THEODORE BOOKER ARRESTED FOR MY "CRIME" IN L.A.

Yeah, so for those of you just getting here to the blog, in case you don't know what our Government is doing these days, well, here's a doozie for ya.  See, there's 3 things that your current Government wants from us more than anything....our guns, our children, and our silence, so that they can continue to commit their crimes against America, and against humanity.

If you look down a couple of posts, you'll see something about Theodore and Adonis Booker.  Also, down a ways, is an article about a newborn that they kidnapped right here in my town.  Since I posted the article about the woman in my town, the woman involved has just up and disappeared.  I haven't heard from her in almost 5 days.  There's another woman's story, whose story I have already deleted for other reasons, that I haven't seen on Facebook for a few days either.  Also, since then (last night), they busted into my friend Theodore's apartment, took his kids, and took him to jail...for something that I did, with a ridiculously high bond ($500,000), they won't even tell his wife what they're charging him with (because there WAS NO CRIME!!!)...AND MY NAME...is all over the sworn affidavits.  They also took his computers, electronics, and phones.

Why am I still here?  That should be obvious, if it isn't already.  For one, they've already taken all I had.  My wife's only daughter has been also taken by CPS here.  For two, they want me quiet.  Since putting me in jail (like they did a couple of days ago) didn't work out so well for them, they have chosen, instead, to pick on the people in my list of articles.  See, when it was just my story here in the blog, I looked like a special case.  But with other people's horror stories out there, well, it's much worse for them...because it exposes those around the country...and the world, in what they're doing.  The more you see, the less likely it is that they will continue to get away with what they're doing.  They can't take me down, because really, I have committed no real crime.  They also can't take anything away from me, because I have nothing for them to take.  So instead, they have opted, obviously, to begin making me pay for what I'm doing, by picking on those who have chosen to present their stories to me to expose.

I called the FBI 4 times.  The video above shows what they're doing everytime I call.  No one wants to inform me as to why this man was arrested for what I did, and why I'm a free man.

Oh one more thing, that they have OBVIOUSLY forgotten, I have an email program that tells me everytime they open one of my emails...and emails, recently, have been opened over and over again....by those of L.A. county...and those of MY county, as recently as 5 minutes ago for L.A. county.  Now why would they be doing that, I wonder?  I would say it would be to see how I react, wouldn't you??  Like, maybe they think I'll take it all down, to save others?  Good thinking!

But shutting me up is going to be no easy task.  No, this sort of behavior from them tends to be a lot like throwing gas on an already blazing fire.  No, you idiots in LA and in Carroll County Iowa, you're going to have to do better than that.

The first is an LA County open, just occuring not 5 minutes ago.  The 2nd is a Carroll County open that happened at 9:14 a.m...both on a Sunday.  You tell me.

Braving the Banjo Part VI - Desperation Sets In

Ok, folks, time to talk 'bout our most recent bout of ridiculousness.

Let's begin with this little beaut.  Now, as you all know, I knew on January 16th, that I would be arrested....for some true and utter bullshit.  That bullshit?  Harassment, in the 3rd degree, 2 counts.  The first one?  Same as the last time....what, March of 2015, where I called a social worker...THE social worker, the idiot that took our daughter; once, on the weekend, when I KNEW her phone would be off (yeah, big threat that, huh?  No car, 100 miles away, and all I said was, once again, that her time was about done, and she was about to lose her job), for the 2nd time in...get this...18 months.  I'd say I've been pretty swell, considering this woman cost us our parental rights (like they have the right to do THAT) AND my wife's ONLY child, after she stole her (I believe it's called KIDNAPPING for us lower forms of life...but it's all in the line of duty for them, of course.  They were just "doing their job"...incorrectly, unlawfully...but they were just doing their job).  Remember....her high priest, Charles Palmer, THE DIRECTOR OF DHS, cleared us of the allegations, but they won't give the child back to the mother.  I'd say that gives me 50 get out of jail free cards for the charge of harassing this poor abused social worker...wouldn't you?  Poor little social worker...I have SO ruined her life....haven't I?

The other was filed by the state also...concerning none other than the one and only managing editor of Des Moines' "Best of Independent Magazine"...DARREN TROMBLAY, of CITYVIEW MAGAZINE...who promised he would do my story...and 3 weeks later, I was STILL sitting here, waiting for someone, ANYONE to tell the fucking truth about what's happening in Iowa, TO EVERYONE...and......nothing.  Nada.  Nope.  Can't have that.  I mean, we wouldn't have any fucking jobs left, if we said something ABOUT THAT!!! OH HELL NO...THEN WE COULDN'T STEAL ALL OF YOUR KIDS FOR NO REASON ANYMORE.  So, since I kindly asked him to quit sitting there with his thumbs up his ass and do the story, he instead chose to feel like I'm THREATENING HIM, and files a harassment charge as well...lol.  What a joke.  But then, these jokes tend to be on US, the supposed "perps" here, who, if we were to want to file such charges, would be laughed right out of the State's offices.  Funny how that works.

NOTE:  BY THE WAY, CITYVIEW MAGAZINE...THE NCO (NON-CONTACT ORDER) ONLY APPLIES TO DARREN...IT DOESN'T APPLY TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO WORKS THERE, OR THE MAGAZINE ITSELF...SO WHADDYA SAY WE JUST EMAIL THE REST OF YOU INSTEAD, SINCE DARREN WANTS TO BE A COMPLETE DICK.  WE'LL JUST PUNISH THE WHOLE CLASS FOR WHAT ONE STUDENT IS DOING.

Probably the most STUPID part of this is, that they think this is going to stop me or something, that I'm going to just get tired of having to get back to Carroll on my own, without a car, because they chose to arrest me 100 miles away, and drag me all the way back to Des Moines for a couple lousy simple misdemeanors of 3rd degree harassment, with $60 bails, and fines that I'm just going to, once again, pay in the legal tender of COFFEE BEANS....just like the LAST time they arrested me for this ongoing bullshit.  I guarantee they paid the officers that came and picked me up from Carroll more money one way; than they are going to make off of this case in its totality.  And, of course, it forever gives me more fuel for my fire, as well as makes them look more like idiots, and THE CROOKS THEY REALLY AND TRULY ARE, who are FOREVER wasting IOWA TAXPAYER DOLLARS HARASSING ME for the crimes THEY committed against ME AND MY FAMILY.

So, I'm sitting in my home, 2 days after my prediction that I would be arrested, and the door knocks.  It's the Carroll PD's officer G. Bellinghausen, who has, by the way, been reading all about this, all over this blog, and still breaks the law and arrests me anyway, even though this sign is all over my trailer doors and windows:

and the man KNOWS I'm just steady adding names to a commercial lien, that will, eventually, end up costing him EVERYTHING he has.  The idiot even gives me his business card, fully knowing what I intend to do with it.

So he comes to my door and announces that he has a warrant.  He doesn't.  Now he has to leave and go get the damn thing and come back, around a 20 minute additional waste of Carroll Taxpayer dollars, mostly because the man HAD to know I was going to ask for it, didn't he???  You would think so...either that, or that dumbing down he got while enduring the march of the institutions definately worked wonders.

So while he's off getting his warrant, I calmly proceed to eat a good breakfast, smoke a few cigarettes, and, right before he arrived, I put a nicotine patch on my arm, that lasted me pretty much throughout the whole "incarceration" of what, 28 hours, until my fans bailed me out, sent me some spending money, and came and got me from Des Moines and took me home again.  Boy, that little trick worked really well for them this time, didn't it?  Without reading me any rights (oh, and just in case you weren't aware of it, your rights, per the MIRANDA DOCTRINE, are no longer EVER read to you now....and have been found to only need to be read if you're going to be interrogated.  How convenient), they came through my door, and promptly placed me in cuffs.  They then took me to the County Jail, where I waited for the officers from the Des Moines area to come and get me FOR THE 2ND TIME, FOR THE SAME CHARGES AS BEFORE, and drug me back to my old stomping grounds...for 2 charges that carried a BOND...of just $600.

Now, insult to injury...in case THAT wasn't enough...I had come up, prior to this, with the PERFECT way to get this and other cases dismissed, without paying a cent in bail.  Utterly FOOLPROOF.  Of course, I had forgotten about the fools that call themselves JUDGES, AND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE IMMUNE...not just to prosecution, EVEN TO GIVING AND UPHOLDING THOSE "RIGHTS" THAT YOU SUPPOSEDLY HAVE...like the right to represent yourself, challenge their jurisdiction over you (at ANYTIME during your case, mind you), and to enter a plea in your own behalf.  I did just that...and a Judge named Carol Egly just trampled all over all of them.

So let's talk about everything that happened here, and how just about EVERYONE broke so many laws, that if WE were to break these laws, we'd be facing a minimum 50 to life.  These folks however BREAK THESE LAWS AND MOW OVER YOUR RIGHTS EVERY DAY...and you can't believe it..mostly because you're good little sheep and think that justice is always served on the wrongdoers, and everyone in jail says they;re innocent...what you don't know is, MOST OF THE TIME....THOSE PEOPLE REALLY ARE INNOCENT...but you don't wanna know THAT...only what YOU know is happening could be right, RIGHT?  wrong, Wrong WRONG!!!

So after arresting me, I arrived in Des Moines at 1:00 p.m.  It took the Polk County Jail 13 and a half hours to get me from arrival into the general populace.  Oh, and by the way, it took 4 hours from the time my bail was posted until the time I got out too.  So, aside from the time that I spent in the general populace, about 8 hours, I spent almost 18 hours being processed in and out.  And, in case you haven't been made aware of this, they charge the inmates $66 dollars a day, and send you a bill for it, for "Room and Board"....Now you see why they take so long to process you?  The entire process from bail to out?  Took around 4 minutes.  The process to get you in?  Maybe, tops, an hour.  18 HOURS???  And we're not just talking about 1 or 2 jail employees here, we're talking about 10's of those, 10's of prison inmate workers, and doctors, lawyers, and in prison court judges...THIS IS TO KEEP THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR FUCKING JOBS...of course!  Just like those of the courts, and in my case.  Your tax dollars at work!!!  THIS is what you slave for...TO KEEP THESE PEOPLE WORKING...Not to acquire the American Dream, such as you have been led to believe.

Then the next morning came along, and in front of the judge I went...I immediately challenged her jurisdiction over me, and stated that I was NOT a U.S. Citizen, that I was NOT Christopher Bruce, and that I did NOT understand the nature and the cause of the charges against me.  You know what the judge did?  She immediately ignored everything I said...and entered a plea for me on my behalf.  I objected to it, and she just sent me back to my cell, where I had to bail out....totally breaking every law in the book, and deprived me of every right provided me in a court of law.  Her biggest mistake however?  Allowing me the ability to ask for a JURY trial...which I will....immediately.  Now, not only have we wasted ALL OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS WITH THESE TWO SIMPLE MISDEMEANORS, I am about to waste double of that, and ask that 12 people, a jury of my peers, hear this bullshit case, and everything about it.

Oh, and it will be dismissed, wanna know why?  Because there is absolutely, without question NO WAY, that these people could ever, in life prove that it was me on that phone, making that phone call to that social worker.  No fucking way.  It could feasibly have been ANYONE, stating that it was Christopher Bruce (which, by the way, is no longer my name) and anyone making the call from my phone.  Unless they have developed a way to look through my receiver...they can't prove a goddamn thing.

Let's just take an additional moment, and figure out just how much the state made off of this little te da te, as opposed to what the taxpayer paid out for this.  First, you can just about bet the total bill for those of Carroll County taxpayers to come and arrest me was around $150.  Carroll County?  MADE $0 DOLLARS TO ARREST ME.  For 2 officers to come and arrest me, and take me back to Des Moines probably cost the Polk County taxpayers around $130 in cost.  Already, that's around half of my total bond.  Now we come to the 30 or so officers of the Polk County jail who took 28 or so hours of pay to "Process me" in and out, and watch over me for 8 hours of time; including the pay of a medical nurse, a bailiff, a judge, a court appointed attorney (who was INSTANTLY dismissed for my case), and a bail bondsman (Sorry Kenny...you know I just hadda say it)...I'd say we're looking at a figure of somewhere around $3000 in payouts...and I'm sure that's a pretty damned conservative figure.  I didn't bother to put in the electricity they used, or any utilities they pay to keep that massively huge place plugging away...or how much that fancy new jail cost them to build, initially.  The money Polk County made off of me?  Even if I pay it in Debt notes, that would be $132 in "Room and Board fees...and let's say maximum fines they may try and slap me with...of $600.  That's $732 in the plus column...and around $3,300 ....in the red.  That's IF I pay everything and court costs.  I won't.  I'll pay it in coffee beans, like last time, and the black column now comes in at around $100...and Polk County won't see a dime of that...that went to pay the bail bondsman.

Will it happen again?  Did I learn my lesson?  Hell fucking no.  I will, just like last time, (to the crooks:  I haven't done this YET....but I will, as soon as I ask for a jury trial) send this ONCE AGAIN to Darren Tromblay of CityView, and do it again.  And again.  And again...until these criminals learn THEIR lesson, and give me the daughter back that they broke the law and kidnapped from me; and tell Iowa how their taxpayer dollars ARE REALLY BEING SPENT...HARASSING INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT THEY DID WRONG.

Oh, and I just remembered this too, I spread my message (and the blog, of course) around to a lot of folks BECAUSE of this arrest, to inmates, CO's, bailiffs, and Bernie Sanders' group, KCCI, and more.  Nice.  More people that know the truth...of the scam that is our justice system, etc.

One more for the Bruce Bitch list:  Judge Carol S. E(U)gly, who in time, will be unbenched.

Here, are copies of a petition, sent certified mail to the booker home, today, showing a female child's name that looks nothing like "Adonis".  This is common practice amongst those of CPS and the courts, who make up cases, don't list cases but try you under mispelled and maiden names, to get away with making it look legal.

Once again while we were there at the hospital dhs came in with removal papers! No real excuse to remove him whatsoever so on sunday my brother and his girlfriend will have to walkout of the hospital without their child! Lord please watch over my family I can no longer take this heartbreak! Somethings gotta give! CARROLL COUNTY DHS needs to be stopped! Now I have four nephews that I cannot see! They were not abused nore neglected they never had proof of anything they claimed to remove them for! Please share this post help me get the word out on these evil people and the things they do! Heres some of the things he confronted his admin about or other agencies, which lead to his departure from the Sheriff's Office and the same invsetigated and arressted him. Deputy S A- Poaching, now a has been promoted, also made threats outside his cell after arrest. Deputy C B- Crashed patrol Veh, no report, made threats outside cell after arrest. Also took posession of his K-9 partner, Later JT was told the K-9 was ruined, just made a pet, bad handler. Deputy/Dispatchers- Several sending Ambulances wrong direction costing lives- nothing done.Also giving daily reports of his where a bouts etc to his ex-wife while he was on duty. As well as confidential information regarding calls of service, trainings , etc. Sgt. JL was harrassing Jts gorlfriend, continually asking for provacative pictures, stopping at his house when he wasnt there, etc. Cpl. Now a Sgt. GW- Several fires were started by a female subject over several weeks time, JT was able to catch the subject in the act, at this time JT was a regular deputy not a CPL yet, this Cpl advised him to let her go, doing an informational report about possible person of interest, after JT saw her do this. He also let a minor who was intoxicated drive away from a traffic stop, shortly after said minor crashed vehicle, nothing was done. Several “use of force” were witnessed by Jt, when he wrote a diciplanary report the Patrol Lt at the time, would not approve them, this happened on several occassions. Same Lt. Advised Jt and another Deputy of a friend of the Lts, an attorney who advised him of a client admitting to murdering a man, cutting his head off and disposing of his body within there county. Jt continually pressed this issue, leading to several heated exchanges between him and the Lt as well as the Chief Deputy at the time, they would not look into this story, later JT was made aware of a possible suspect, this suspect was also being prosecuted at this time for a murder in the area, Jt also found out the subjects family had ties to a land deal that had gone bad, and several County employees, ranging from the sitting sheriff to commisioner as well as the subjects family members were all involved. Shortyly before this trial, JT took a call for service of a possible firearm found in the river, along the same route believed to have been driven by the subject. Jt took this firearm to the Lewiston PD, he was advised they didnt want to look at it, even though no weapon was ever found. JT not only advised his admin , but later two attorneys directly involved in this mans case. Nothing to this day has ever been done about this. A death of a infant, aprx 8 months of age was filed as aSIDS death, JT was part of the CSI team, he stated to them he believed it was not a SIDS death by the evidence he found at the scene, he was told he didnt need to do a report on the matter, it had been decided all ready. Jt responded to a possible suicide, on arrival he found anelderly man sitting in a chair with a handgun in his hand, appeared to have shot himself through the mouth , pointed upwards, the investigator at the time, took over and rulled it within minutes without finding any bloodsplatter, projectile, etc and JT noting the odd position og the mans body, he was tld it wasnt his case and it was ruled a suicide. This same investigator, while part of a team investigating drugs and counterfit money, started dating , later marrying the main subject.Shorty after he was reasigned to patrol, was divorced and shorty again married a none felon involved in area drug transactions. This Deputy, had a child with her, County Deputies were called numerous times to domestic dispuits at said residence. A call was placed to 911, this Deputy reported that his 1 year old daughter found her mother/his wife, had committed suicide, from a self inflicted gunshot wound. Numerous deputies voiced suspicions of his story, believing he had something to do with her death. JT was said deputies Cpl. At this time, he was told to “leave it be”, The Deputy returned aprx only 1 week after his wifes death to normal patrol, he responded to a noise complaint call, on arrival JT witnessed the Deputy throw the subject to the ground for pointing at him, then he saw this Deputy step out of his way to crush the subjects seeing glasses. JT wrote a “use of force complaint” on the Deputy, the above LT again would not approve the complaint. While being a Evidence Tech and custodian, JT witnessed destruction of evidence on numerous occassions, later on several of the cases, viewing reports by all ranks stating the evidence didnt exsist. One such instance related to the above murder case where a Sgt and a Cpl were involved in a highspeed pursuit, they fired numerous rounds from a long rifle at the suspect vehicle, at speeds over 80 mph in residential areas. This video when investigated by State Police was said to not exsist! Although it was viewed on the night of the pursuit by several Sheriff's office personal. Said Cpl above had numerous run in with other agencies, never until several FUI arrests was relieved of duties. He also was said to have been “stalking” an ex-girlfriend, who told numerous co-workers in the emergency room she worked at, when JT learned of this he went to his LT, the LT state “No report, No crime”, “leave it be”. JT on several occassions questioned and made complaints regarding what he thought was missapropriated funds by the Sheriff and other staff members, nothing was done about this. JT was told to “stay out of and mind his own business” after the termination of a Sgt who was a good friend of his. He was terminated then pursuied by the county for civil violations, Jt told his chain of command and the Sheriff directly he didnt believe the Sgt was guilty of the reason for termination, again he was told to leave it alone. The Prosecutor was also involved and mistakenly gave another cases information to the Sgts family member confucing it with his case, this lead the family member to believe JT had something to do with the termination, which he did not, but then lead to harrassment by this friends family. Jt arrived at work for a morning shift, was told by a Sgt and Cpl of a possible missing person, they had “blown it off” to a drunken night or something to the effect, not going and patolling the area that the family had said the person may have been heading too. Jt had to argue with the Chief Deputy to get a Air Posse unit to go up and look around the area, also arguing to be able to go with his K-9 to search the possible are, after numerous hoursthe Chief Deputy authorized the search, the vehicle in question was found later to have crashed, killing one subject and seriuosly injuring two others. JT was one of if not the only County Sheriffs Deputies made aware of an ongoing investigation into the current Sheriff, later to have a marshalls warrant placed out for him, he went on the run, this after not only Jt , but numerous Deputies had made complaints about the Sheriff and his ongoing actions, again told to leave it be “hes your Sheriff”. Jt had never received any negative disciplanary reports or marks, he originaly resigned due to the stress of a divorce and being a single father as well as the ongoings of the Sheriffs dept, he was never given his k-9 contract and the county took his dog from him, even though he and his family paid for the majority of the cost. He was later terminated for loosing a dog he had to take from a vehicle that he discovered pounds of marijuana, counterfiet monnies and was given numerous names ettc to northwest dealers and counterfiet money makers. JT later learned that numerous officers and deputies had ongoing affairs with his ex-wife , the current sheriff being one of them. A County Commissioner who is a close family friend of Jts ex-wifes family has continually ben involved in trying to have his new attorneys removed from his current case. The Prosecutors Office has tried to use his Parental rights as a barganing tool against him, The Pas are family friends of Jts exs family as well.
