parties and the State. The State is the principal party in that Secular Contract. The husband and wife are secondary or inferior parties. The Secular Contract is a three-way contract between the State, as Principal, and the husband and wife as the other two legs of the Contract.

He said, in the traditional sense a marriage is a covenant between the husband and wife and God. But in the Secular Contract with the state, reference to God is a dotted line, and NOT officially considered included in the Secular Contract at all.

He said, if the husband and wife wish to include God as a party in their marriage, that is a "dotted line" they will have to add in their own minds.  The state's marriage license is "strictly secular," he said. He said further, that what he meant by the relationship to God being a "dotted line" meant that the State regards any mention of God as irrelevant, even meaningless. In his description of the marriage license contract, the related one other "dotted line."

He said in the traditional religious context, marriage was a covenant between the husband and wife and God with husband and wife joined as one. (This is accomplished with a recording in a family bible, with three witnesses.)

This is not the case in the secular realm of the state's marriage license contract. The State is the Principal or dominant party. The husband and wife are merely contractually "joined" as business partners, not in any religious union. They may even be considered, he said, connected to each
other by another "dotted line."

The picture he was trying to "paint" was that of a triangle with the State at the top and a solid line extending from the apex, the State, down the left side to the husband, and a separate solid line extending down the right side to the wife, a "dotted line" merely showing that they consider themselves to have entered into a religious union of some sort that is irrelevant to the State.

He further mentioned that this "religious overtone" is recognized by the State by requiring that the marriage must be solemnized either by a state official or by a minister of religion that has been "deputized" by the State to perform the marriage ceremony and make a return of the signed and
executed marriage license to the State.

Again, he emphasized that marriage is a strictly secular relationship so far as the State is concerned and because it is looked upon as a "privileged business enterprise" various tax advantages and other political privileges have become attached to the marriage license contract that have nothing at
all to do with marriage as a religious covenant or bond between God and a man and a woman.

By way of reference, if you would like to read a legal treatise on marriage, one of the best is "Principles of Community Property," by William Defuniak  At the outset, he explains that Community Property law descends from Roman Civil Law through the Spanish Codes, 600 A.D., written by the Spanish juris consults.

In the civil law, the marriage is considered to be a for-profit venture or profit-making venture (even though it may never actually produce a profit in operation) and as the wife goes out to the local market to purchase food stuffs and other supplies for the marriage household, she is replenishing
the stocks of the business.

To restate: In the civil law, the marriage is considered to be a business venture, that is, a for-profit business venture. Moreover, as children come into the marriage household, the business venture is considered to have "borne fruit."

Now, back to the explanation by the Maricopa County Superior Court, Marriage Bureau's administrative Assistant. He went on to explain that every contract must have consideration. The State offers consideration in the form of the actual license itself - the piece of paper, the Certificate of
Marriage. The other part of consideration by the State is "the privilege to be regulated by statute."

He added that this privilege to be regulated by statute includes all related statutes, and all court cases as they are ruled on by the courts, and all statutes and regulations into the future in the years following the commencement of the marriage. He said in a way the marriage license contract is a dynamic or flexible, ever-changing contract as time goes along - even though the husband and wife didn't realize that.

My thought on this is can it really be considered a true contract as one becomes aware of the failure by the State to make full disclosure of the terms and conditions. (But remember in court, [presumption and assumptions], so must be repudiated in all aspects or you give over jurisdiction.)

A contract must be entered into knowingly, intelligently, intentionally, and with fully informed consent. Otherwise, technically there is no contract.  Another way to look as the marriage license contract with the State is as a contract of adhesion, a contract between two disparate, unequal parties.
Again, a flawed "contract." Such a contract with the State is said to be a "specific performance" contract as to the privileges, duties and responsibilities that attach.

Consideration on the part of the husband and wife is the actual fee paid and the implied agreement to be subject to the state's statutes, rules, and regulations and all court cases ruled on related to marriage law, family law, children, and property.

He emphasized that this contractual consideration by the bride and groom places them in a definite and defined-by-law position inferior and subject to the State. He commented that very few people realize this.

He also said that it is very important to understand that children born to the marriage are considered by law as "the contract bearing fruit" - meaning the children primarily belong to the State, even though the law never comes out and says so in so many words.

In this regard, children born to the contract regarded as "the contract bearing fruit," he said it is vitally important for parents to understand two doctrines that became established in the United States during the 1930s.  The first is the Doctrine of Parens Patriae. The second is the Doctrine of In Loco Parentis.

Parens Patriae means literally "the parent of the country" or to state it more bluntly - the State is the undisclosed true parent. Along this line, a 1930's Arizona Supreme Court case states that parents have no property right in their children, and have custody of their children during good behavior at the sufferance of the State.

This means that parents may raise their children and maintain custody of their children as long as they don't offend the State, but if they in some manner displease the State, the State can step in at any time and exercise its superior status and take custody and control of its children - the parents are only conditional caretakers. [Thus the Doctrine of In Loco Parentis.]  He also added a few more technical details. The marriage license is an ongoing contractual relationship with the State. Technically, the marriage license is a business license allowing the husband and wife, in the name of the marriage, to enter into contracts with third parties and contract mortgages and debts. They can get car loans, home mortgages, and installment debts in the name of the marriage because it is not only a secular enterprise, but it is looked upon by the State as a privileged business enterprise as well as a for- profit business enterprise. The marriage contract acquires property through out its existence and over time, it is hoped, increases in value. (This goes to legal term limited conditional title or lease. The right to make a profit or to in-cure a loss)  Also, the marriage contract "bears fruit" by adding children. If sometime later, the marriage fails, and a "divorce" results the contract continues in existence.

The "divorce" is merely a contractual dissolution or amendment of the terms and conditions of the contract. Jurisdiction of the State over the marriage, over the husband and wife, now separated, continues and continues over all aspects of the marriage, over marital property and over children brought into the marriage. (Spousal support, child support, visitation, education, health care, etc...State has a say forever!)

That is why family law and the Domestic Relations court calls "divorce" a dissolution of the marriage because the contract continues in operation but in amended or modified form. He also pointed out that the marriage license contract is one of the strongest, most binding contractual relationships the State has on people.

At the end of our hour-long meeting, I somewhat humorously asked if other people had come in and asked the questions I was asking?

The Assistant replied that in the several years he had worked there, he was not aware of anyone else asking these questions. He added that he was very glad to see someone interested in the legal implications of the marriage license and the contractual relationship it creates with the State.
