Well folks?  It finally happened.  John P. Sarcone, Polk County Iowa's Criminal in Charge and mob boss extraordinaire finally reached the outer limits.  Hawaii.  And where does a criminal mob boss go when all the states have been called and no one will listen to him?  Russia?  Fiji?  The Virgin Isles?  Yeeeah.  Good luck with that, I say.
