Well kids, thanks to my evidently being the ONLY non-bar plaintiff in the Federal District Court of Southern Iowa to EVER receive permission from the court to file electronically, the crooks involved in my case will be receiving a surprise dismissal motion in this case....followed rather hotly by a new case that will be filed no later than this upcoming Friday, naming each and every one of them in their un-official capacities and adding a few new parties as well.  I now give you the Settlement letter, and, a little later on, the motion to dismiss them all, save 6 select parties to THIS action that are already individually named.  Enjoy!

First, a motion to dismiss all but 6 parties, who I have already named in their individual capacities....most of 'em snake lawyers, and the like:

"Christopher (Bruce) the living man and Elizabeth the Living Woman, do grant these the defendants their dismissals:  For the Polk County Attorney’s offices:  The Polk County Attorney’s office, Defendants Brown, Brownell, Lane, Bell, and Ramirez.  For the State of Iowa:  The Attorney General’s office, The Department of Human Services, and Defendants White, Rhinehart, Gosch, Nieman, Dugdale, Miller-Todd, Price, Kelly, Egly, Blink, Vaudt and Hurn.  Also, the plaintiffs ask that The Altoona Police Department; The City of Carroll Police Department, and Defendant Lancaster also be dismissed.

The plaintiffs also ask that the case progress against Children and Families of Iowa, Ashley Andrews (now Cronbaugh); Anthony Reed, Gary Bellinghausen, Dale Mays, Katherine (Beth) Walker, and Lucas Taylor.  The plaintiffs intend to begin a whole new civil suit for the dismissed parties, naming them in their individual capacities.  The plaintiffs ask to keep Defendant John P. Sarcone on as well, for no other purpose than to have the motion for permanent injunction granted.

And now, the settlement letter for the new case....not that these criminals ever will agree to these terms....which is just what I'm counting on.  That means I can go to the moon for pain and suffering and emotional distress damages, which in the case of these crooks, simply means I'm going for their wallets and personal pocketbooks, and I ain't letting go:

Notice to all agents, you are being asked to settle before a new case is filed against you in the Federal District Court, in the Southern District of Iowa; which will officially name each of you in your individual and unofficial capacities; and will, more than likely cost you more exponentially, even in the SHORT term; than what this settlement letter is asking for, in our lawful attempt to settle this matter for good..  Should you be too stubborn and stupid to do so, you will be locked into this new legal battle for a very long time, this I guarantee you.  For every reason you come up with to get the whichever current action dismissed, I will grant the dismissals quickly and file a new action again, until the claimants get it right.  A trial of the defendants by a jury of your peers, I also guarantee you, will not be good for your organized crime business either…so do the right thing here, or suffer the obvious consequences.

I do not believe that I need to, once again, relate to you what you are each guilty of, since you know perfectly well what that is, thanks to me – not that you didn’t know it already, but it always helps to assist the blind to accomplish reminding them that what they’re doing is in fact criminal; or to ensure that they don’t miss the fact that the majority of the people consider the sort of actions taken by you, the defendants, against these claimants to be “crimes”; in OUR un-corrupted perception of reality.  Only know this:  That within the next 24 hours I WILL file another suit against each and every one of you in your individual and unofficial capacities; and through that case, you will pay for what you have done out of your own pockets, and will be unable to hide behind your respective fictions; or your current unlawfully granted immunities.  This has been loads and loads of fun…but the fun is now over.  You have one and only one chance to make this right.

1.     

           You will return to us our daughter, Trilynn Marie Brueggeman immediately and without delay, and restore plaintiff Elizabeth’s parental rights.

2.       You will grant the petitioners, as one, from EACH of you, for the damages of mental anguish, emotional and mental distress for a period of as many as 4 years, libel, slander and defamation of our characters; and for stealing and kidnapping our daughter wrongfully; and conspiracy in all these above-named alleged crimes; in a proposed amount of $50,000 dollars.

3.       You will also completely exonerate plaintiff Christopher’s criminal record, post haste.

 

Should you reject this offer and choose to offer another, the plaintiffs will keep the door open for you to do so.  To reject this offer entirely, whether by official answer, or by your inaction, I guarantee that you will receive your rightful and due justice at a significantly higher cost to yourselves, personally….and you will see court, and the amounts that will be asked for there will be ASTRONOMICAL AT WORST.  This is your one and ONLY settlement letter.

This letter will be ECF filed with the court in our current case.
