Oh yeah, it's 2 days now...two days until Termination, and I think our trier of fact might just be a bit nervous...as are the rest of the court, I'm sure.  No one likes to hear that arrests might happen, and I'm sure that their charges might JUST BE just a LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITLE more serious than my miniscule crime of publishing confidential court docs...lol.  Should be interesting, eh?  For those of you who might be interested in seeing a bit of justice done to DHS and crooked judges, please, if you would, attend the hearing....I won't be there.  Why bother?  I think we all know how that's gonna go, don't we?  Here's your invitation:

I'm afraid I don't remember the time at the moment...sorry guys...I'LL GET IT TO YOU, I SWEAR.

So anyway...there's just one more statement to the court we'll be filing today...and it's gonna be the best of the rest, and quite a doozy.  Aren't goodbyes always tough?  I always thought so.  I still haven't quite figured out how I can get my daughter back, or appeal the termination; especially since I can't go to court or home until I know the charges of harassment and publishing docs are dropped...which of course they will be, eventually...but I'm a pretty bright boy, I'm sure I'll finger it out.

Here's the part I truly love though...and that's that every motion that's been filed of late, starting with the lawyer for the father's motion to continue, and including the motion to enlarge, and the last statement, w/relief this time, of course...NONE have been addressed.  That doesn't matter to me, of course, that's just fuel to my righteous fire, and additional evidence of this kangaroo court, run by the circus master himself; Judge William A. Price, who I imagine will be singin' the blues soon enough.  No, but I was...at least temporarily, until her legal assistant sassed me when I called back to see how things were goin'...worried about Katherine E's motion to continue.  I don't think this judge's actions are going to be well-received by the likes of her.  She even LOOKS like the sassy type.  Oh well...no concern of mine, after Wednesday.  This defendant knows damn good and well my daughter will never go to Ronald Shaver anyway.  Then the Pritchards of Ankeny wouldn't be able to adopt our daughter.  Not that that's going to happen either...not when I get done with these folks.

I'm sure another thing they're a bit nervous about is that I've been able to download court docs all the way up until last friday, when, after I told the D.A. what I was up to, they IMMEDIATELY shut down my rights to download docs....

Here's the problem tho...

Liz is still able to...and will be, unless a court doc is published that came out after last Friday.  LOL.  Guess they're kinda sorta screwed, huh?

Anyway, court docs for September, October, and November will be out TODAY!!  ENJOY!!

Well, it's about that time kids.  And September was a BIG MONTH for the prosecution.  Let's get to it then

The Birth Certificate for "A Child".

The D.A.'s Proof that Christopher Bruce does indeed have

"Unresolved Longstanding Mental Issues"

Of course, none of these even compare to the psychotic behavior

employed by the workers of DHS or the lying and dishonest behavior of the judge.

Oh, and evidently, sleep apnea, depression, ADD, and Type B personality

traits all hamper a person's ability to parent a child. Riiiiiiiight.  If that were the case,

there's be an awful lot of parents without children in this country.  Let's not even talk

about the fact that all of that is currently misdiagnosed and well as poppycock.  This parent

may have his share of ADD issues, but that's about it.

Let's move on to DHS's proof of the mother's "No Cognitive Abilities" or "Impaired Cognitive Functioning"..or stupidity, as they liked to put it.  Now, first, remember that nothing that follows here is ACCEPTED as their evidence of this.  No, they wanted us to go somewhere they could accept.  Yet all of these forms were done by a specialist in the field, someone who deals with this kind of testing all day every day...and because it wasn't controlled or influeced by someone who might be more on their side, it wasn't good enough for them.  Yet, here it is, filed with the court anyway as evidence.  The thing I love though, is that if lowered cognitive functioning were a detriment to mothering, there's ANOTHER 3rd of America without children.

A motion for Colin to be removed as the father's attorney.  Nice enough guy, good lawyer...just didn't like that the court appointed him.  Wasn't trusting this court for any reason, somehow...

Agreements for Interactions for our daughter.  Filed AGAIN???  Mostly because this one was more to show the father as "being against the grain". "He wouldn't agree to not record us, and we plan on doing more wrong!  WAAAAAH!" 

Re-appointment for Dale Mays.  So why was it that the mother was made to pay later??

This one ranks #2 of my favorite hearings, where bullcrap in the rulings are concerned.  I will be addressing this one in time, as I will all the other months.  Be patient!  These things take time!  Something I have little of, at least til thursday morning, anyway.

The FIRST time we tried to remove Dale.  It's interesting to point out here, that this hearing took place WITHOUT the mother.  I was called on the phone to attend the hearing for the mother...even though this lawyer would never talk to me about Liz and her case, because it was client/attorney type stuff, I was called to make an appearance on her behalf...go figure.
