A Special Post - Let My Children Go!

It has been said, there are none so blind, as those who will not see, and deaf, those who refuse to listen.  The stench of crime and corruption reaches the leaders of our nation, and yet they turn their heads to our plight and carry on.  For those of you who reject your senses, and ignore the cries of your brethren, a special spot in the Lake of Fire is reserved only for you and you alone.  To those ignorant or naive of the darkness looming over our great nation, open your eyes and force your gaze upon those who are willing to bear the torture of the destruction of the family unit, and fight to right wrong, unlawful and illegal behavior in those who claim to serve their citizens.  I hereby call you to ACTION

Note:  I mentioned earlier that the charges of 1st Degree Harassment have been dismissed.  They have, indeed, done this, but with the addition of a key phrase, important to them:  With Prejudice.  Once again, for those of you that don't know what this means, it  means that anytime they like, again, with no proof, they can re-bring these charges against me, still using NO proof...jail me, then, right before it goes before the court, they can dismiss the charges with prejudice again.  All it costs Iowa is some court costs.  I, on the other hand, will have to continuously bail myself out for $250, on a charge they will never have actual proof of.  Someday, they may get lucky enough to hit with a judge that might just revoke that bond, at the behest of the County Attorney.  Here, though, is my provided solution to this problem, should any of you endure this same circle of illegality:

Demand or Notice a discharge of all charges for lack of evidence and also the legal fiction who brought these charges come forth and verify in open court under oath and affirmation (which they cannot/will not) that these charges are true or you will bring a counter claim against them for bringing a false claim into the court and trying to diminish your good name.

This, of course, will be filed and implemented IMMEDIATELY until the charges are dropped...WITHOUT prejudice.

A special post, my friends...

It has come to my attention, through a friend of mine from Clinton, Iowa, that "Child removal raids" occur there often, and that in the last 24 hours, there have been

removed from:

6 homes

In that town alone.  CPS is obviously stepping up its efforts, in the face of America's fury, in order to futher their cause....whatever that cause should be.

America, you must speak up NOW.  Nazi actions, performed by scandalous branches of local and state Government MUST BE STOPPED.  Cry out.  make your voices heard...NOW.  Or it could very well be YOUR CHILDREN on the block!  Your embarrassment, your Hell, that makes the local gossip.  They are defaming your character, ruining your lives, and destroying your families!
